$8 for a basic spray down is outrageous. I say that about a basic touchless carwash that’s more than $5. But the do it yourself side is kinda slow to switch between the different wash modes on the pressure washer which takes up time and money. But I love that it takes cash and cards. The one in austintown as far as I know only takes coins. So I guess I’ll have to keep coming here lol

Pretty dang good auto wash when I’m feeling lazy in the winter. Took my 2017 Camaro through it and the lady friend’s 2016 Mustang through it. What brand is the soap used? Is it PH neutral? Do you reuse water?

Good clean works great equipment well kept garbage emptied well lite like a lot of the other washes they need smaller attachments for the vacuum nozzle so you can get between the seats and a little more time on the vacuum would be great

Went in to wash my truck, did the hand wash. came out still dirty. Didn’t even take the bugs off the front. Pre soak didn’t work, high pressure soap wouldn’t take bugs / grime off. Used the brush and still couldn’t get the bugs and grime off. Sad cause it’s close to home. 3/17/24. Tried this place again. Getting worse. No soap just high pressure water. Need someone new to run this place.

UPDATED POST I went here Saturday to wash my car. Only one self service bay was open and the nozzle leaked, and it was out of triple foam conditioner in the yellow color, so the system sputtered and sprayed air during that colors cycle. Took forever and I am OCD about my car but wasn't expecting to spend 26 in the self service bay part my fault for being slower but part management's fault for leaky nozzle that I was constantly dodging the drip and spray, then waiting on conditioner spray. ________________________________ I'm OCD about my car, I was constantly on the look out for a great car wash that has self service, automatic washes and strong vacs. I've always driven from Lake Milton to Austintown until the new owners purchased and totally overhauled this car wash. The car wash is the same price as most are these days and it's a NEW nicer wash. New machines all the way around. I'm sorry, I personally don't think spending 10-15 bucks to wash your car is high. If you wanted to spend 5 bucks, you could, but hey I use all the features! The self service side of the wash has all the features you find in the auto-wash, including triple-foam conditioner spray and a hand held dryer. Not to forget the deep bucket for the foaming brush that you can fill with soapy water to insure the brush is clean at all times, especially when switching from tires to car body. You can pay with CC, bills or coins in all bays including the self-service ones, which is really convenient. The auto-wash cleans your car completely and has a high pressure side and under spray as you first go in. The dryer moves around your car so no need to worry about pulling forward through a dryer at the end and running out of time. In over a year and a half now since I've started going to this wash I've never had issues (I wash once a week regardless of warm or cold weather). For the first time ever since I've started using this car wash I had a problem today. I called the number listed on the wash selection machine, left a voicemail message explaining the problem and my frustration. The owner called me back within 30 minutes, now that's customer service!! I want to point out that at the Austintown wash I once had the auto-wash breakdown mid cycle, suds all over my car and my dumb butt comes out and uses the other side to only have it do the same thing. I was really unhappy to have to spray my car off in a business suit in 36 degrees. I left multiple messages on the number posted and the owner of the Austintown car wash (RT46 and Mahoning) never ever returned my calls and I had to file a claim through my CC company. If you've made it to the end of this long rating I want to point out that no, I don't work for or know the people that own this wash. The facility and owner are just a class act all the way around. I will keep coming back and yes spend 10-15 bucks to wash my car!! It's an investment worth keeping clean!!!

I’ve been going here for years, I love the fact that they have an air blow dryer for the manual car wash stalls. And when I accidentally left my wallet there, the owner took his time out of his day too come too my house and personally return my wallet too me. 5 out of 5 stars every time I visit

Don't waste your money! It doesn't matter which automatic Bay you choose not all of the nozzles work and it misses half of your car! And yes the drying feature is nice, but it would be great if the bar wasn't spraying water as the dryers were going over your vehicle!

Best car wash I ever been to and iv been all over the us this is the first time every thing worked high pressure great Soos the tire cleaner actually worked the tri foam car shine is amazing I'm usually pretty tough to satisfy and only ever think to write a review of something is bad to savo others from the same date but this car was is a blessing to a world where everyone is trying to cut corners this place still goes the extra mile and will buy better products to make sure they give excellent service if I could give 10 stars I would way to go to the owner of this place your awesome and iv never even met you but if your business is a reflection of you you have to be amazing

I am a cleaning fanatic with my vehicles. Because we are camping for a month while we wait to move in our new home, I can't clean the cars. For the first time in fifty years, I decided to use a car wash. I went through this car wash because I wanted a "no touch" wash with no brushes. I wasn't expecting much but I am amazed how well it worked. This is really an efficient car wash. My Silverado was attacked by birds. It needed cleaned off before it baked in. This wash took it all off with just high pressure soap and water. I was extremely pleased with the way it washed and dried my truck, and my wife's SUV. I'll definitely be back several more times before we move into our new home. This is a top notch place. It's extremely clean and well kept up. The prices are reasonable..
