Not the worst I've been to but top 3 for sure. There were no shopping cart when we walked in. Had to go back outside to get one. As we were walking around I saw alot of empty drink and food containers like people open ate it and left it there. There were also alot of items laying in wrong places. I was looking for some hatch chilis and found some. Looked for the best by date and found it. We are I. October and the BB date was August.....why are they still trying to sell this. I hate self checkout and they only had 1 line open with a mile long line. Since the fam was in a hurry I had to use self checkout. The only bringt spor of the experience was the lady who helped me when I scanned the wrong bar code and to check my ID.

Walmart is a dependable place to find what you're looking for. Long line and only one person staffing the customer service/return counter although the lines often move quickly. Self-checkout was efficient. Helpful staff will look up hard-to-find items.

Walmart, I came to this Walmart because I thought it would be like all the other Walmart it’s always dirty and there’s always some sort of drama going on at this. Walmart me and my service dog recently went to this Walmart and I felt unsafe the whole time there were people following me around and when I went to go tell management management told me where we don’t even want dogs in here. I explained that my dog is a service dog and under the ADA they’re allowed to But they didn’t Seem to carethey just told me to pay for my stuff and leave then there was a dog that was in Walmart that wasn’t a service dog but wearing a service dog vestand it almost bit my service dog. I’m telling you service dog teams stay away from this Walmart

The u scan would not take my hundred and they had already counted down the drawers 15 minutes before closing so I had to leave my groceries which is just bad business. You should never count your drawers until closing. The hundred looked like it had gone through a washing machine. Next time I think they should wait until the store closes to be out of spare bills or open another check out. Instead they kicked me out of the store.

Their delivery service needs works and the shoppers need to actively look for the product you want and not say every flavor you requested of yogurt is out of stock! Unacceptable service! You requested a delivery time between 6pm and 8pm and then dont receive your delivery until 10:30 pm because they couldn't find a delivery driver for 4 hrs!!! That's so wrong and such a lie when you finally do call to inquire where your delivery is they say its caught up in the system so you have to cancel it and reorder it and wait 10 days to get your money back!! Grey lag walmart is a joke DONT GO THERE DONT ORDER FROM THERE!!

Huge store, shelves stocked! Floors clear of clutter (pallets) and clean (stock not in the floor). AND most importantly, the bathrooms were the cleanest we'd ever seen - for a Walmart!! My son said the men's bathroom even smelled good!

This Walmart is always dirty and it’s impossible to find a cart that doesn’t need a front end alignment. The staff never seem happy. Can’t blame them as this Walmart is depressing. And I’ve never understood but it’s always very cold temperature wise. They sometimes have rotisserie chickens up front but check the time they were cooked. There is always a long return line. Management is always hard to find. It’s the only grocery on that part of Lexington so many have no choice. It used to be worth going there because of Taco Tico but the Northpark one closed last year sadly.

Worst wal mart I have ever been in, never have any amigo's for the handicapped to use always 2 or 3 parked broken down. Today the cashier was in such a rush to cash out next customer whole messing with her phone, I asked if that was all my bags she replied yep and when I got home I was missing a bog with about $15 worth of items I paid for. Immediately called up there was placed on hold 20 minutes then disconnected 6 different times then told by automated system extreme calls call back later. I had no way to back tonight. Terrible how they treat people.

Went there for flea equipment and I looked like an absolute mess because I was busy fighting stick tight fleas. I was stalked the whole time. Despite already paying for stuff when I was there. Why would I steal something if I’m already buying stuff?I was treated like I was a thief. Don’t go there if you actually wanna be treated like a human being. They’ll treat you like garbage. Had the worst day of my life and it’s great to be stalked the whole time I was there.

This is Lex's worst WM. Lots of "secret shopper" loss prevention ppl roaming the store, unlike actual associates who are eager to assist customers with opening the dozens of locked display cases securing the myriad valuable merchandise like shaving cream, staples, automotive brake light bulbs and flea collars. If you need any of these items you're best bet is to find another retailer.

Staff are pretty friendly, although the store isn’t always the best stocked or organized/cleaned. Beware if you don’t use Walmart bags… apparently their specific rule at this store is you may not leave the store without all items in a Walmart plastic bag. Got stopped at the door and made to go back to checkout and bag up my 6 items, even as I was showing my receipt and after having an associate scan my items themself.

Waited in the electronics area for THIRTY MINUTES to have a roku device unlocked. I walked around the store looking for an employee and couldn’t find anyone who was “able to unlock the case” I then went to the customer service desk and was told by the VERY rude woman working there that she was “about to go on break” and she refused to call anyone back to help me. I am extremely disappointed in the COMPLETE LACK OF SERVICE as well as the behavior of the CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE towards someone who intended to spend money there and approached the situation kindly and patiently. As a customer service representative your one and only job is to assist the customer. I will absolutely never return to this location, and quite frankly will avoid walmart at all costs in the future.

Was a great shopping experience. I wish the self check clerk would have helped me wnter the serial umber as the bar code didn't register. Second time at 2 different walmarts that has happened on a small appliance. Although, the stores are very well stocked with better pricing than Amazon. That was a surprise!
