Use the self wash bays, the foam brush if needed, and plan to spend abou 4 to 5 dollars: pretty inexpensive for a car wash. The downsides include bays that need to be cleaned as well as the vacuum macine area. However, the owners will issue refunds when the machines eat quaters and do not deliver water or do not work. The place is oversubscribed with too many people waiting in line from time to time, so be patient or plan accordingly.

Just ok. The fragrance gun didn't work so i missed out on time to vacuum my car. I did the car wash but the message board didn't light up while in the car wash so I never knew what stage of the wash I was in. Nice location but needs some updates.

I went to the Cleveland Heights location, I selected the $8 carwash and I put 2 five dollar bills. It only returned a dollar in quarters. Then I put a dollar in quarters in the vaccum and it did not work. It did not have a return or refund button on it either. I called the number listed and it doesn't work. I'm disappointed in the service. I will not be returning to the carwash and I will be posting this review on all my social media accounts to notify others also.

I like the place it's convenient, bring a towel with you, I had to call customer service about my car still having bugs on the grill they did resolve this for me however I purchased a $20 all month pass that did not work the few times I came through , once they just let me in because they saw the sticker however I got totally annoyed with having to argue my case like I wanted something free. My advice the $20 was a loss, I expeced to be able to wash my car for the month as I needed. DON'T BUY THE MONTH PASS.

Mayfield Rd location is a scam operation. No staff, help number is disconnected and no way to receive a refund for cash. One side is inoperative and yet still able to accept cash with no refund and is not blocked off or marked as broken. Not affiliated with the other Ultimate Wash locations.

I used the do it yourself bay. And I did a wonderful job. Lol. The soap came out when I pushed that button, the rinse sprayed water like it’s supposed too. Even the coating stuff came out. Who gives a bad review to a coin operated car wash? We all know how’s these work. Put your quarters in one at a time and you’ll be okay. If you don’t do a good job, review yourself.

I agree with another review there should be a blower to dry your car. Especially in the automatic bay. I just wanna say in the auto bay. You have to be lined up and your wheels have to be on the sensor for it to turn on. I usually drive over the sensor then put my car in park then it goes from green to red and starts. I've had people before me leave and I go in after them and it works fine. Good car wash for the price. No complaints besides, yes there should be a blower. Also the trash is all over the place. It needs to be cleaner.

The automatic car wash did not come on when I went through it (2/20/16). There is no one to troubleshoot or complain to. The credit card machine display is not readable, so you are left wondering what is happening. All the time spent waiting was for nothing. I will dispute this charge on my CC. Will never go there again.

If I could give zero stars I would. The phone number doesn’t work. It has been disconnected. I just spent four dollars and none of the options on the self car wash would work. So if you’d like to put money in and get nothing out choose this car wash.

I used to come to this car wash all the time but it’s not worth it anymore. Raised their prices to 4$ for 4 minutes.The handle leaked the entire time. My shoes are drenched from the leaking handle and the cord is too short to even manipulate the nozzle so you have no choice but to get wet. You can go to rainforest car wash down the street, pay 5$ and get an automatic wash. Why would anyone pay 4$ for 4 mins to use broken equipment???

This used to be a go-to self car wash experience. They have upped the price and cut down the time to use it in one winter. Used to be cheap and a good experience. The handle isn’t even on the nozzle correctly making the water spill everywhere on yourself. Spend a couple extra dollars and go to an automatic car wash without getting soaked and properly cleaned since you don’t have enough time to wash and rinse now.

This would be a great place to wash your car, if only you could pay for it!! Every time I come here the dollar bill accepters on the car wash stations are broken, and the change machines are broken too! You’re lucky if you can find one functional bay that will take your money!

Place is open 24/7. Do it yourself wash is $2.50 and gets you 4 minutes of wash time with good pressure water. Wear glasses so the soapy water mist doesn't irritate your eyes.

Not the most user friendly car wash but works fine one you figure it out. First, the self wash bays don't take credit card and the machine had trouble accepting paper bills. Took me a while to figure out there was a change machine on site to get quarters (which you should use if you were planning to pay with a $5 bill, as the car wash is $4 and the payment machine doesn't give change). Second, the "Wheel & Tire Cleaner" and "Pre-Soak" options weren't working well, but the cleaning hose worked well after selecting another option. Also, there were two auto-washing bays at the end that looked broken. Just use a self-wash bay that looks recently used.

Like others have stated, there is no dryer in the automatic car wash. The wash was decent but not worth 10 bucks in my opinion. Didn’t wash my side view mirrors at all which was a big reason i went.

Car wash always malfunctions, phone number is disconnected! I went there 6/6/2022 paid $11 with my credit card. Pulled my 2019 300S in the automatic wash. And it sprayed soap in one side. The auto wand never moved! My car looked terrible. So I went to Heights car wash up the street! And had a successful car wash for the same price. Plus they have a dryer! Ultimate is is a waste of money. Will never go back. The thing is, I work for Enterprise and could have washed my car for free! But I try and support surrounding businesses! Terrible service at Ultimate.
