This place was very busy, which is good. But I don't think of got what my package was, the underwalsh,and tire shine... I say this because my tires looked the same as when I pulled in. Also, it didn't dry my car. The other location I used in bera or on vin St. my car comes out more dry . I pay 40 a month for the ulta package but this location i don't think I'll visit again, unfortunately.

I usually go to this location. I just do the basic wash membership. Other then some days being crowded, the staff is great, my car is always clean and I love the free vacuums. Sure you pay a little but it's so much easier than doing it at home. And...as I said, my car is always clean!

I pay $40 a month for the top of the line car wash. Staff need to pay attention to what cars is paying for washes because im tired of coming through and not getting my right wash. Then yall just saying come back through in the long line it ridiculous. Ima end up canceling this membership and going elsewhere

Here's an update now I'm starting to notice I have the top tier plan for $42 and sometimes when I go to the car wash they give me the basic plan it started becoming more frequent it's starting to get annoying if I pay for a top-tier plan I should get hit all the time is linked to my tag so why am I always getting a basic wash but I'm not getting what I paid for

I couldn’t get comfortable cleaning my car. As.I’m cleaning my car, this man is rummaging through the trash cans and spitting in them. The staff did absolutely nothing and said absolutely nothing.. I pay entirely too much money for my subscription for this. I felt like it was a set up to be robbed or carjacked. Therefore, I will not be back.

This is a great unlimited wash for $36 a month. There is almost always an attendant logging you in and another to guide cars on the track. If the far right members only lane is full, the other lanes accept your unlimited pass as well.

Hey family just check out this new car wash and the concept is pretty good fast and efficient. The line moves well and you're done before you know it. One of the added features is that you can also pay by cash, and or card for monthly washes Staff also can assist you when needed, now that's customer service

My experience yesterday 11/28/25 was not good. Every other car it seems was accommodated the opportunity to remove snow from the hood of their vehicles. Like many others, the snow on my car was cleaned off. All of greater Cleveland had 4 to 6 inches of snowfall. But to be inconvenienced for the sake of others at an already long line for a car wash is unrealistic. Don't get me wrong, it's a fine gesture. But after coming through the turnstile is not the time to do it. If that's your customer service preference, their should be personnel dealing with that in one line clearly posted at the beginning of the lot. No one should have to wait 30 minutes for a car wash. Good customer service is for the majority of customers who expect a car wash, not snow removal service!

Got the unlimited wash plan for a month. The shampoo products they use smell great. Love their complementary airfreshner tag they give!! I always get compliments about the smell of it as soon as people get in my car. The problem is getting them out because it makes them wanna stay 🤣.

THIS WILL FOREVER BE MY GO TO WASH!! I was finally convinced into a membership after coming a couple times before, and not only was the wash better than I expected, their service was amazing. I was vacuuming out my car and one of the vacuums wasn’t working? But a manger named Haley and another worker were conveniently already out in the parking lot checking on other customers came over and helped unclog the vacuum that wasn’t working. Ceramic 4 Ultra is a great wash and I appreciate the option to go touchless. The water really beads on my car when it rains. Plenty of strong vacuums available(w/crevice tool) and the towel exchange program is a plus. However, I must say at multiple Clean Express locations, I find myself dying off more water versus the competitor at the end. Maybe a stronger/ longer drying segment is needed. A mat washing station would also be a gamechanger. Overall, a satisfying experience and I will return.

I had to edit to a one star, I am a paying customer! I feel they do not want to do business with anyone who is not an Unlimited “member”. The attended actually said, “you may as well not get a car wash today”. Wow! They should have a once a month single car membership at a discounted price. Since this place is Membership Only. . . . 1. Pro: Good location for me 2. Pro: An impressive clean and shine, I get the Signature Wash + Ceramic 3. Pro: Effective dryer blower system, instead of waiting on hand drying. 4: Pro: Free vacuums 1. Negative: it’s a real hassle fighting with the attendants who are trying to sell me on a membership. Sometimes 2 attendants are on me at a time. This is a horrible experience. 2. Negative: long wait time (20 minutes, I timed it) A membership is not worth it to me. They had so many people using the unlimited wash service I had to wait in line for 20 minutes.
