Owner threatened to call the cops on us for cleaning our truck with the bed open stating that “they have a rule against cleaning the bed of the truck”. Shouldn’t have a car was if they don’t want people washing their vehicles.

I will always go to Ultra Shine Auto Spa on Raccoon Rd. The gentleman that either owns or works there was amazing. I was placing my money in the slot so that I could get my car washed. He came up to me to see if I needed help. I told him I was just upset after going to another car wash that ripped me off for 10.00. He told me to hold on and he walked over to his truck and came back and handed me a 10.00 bill and said that he had no ties with the other place and that he hoped that this would make me come back to Ultra Shine again. You better believe I will go back there. He made my day cause I am on a tight budget and my son is getting married and I wanted my car to shine for his special day. That guy definitely made that happen for me. Thank you again

The owner is always there making sure everything is running properly. He'll always give refunds if otherwise. And on top of that he's just a nice guy in general. I would highly recommend usi g his washing services and the prices are fairly reasonable too.

Machine took my money but the high pressure sprayer did not turn on. Had to go to the next booth and pay again. It was a week day durring normal buisnes hours. I'm disappointed it happened. Wash time to money is short but so is every other self serve car was I guess The washers should be set up to continuously leak slowly with hot water so the lines do not freeze up in the winter..

Great vacuums and self wash bays. These are the most powerful vacuums in the area. The self wash bays have so much soap in the guns its like a foam cannon. I have had a few interactions with the owner and he is a nice guy who keeps the place top notch. 10/10 would recommend.

Pressure washing guns have an over flexible neck. When trying to wash the vehicle and move the wand side to the side, it loses control of the intended area you want to wash. I've never felt so silly at a car wash before. Overpriced for this problem. Also, on several visits, there was trash in the bays. Luckily, there are many other affordabke and better options nearby.

Not to bad of a place to wash your car. The features could use some repair and upgrade but all in all, nice place.. Update. Went back to this car wash since we had a good experience last time. Well this time we used a debit car to pay, was supposed to push stop button at a certain time to avoid a 10 dollar charge and we did that and found out that it charged us anyway, even tho we was under 4 minutes. We really only sprayed the car that's why we came to this place. I don't understand why it charged us so much. This is the raccoon rd location near our house.

Pretty horrible, probably one of the worst ive been to. Soap hardly comes out, expensive compared to others, and I could probably blow the water off more effectively than the blower. Blower hardly worked at all, soap foam brush setting didnt work at all. Definitely would recommend just going somewhere else. Reply to your comment: the soap never ended up coming out of the brush. If it doesnt work during the winter time then it should be posted that it doesnt work during the winter time. The blower hardly worked at all, and I could feel air coming out of the handle. Regardless my entire vehicle is ceramic coated so water rolls off. Regardless, compared to other touch-less carwashes in the area, I was not at all impressed with this one. I appreciate your reply but you missed the mark. The equipment did not properly function as they were supposed to.
