I have never had getgo mto before. There were only two employees in the whole building and they did excellent. I can honestly say this is ten times better than sheetz. Thank you and thank you for the service!

To much playing around came in to get a drink at 9:50pm on the 28th and all the employees were playing around throwing firework snaps at each other while they were waiting on customers and myself. They used the comment " I love working here it's so much fun" looks like you need a new crew

Never again ... Scratches all over my 2021 vehicle and GETGO headquarters is taking NO responsibility. Had to file a dispute due to Getgo ALSO not refunding my monthly subscription prices (after corporate headquarters stated they would and cancel the membership). I went ONE time, the first day I bought the subscription and never returned. I'm spreading awareness so no one else has to go through the stress I've experienced due to such issues. Company with ZERO integrity.

Waited 17 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 small appetizers, we were the only people in the place. He sat all of our stuff on the counter didn’t say a word. None of the drinks had lids on them and they were out of straws.

Nice place is your in a hurry. The bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. The person behind the food counter could be a bit nicer and friendly but the other people were great

Could not put in right pump number in the computer. double charge for fuel extremely rude employee. worst part i find out it was the nighttime manager (Carol) she needs to be retrained in customer service. This is gas station is the closest to my home and i will not be returning agin

I had the BEST service ever at this location!!! The manager is very personable, and kind! I really appreciated him making my boyfriend and I’s experience a 10/10. He went the extra mile, the food was wonderful and leaving left a great lasting impression! Thank you, I would most definitely recommend this GetGo

First time going at 2am on 9-30-23 for a Philly cheesesteak and it was horrible the bread was wet with very little meat and lots of bread after two bites I was about to vomit I had to spit it out it was gross the food in Austintown always disappoints !

Never been here personally and ill never go here after i heard how they treated the guy whos car they ruined with their car wash and wont own up to their mistake and help the guy out. Not only did YOUR carwash damage his car, but imagine if it was worse and actually cause injuries to the person who owned the car. 😬 do better GetGo

Ordered the "new" pilgrim sandwich. Guy didn't know the bread, didn't know what was on the sandwich and put country gravy on it. Also it was a order for 3 people that were the meals. He couldn't read the screen to see that all the food was one order. Very disappointed in the thing that I have been looking forward to coming back to your gas stations...

DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH. Watch out, your car may be damaged by negligent employees of Getgo and this company's corporate headquarters "claims" department will not take responsibility, nor accountability for their workers negligent actions. Situation: A male employee allowed a customer in front of my vehicle to drive through the wash with one front tire in the machine and one back tire out of the rolling guide rails and then states, "I figured it would've straightened itself out." Carwash causes major damage to their vehicle due to the vehicles back drivers side tire never fully going onto the guide rails but dragging down the middle of the bay. The whole car wash then shuts down once and the employee turns it back on without checking the bay. At this point, the machine continues malfunctioning and turned back off. The employee goes into the wash bay, begins wiggling parts of the machine on the left side of the wash bay. Car items begin falling onto the floor of the wash bay. The employee picks up the items and disappears again into the wash building. The employee then walks back and turns the wash back on. My vehicle was already in neutral and was then forced into the wash bay (I had no choice to back out at this point) and the employee was inside of the wash bay building. My car then went through the wash bay, I hear a loud bang, then came out of the wash bay and my car was washed but damaged. I walk into the building and inform the manager. The manager writes an incident report and tells me someone would be contacting me the next day to resolve the issues. Two days later and no response. I contact the local get go. They inform me "corporate claims" would be contacting me via mail or phone call. Six days later I receive correspondence in the mail (see attached picture). Irresponsible company and impersonal correspondence. I do not recommend!

The staff is always so pleasant and helpful!!! On national coffee day September 29 2023 We made a little mess with the coffee and the staff told my 10yo daughter that they were happy to clean up the mess. We tried to clean it but they told us that it was there job and to go enjoy our coffee and the full moon!!! Thank you get go staff for everything!!??

This location is always too busy. They never have the self-checkout open. And they always have one person behind the counter. In the attempt to go there multiple times, in the mornings mostly, there is a line of several people waiting. When asked if they'll ever open the self-checkout they said management closed it because of theft. I understand that theft is a problem but as a large corporate business don't you account for loss? What happened to convenience for the paying customer? I shouldn't have to stand there and wait behind the person playing lottery at 7:00 a.m. when I have to get on the road to work.
