I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I’ve taken both our cars there to be detailed before and they’ve always been so nice and efficient. Recently, I was sitting at a red light in the rain when two cars t-boned and slid into the side of my car. This car is paid for and hardly has any miles on it, so I want to keep it for as long as possible. After the collision repair, I figured it was a good time to keep going and give the car a total fresh start with a paint correction and ceramic coating. That package comes with a full detail too, so when I picked it up, I felt like I was driving a brand new car off the lot. They gave me daily updates, pictures of the process, and their transparency allowed us to figure out the best routes to take with the tree sap on the hood. They care for your car the way you’d care for it, and it’s so appreciated!

It was already “cleanish” but we had a giftcard that needed to be used and was super impressed by how perfect the car looks. I needed to get my Suburu Ascent detailed before Saturday. Every place I called told me they were booked out for weeks starting by our house in NC, then tried Elizabethton TN, Johnson City TN and called over 15 businesses. Ideal didn’t answer. So I was ready to give up when the nicest gentleman called me back - I didn’t leave a message.but Andre who happens to be the owner returned my call and got me in immediately. My car looks brand new. His team worked on my car for almost 5 hours. They have sliding doors in their waiting room where you can see the work they are doing. Amazing! I have been very satisfied with Ideal Auto. I had ceramic coating put on my vehicle when I first purchased it. They have helped me understand the importance of several things. First , not to go through a car wash where the brushes create tiny swirls marks, second the 2 bucket washing method, and 3rd, the importance of maintaining my vehicle through regular washes and getting my regular reboot.
