Had previously had an "average" experience. I wasn't 100 percent happy but it was still OK. But I've changed my opinion based on the level of detail that was paid to my "average" experience. They went above and beyond to correct the issues and I truly appreciate a business that will attempt to make things right and give you the value of your money. I would recommend and will be going back.

Stopped by here looking for a quick wash and they were able to get us in for a quoted $20. I was surprised when they let us know that we were ready to go because our car was still dirty. And make sure you bring an extra 5 bucks because for an unexplainable reason the price was $25 when it was time to collect. We paid up without argument and decided to just never visit this business again.

Owner is very disrespectful damaged car's paint with pressure washer. Said it was washed which was a lie. The roof was still dirty. Was supposed to wax the car did not wax anything but the hood. The wheels still had break dust on them. An automated car wash does a better job for substantially less money. Cleaned interior and left it soaking wet car is mildewing now. Employees lied when confronted about the damage. Owner stated he took before and after photos. I said good then we can definitely tell the damage that your people did to the vehicle. His response was then that he didn't know if they took pictures. Charged over $200 dollars to destroy a vehicle. Bad move to take anything here. I could have done better just using a water hose than they did. Absolutely a bad business.

Bought a car and had the interior detailed, cost me $110.00 there was still crumbs and dirt in the cracks of the seats, the cup holders still had good in them that I was able to clean out with little effort, and still old bugs on the dash. They did get stains out of the headliner but for $110 it looks like that's all they did. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, lots of places do far more for far less. I'm disapointed that they even call themselves a detailing company.

Brought our SUV in to have the paint buffed in preparation to sell. We came to pick it up after a call telling us it was ready. We waited in the office for probably 20 min before anyone noticed we were there, then had to wait another 20 minutes because the only people who seemed know anything about it were gone to lunch .... and they had taken my keys with them! While waiting for them I inspected my SUV. I was greatly impressed they buffed out what was fairly deep scratches on the hood until they were no longer noticeable. However, that's where my satisfaction ended. One fourth of the front passenger door still had the haze from the wax job that wasn't wiped off as well as several other smaller places. The front bumper cover wasn't touched at all!! The rest of the car was nice and shiny but the bumper still had bug carcasses all over it just as most every car has so it stuck out like a sore thumb. For $250 I expect the job to be complete, not half done. They did clean the painted area inside of each door, so that looked nice. However, whether it was water or liquid wax or cleaner, I don't know, but it was heavily splattered all over the plastic interior molding as well as the sides of my leather seats.... on all 4 doors and the rear hatch area. While waiting I had to take paper towels to buff off the considerable amount of wax haze left and wipe off whatever the liquid was from my interior that they left. The part the did well, they did really well, but the rest was a very sloppy and incomplete job. It was almost like a surly teenager without much of a work ethic or pride in their job did it. The customer should not be left to finish your job and clean up your mess. But the car was sold later that day so the bug splattered bumper cover is now someone else's problem. I can't say I regret utilizing their services, but I probably won't do it again.

Friends of mine used them and I was very impressed with how well they cleaned up the interior of their car. My Silverado had years of dog abuse to the seats and really needed a major cleaning of the interior. Went ahead and asked them to clay/polish/wax the exterior as well. Just blown away with how good a job they did on the interior. Absolutely no complaints. My exterior...is a truck that does work and has dog scratches and was probably never waxed in its life so...can't really judge them harshly that the exterior wasn't as big of an improvement, but they lose no stars for their efforts. Prices are right in line with their quality of service. Not cheap but not extraordinarily expensive either. You get what you pay for.

I brought my daughter’s Volvo in for new sunroof headliner. Picked up the car and it looked perfect! Unfortunately there were some issues with the sunroof so I called the owner. Chris was very respectful and kind. He corrected all my issues and went above and beyond! Since the car was for her 16th birthday he even gave her a gift! Excellent service and exceptional customer service!

I called to let them know that I don’t live around here and needed it done asap. they worked me in for 8am. I dropped my car off and talked with the owner. so friendly. I got my car back around 3:30 to it absolutely spotless. the majority (if not all) of my stains were completely removed. my car literally looked brand new inside and out. he informed me that some of the stains were very tough and may appear in time, but to just bring it back and he would work on them. for only being $207 (with discount), I was astonished. I will be recommending them to anyone I come across that needs a detail. thank you so much!! will be posting pics soon.

This past week I took my wife"s Lexus to these folks for a detail. The price quoted was a bit high, but for good service I can pay. I could not believe what I witnessed when we got there to p/up. They had called and said it was about 30 min. from being done.So we arrived about 30 min. later, car setting in sun with wax still visible all down one side.We sat in my car watching about 30 min, the young lady working to remove wax.It was obvious this was a rush rush job at almost 5pm. We had taken at 8am that morning. Much to my disappointment all the wax left on the car and the very poor job were least of my worries. My wife open door to look inside and found on passenger seat in front and also in back seat, were to large spots.Apparently something like a cleaning fluid was spilled and has left two stains on the leather seats. As of today stains are still there. I have been advised seats will probably need repair to correct.In all fairness I called the owner and he was very nice and wanted me to bring it back. That being said me living about 30 miles away I really don"t want my car back with them. Think I deserve some money back. I talk to owner that day ,said he would reach out to me in couple days I have heard nothing.

Took my car there to have the interior cleaned and was told they probably would take the seats out to be cleaned properly. The car was given to me so it wasn't my filth in the car. Got it back, Windows still dirty as well as headliner and I found fries and other trash under the seats. Should have paid more attention of how dirty it is inside and outside there shop. Beware of this place. $200 lesson learned. So now the weekend came and I had more time to spend on the car. Cup holders not cleaned and crumbs everywhere. The only thing now is I want a refund. Call me!
