****DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP UNLESS YOU EXPECT TO BE BILLED AUTOMATICALLY EVWRY MONTH***** I was not aware this was an ongoing thing, finally caught it 3 min ha down the road after I said I will never go back after the employees about jerked my windshield wiper off then called me a liar for saying something about it, now I done paid like $50 extra bucks to this place that never got my car as clean as Doug’s does, not to mention now looking like it’s going to take an act of congress to get it cancled.

I came on a rainy day and the attendant came out to the stand and did everything for me. He was so polite and courteous. The car wash exterior was great and the vacuum and supply area was well stocked and in good working order. It was a wonderful experience as always.

Well I enjoyed having a fast pass and a clean shiny car for about a month. Then the last two visits starting taking paint off. The paint chip was the size of a dime last week. Use at your own risk, keep a close eye on your paint.

So the employees are decent enough but when you pay 25 bucks to run your car through a car wash and you still have bugs on the mirrors and on the front it's really a waste of money. Definitely won't be using them again

Wash was having issues starting and continuing operating on Saturday, 06/26/2021. While going through, the machine(s) ripped off the weather stripping on top of my cab, and on top of the windshield. Was told someone would contact me today, Monday 06/28/2021. No call as of 1330. Just want my vehicle back the way it was before I had it washed. I'll continue to update here as updates are available. 06/29/2021 Edit - 72 hours now, and no call. 07/07/2021 Edit - I called the main office and spoke with Bonnie. She was great and very easy to deal with. My vehicle was repaired at no cost to me by Jerry at Chantz Scott. Perfect resolution.

Wish I could give 0 stars! It was horrible the vacuums suction were weak , the wash machine was LOUD!!! The drying part blew something at my car! The whole thing was just raggedy and for $12 I was robbed!! I should’ve taken it as a sign when no other cars were there.

Machine destroyed my floor mat and David the manager did nothing. Took a report said someone would get in touch about fixing the problem and have heard nothing. If they break something on your car they will not fix or reimburse. Don’t go here awful manager. Brand new place destroying floor mats

A great place to get your vehicle washed and a great price. You can get your vehicle washed here every day for a month cheaper than 2 washes with a wand. Also they wash the undercarriage depending on the package you get. They have 4 different packages and I got the one that washes the undercarriage and cleans the wheels and all still cheaper than washing it with a wand a couple of times. Try it you won't regret it and the employees are very friendly and nice.

Nice but I had a lot of water spots on the whole truck from the very hard water why no water softener for the water . ??? Also on Sat vehicle all messed up because of 400 mile drive in rain dirt grim ECT went to Kingsport wash closed at 6:00 PM what vehicles don't get dirty in the rain . Sign said 8:00 pm. ???

I was at the car wash today and as the workers were busy I saw a lady vaping as she went back and forth what looked like to the office and back up to the stalls. I ask a worker who the lady was without stating why and I was told she is the site manager. This seems to be very unprofessional as a manager I feel you should be a representative to your staff and the company.

I have noticed the last few times of being at the car wash (that the lady in the red shirt) I am not sure of her name but she seems to be very rude and pushy with the monthly plans. She also vapes in front of customers. She comes across as someone who thinks rules do not apply to her and maybe they do not but something seems different here than before. I do know the rest of the employees from what I can tell are very hard workers especially in the freezing cold. I always feel so bad for them when I see them out there in below freezing temperatures. Maybe a heater would be a great addition for them if they need to be out there but I do know that I haven't seen the red shirt lady standing out there in below freezing temperatures. This place seems to be going downhill fast maybe upper management whoever that may be should step in before this place loses more customers.

I've always has good experiences there. The brushes get road film off without harming paint. Brushless washes don't get road film off. Undercarriage wash is good after being in snow or salted roads.

I promised my car if it got me through the move I'd give her a good cleaning lol. My first time here. It's very clean, the man at the entrance cleaned the tires and back of my car very well. The vacuums all worked and didn't dislodge (an experience I had at a different place). The grounds were free of clutter and there was plenty of towels and window cleaner. Will be a regular here.

This employee is rude and stated he does not care who the owner is and was shaking his head be we come through in “not so great” weather. It does not matter I am a paying customer and to are open for business. Shame on you sir for your poor attitude. I will not be back. If I cold zero stars I would.
