I chose the basic car wash ($6.00) and recieved the basic car wash but my credit card was charged $10.00. I am wondering if this is a scam or an accident. Beware for those using credit cards! I will be calling for a $4.00 refund or I will contest it with my credit card company. Will update if I hear back.

Called the number to get the car wash fixed since I put money into and it was down. The owner or worker acted like it was my fault I didn’t see it was down. Hung up the phone on me. They won’t be getting my money anymore

If I could give no stars I would. There is a sign that says to remove things from your car if the water or wind could break it. If something is molded to your car and the blower breaks it, is that included too? Hmmm. Needless to say I will not use Leestown again due to not being compensating for damages to my car. Also for not receiving good customer service. I pride myself in customer service due to working with the public. Don't use Leestown Auto Wash, if you want your vehicle to stay in tack

The first time I went, I put 5$ in the machine and the brush didn’t work, so I informed the manager and he seemed to not care about customers because he didn’t not offer to let me reward and I wasn’t asking 🤷🏻♂️. On a separate occasion I used my credit card, used 2 minutes in the bay just for my mats and it took 10$ Off my card, called they said wait 2 days which nothing happened so they got my money that time as well. Save your money and go to Jeff car wash on Winchester rd and they don’t put sticky stuff in the wash either 👌

I pulled in and deposited $3 for initial wash. Went straight to soap, none came out of hose, then used brush, no soap, all the while pushing button for more time. Didn’t realize it wasn’t loading extra time and used high pressure rinse but time was up! And like others said, it charges me $10! Forget this place . Don’t waste your time! Reporting this to BBB.

I would always stop here clean my car even though it’s dramatically more to clean here I still did it bc I met the dude that owned it. Well sometimes I stop by and put $5 in quarter machine when I have cash so I can use later on bc I will use it when I have but no where is it posted you have to use their wash to use quarter machine. Who has quarter machine but don’t want it to be used. So man ran me off bc he asked are washing your car before he even said who he was and never did but he came up to me and was like you have to wash your car if your using machine and I was about to buy a cloth but I didn’t tell him I said I’m just counting my change he said you been here to long. I was there by myself until one car pulled in but it’s easy to put a sign that says do not use if you aren’t a customer I thought I was. So I said I come here at night all the time he said it didn’t matter you gotta go or use car wash. So I told him I’ll never be back that’s around $80 a week I spend using car wash and the 1 minute vacuum I never called and requested my money back when his card machine when selecting the cheapest wash it charges your card the higher cost one. I’ve went back and noticed every time it did that. So I’ll be filing that today with bank. When someone uses card for $6 you must charge what is receipted or simply state that which it’s not. So looks like I’ll be getting back $4 for the last few years of every car wash bc well that’s messed up. You shouldn’t take advantage of ppl like that. Like i said don’t approach ppl and telling them to leave unless you have proper signage up. Bc how would one know you don’t like it. Obviously I’m just bitter but he charges too much for vacuum and the car wash DOESNT GET OFF WEEK OLD BIRD POOP SO EXPECT TO WASH IT TWICE MAYBE 3 times I would of left 5 stars until I checked my statements and it was only on my virtua Banking ones not a major bank which is weird

Carwash is useless!!!!Paid $10 and car is still dirty!!!?Tried it again after they put in a new system and raised the price.Did not help avoid this car wash because it's a rip off!!!!!

Pulled into the first self wash bay and went to go get change. Change dispenser didn't take any of my cash, so I went to swipe my card and begin the wash. Waited for minutes but no soap ever came out. Finally after being charged $3 on the timer I stopped the wash and drove over to Jeff's where my same cash was taken for change and my car actually got soap on it. Checked my bank charges and they have a $10 pending charge, which I understand could be a hold, but I better not be charged $10 for nothing. Won't be back.

I ended up being charged $32 when I decided to wash and vacuum my car here. I used my debit card! Please don't use credit or debit cards here . I'll update my review and give higher rating if they can make it right and refund me the amount I was extremely overcharged

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a car wash. I guarantee that you will have an issue with the vending machines and when you call the number to get help, the guy you will speak with will do nothing except tell you that it is your fault and offer little to no options to help. He will insist that you "email" the company that handles the vending machine. Soon you will find out that there is no contact information except a "website" that you can go to but you will find nothing helpful and realize that you will never get your money back. He told me that the vending machine stops at $15 credit but I watched it go up to $59.... and yet he insisted that it "doesn't do that".... This is the most scammy place I've ever been to .... Either the people here have zero idea how to work these machines and refuse to update them or they know they can make a ton of money in vending errors and continue to claim that they have no control over it.

May 7th stop at Zip car wash on Leetown Rd in Lexington, KY. I noticed that no one helped to guide the car in until I had finish myself. The boy went back in and sat down. I paid 34.00 for a wash job, I did not get one. I still have bugs glued and baked to the front end. Never again.

A car was stuck in automatic carwash so I called the number listed for help. I have never had such a rude conversation asking for help. Police officer came up and had same conversation over my car phone. I am no longer a customer. Police called fire truck to get stuck customer out.

Well been here several times, but today I’m checking my mail before I start vacuuming the truck, and guy comes to the window and says if I’m not going to do anything with the truck I need to clear the spot. This by the same man who last time I was here, was returned 4 quarters, we put 15 in the carpet cleaner and it never turned on, and he said the boss would call us which he never did.

Ever since they “upgraded” the touchless wash, it costs $5 more for $10 less cleaning (the price on the payment terminal still reads the old price but will gladly charge the new price). The wash leaves plenty of bugs on the windshield as the water pressure once it hits the windshield is seemingly 1/2 of what it used to be, the “spot free” rinse is a joke (a leaky faucet would have more water pressure), and I am left feeling disappointed in a place that i used to frequent. Please improve the experience to meet the new price point, as fancy flashing RGB lights do nothing to the experience.

0 stars. Absolutely the worst and most dangerous car wash experience of my life. I was barely using the brush and literally just untangling the hose when the entire metal arm swung down and broke, crashing inches from my head. If I had been one step closer, I could have been hospitalized or my vehicle could've been severely damaged. This place is a total safety hazard. Then it somehow got even worse. The worker, the same guy who crowds around customers in an uncomfortable way, immediately started threatening me, demanding my driver's license, insurance, phone number, and full name. I refused because none of this was my fault. The equipment failed, not me. He then stood there and made me call his boss, who was even more hostile. The man was yelling, cussing, and antagonizing me, saying things like "Who do you think pays for this?" and ranting about customers who "put five dollars in the machine and think they own the place." I had to talk him down just to get off the phone. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and run by people who treat customers with intimidation and aggression. Never come to this place under any circumstances.
