I've always gotten great service and treated very well here. The only thing is sometimes I have to ask them to clean the windshield again because of the streaks left behind. I always give a better tip if I ask for then to clean it again, I don't want to be that customer.

Our car was pretty dirty and they did ok for the price. After we left, we noticed where they sprayed cleaner but never wiped it up. Big shiny spots all on the interior.So we had to go and rewipe it down again with armor all protectant. It was $27 to get it detailed but then we tipped 4 different workers $5 each so close to $50 for a detail. I personally expect it to be done right.

Everyone was friendly. $18 for a quick (less than 10 minutes total) exterior wash, vacuum, and an inside window wipe down is ok. I just wanted the crud off the outside and the windows cleaned and they wiped off my weather tech mats which was nice. Although, if you are picky about your car, expect to do touch ups when you get home because you’ll see everything they missed lol.

Went to the car wash Tuesday afternoon to get my suv washed outside only and no towel drying. Paid $8.00 for this service. Upon arriving at home my husband proceeds to tell me he took his full size truck thru that morning for the same service and was charged $6.00. Hope the guys enjoy the extra $2.00 from me because I won't be back.

I have taken my cars here for years and always came out happy. Not today. I even took the car back and showed them all that was not done after paying for the VIP package. Instead of completely redoing the car correctly they just wiped and swiped a little. Time to find a new service.

this was my first time going to this car wash... i did not know the time, and did show up right at 6 (closing time) which is fine!! BUT they still chose to take me, and give me service. I told the lady I wanted inside and out cleaning. She said so full service, okay. 18$ and some change. I paid and then grabbed a brochure... I realized that I wanted to pay a few extra dollars to receive air freshener, rims cleaned, and two different wax's included.(the " special" wash) With attitude, she stated she had closed the cash register out but they will do it anyway. I sat back down. They had finished my car in 5 minutes... did NOT wax my vehicle, crumbs still in my cup holders, floor matts, and in places that should have been cleaned. NO air freshener, and my rims didn't get cleaned. They totally rushed through my service & I wasted 19$. I am highly upset, and will be going back to complain in person. Pardon me for showing up at closing time! You could have simply informed me and I would have GLADLY come back tomorrow. If I wanted a basic wash, and towel dry, I could have done it myself at home.

Had my Toyota Highlander cleaned yesterday. Excellent job. However, I refuse to tip a place that refuses a military discount. I have a Veteran’s tag on my car, which you only get if you are 100%

Good prices. I always get the "Special", but seems that there are always a few spots missed on the dash or windows that i have to touch up myself when i get home. But over all pretty satisfied with service, price, and speed.

They done a wonderful job on the truck every time I go they make it look Purdy. Everybody go by and give them a try you won't be disappointed got a great bunch of people working there.. They make you feel right at home everyone is friendly and look happy to be there. Really enjoyed the time and they do a great job on the ride

Took 2 vehicles through and got the special. Inside clean was like they never even touched anything. Radio, steering wheel, gear shift area, cup holder, and floors was still dirty. $50+ for 2 vehicles for the job we received was not worth it. Called the place and manager said he cleaned the car. What a joke. Won’t be back.

Stopped by this morning, knew it would be busy because of the weather. 1 Guy working cleaning inside of cars. Sat in line 35 minutes without moving any. I left. Came back at 3;30pm. Still busy. Got in express line pretty quickly, but sat behind a car that they let the gentleman leave it. Instead of going ahead and pulling car in they started working on another car.Finally after getting the car in the detail area finished, they pulled it on around to wash. Then moved the car that was in front of me in the vacuum area. Never saw that before. 20 minutes later I got to enter the wash area. Rediculious. Normally I would have left a 5 Star. Not this time. Have been using this car wash since It first opened.

I asked for the VIP service and was told they were out of wax so I got the one below it and add ons for everything but the wax. I had to come home and pretty much clean the entire thing over. The inside looked horrible and didn’t even looked like they cleaned it but maybe swiped dirty cloths over it. I spent nearly $40 and had to stop and buy products to clean it myself after I left there. Such a waste of money and horrible services.

Took my truck to get the exterior done and a hand dry. I was very quick and specific.....get the wheels clean and wiped off. Got done and left as I had to help my sister move. Apon further inspection they did not get hardly any of the soap off my wheels. They are now spotted up and I can not get them clean. These are $1500+ 22 inch wheels on this truck. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere to get your vehicle clean. I have tried numerous ways to get the wheels spot free to no avail and I honestly think the soap residue or whatever chemicals they use have started screwing the chrome finish up on my wheels.

The outside of the vehicle looks amazing but not the inside. This is not the first time either. I did not want to do this review but I think this is the only way to bring light to the quality of service. Even other people in the waiting room said that the last time they went they did not do a good job. I hope I can change my review the next time I give them a try.

They’re like ghosts, you see them all around the car doing the choreography, but then you look inside and it’s like they were never there; and the dirt inside you might have inside the car, just slightly removed. Then again, like the gentle breeze you expect to feel if a ghost passes next to you, just strong enough to make your hair to wave, but never enough to remove a single gram of dust. And as a person who’s scared of ghosts, I’m not planning to come back and to live that experience ever again.

I normally go to Auto bell car wash, but it’s far. So when I found this place, I was pleasantly surprised! They really did a great job cleaning inside and the price is affordable. This will definitely be my go-to from now on
