Today was the first time I have had a car detailed. I honestly chose this company because they are relatively close, next to Jeff's Car Wash. They estimated that a full detail would take 3-3.5 hours, they were done in 2. I'm not sure my car looked this good when we bought it 5 years ago. I highly recommend them and will be going back again!

I was very impressed with how good my car looked after the detailing. My car which has a black interior had a lot of sunscreen spot on the doors from the summer. My car interior is now as nice as when I bought the car. I will definitely being my car back again. Thank you

Since you asked...disappointed. There is a small cut in the front driver's side seat, the front storage compartment next to the shifter was not cleaned out, there was some dirt on the front passenger head rest that was not cleaned & the front windshield was very streaky. I should have checked over everything before I left but was confident that it was thoroughly detailed when we looked at the outside of the car & I glanced inside. Besides those items the car looks very good.

I will be totally honest, I have an old 2012 Elantra so my car won't ever be seen on a showroom floor or in a magazine. One day when I came out to a parking lot, someone had sideswiped my car! Not enough to dent it badly, but I had red paint almost the entire Length of my car! It was on the passengers side so I didn't notice it until I got home. It was after 5:00. I thought by scrubbung it off would help. Nope, it made scratches into the paint. I freaked even more. I did a search and saw the wonderful reviews here and showed up at 8am. Luckily, they were able to get me in. Josh said he will get it looking the best it could get. I said, "I will be grateful for anything! I am just so happy that you can take me in last minute!." He had to do several different things and when he called me out to look at it, I was just in shock. It was BEAUTIFUL! Very shiny and all the red was gone (my car is gold). He also did my headlights, which had a lot of that hard crusty film on them, and I got my car washed too! What was even better was the price! Josh is a magician! He truly puts his all into the work he does. He will do whatever is necessary to make your car beautiful! There are so many different packages to choose from as well. I have been telling everyone I know about him. Thank you Josh! You were a life saver! It looked like a brand new paint job!

Justin and crew did a great job on our 2017 Honda. It was in pretty bad shape since we have a Golden Retriever. Lots of hair, dirt and slobber! Was a little confused as to the location, but it's at Jeff's Car Wash, which you can't miss. Justin kept me up to date through the day on the progress in addition to getting text messages and an emailed receipt.

This is by far the best Detailing in Lexington available. I took my work truck into them that has been pretty nasty and hasn’t had a detail in about 4 years. The pictures do not do it justice but they made it look new again, i was shocked at how well it turned out at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

I cannot thank Joshua enough for the work he did on my car. Came in for an exterior car wash at Jeffs car wash and he noticed some minor scratches on my car and said he could fix them! After my wash I drove right besides Jeffs to his detailing area and he fixed it in less than an hour!! He also threw in wax to my car and polished (i cant remember the term!) some panels on my car and I almost cried seeing how amazing she looked!! Before and after pictures, cannot recommend Ultimate Auto Care KY enough!
