I had difficulty getting in last week and even though he was working alone and very busy he was able to quickly solve my issue all the while tending to other customers! I’ve never been so disrespected by someone who Is supposed to be a member of management before! I just purchased a new vehicle and due to the size wanted to check out the car wash before reactivating my subscription. After being repeatedly bullied by staff to purchase the subscription I finally got them to understand that until I seen how their machine worked on my truck I wasn’t going to. Thank god I didn’t! The wash was AWFUL, what parts that did touch my truck left scratches, several so deep it’s as if something metal dug into the paint. Was the manager any use? Absolutely not, but I bet if it was his 75k truck ruined by their machine he would!!!! Best part was the extreme level of rudeness when I asked for their regional managers information and/or corporate contact. He even refused to provide me his name!

The pressure washer has been broke for about a year. In the winter it is always “frozen” even when the temperature is above freezing. This is a huge issue because it takes about 20 minutes to wipe the bugs off after the $30 car wash… takes about 2 minutes with a pressure washer. I’ve spoke to the manager. He got pretty upset about my complaint - he was pretty rude and aggressive. He states that his maintenance guy needed to fix it. Well id suggest calling a plumber or getting a maintenance guy that can fix it. Cancelled by subscription today. Luckily there are plenty of options around. Honestly the front of my truck looks the exact same after a $30 wash??! Pics don’t do it justice - don’t take my word for it just go try it once and you will see it is a waste of money.

It’s one thing to not fully dry off the car during the wash, but it’s another to not even offer towels. This location specifically has gone downhill in the past few years

Consistent Delays and Poor Customer Service I’ve been a regular customer at this car wash for a while now, but I feel compelled to share some concerns about my experience. The car wash is supposed to open early, but it consistently opens 5-10 minutes late. As someone who works night shifts, this is the only time I have to get my car washed, so the delays are frustrating. Additionally, the young man who is often there to greet customers seems unhappy and unapproachable. He appears annoyed when customers arrive, often shaking his head and muttering to himself. It feels like he doesn’t want to be disturbed while he’s on his phone in the office. As a paying monthly customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. I understand that everyone has bad days, but this attitude has been consistent every time I visit. It’s not the kind of service I expect, especially when we are paying for a subscription. I hope the management can address these issues because it’s not the experience customers are looking for.

I like zips but when I paid for and got the $30 wash and wax, the wax did something to my windshield. It rained the next day and the fog on the outside wouldn't go away so it was hard to see. Once I made it home and cleaned my windshield with regular glass cleaner it went away. Its a good car wash that provides free vacuums and cleaning rags with spray. Ill go back! Just not for the wax.

Car Mat Machine has an out of order sign for nearly two months. The Tire Shine no longer works. The lights for tire shine do not come on for any vehicle. The exit gate has been broke off for a while. I could care less about the gate arm, but it shows maintenance of the facility is going down, along with the broken mat cleaner, and tire shine. I love this place, wish the stuff would get fixed! Update from one year ago - I removed two stars It took me a year to cool off enough to update this review. I had to cancel my membership at this convenient location last year because the vacuums were broken for over two months straight. When I asked if they could offer a partial credit, the manager mumbled something, and another (very polite) employee interpreted it as, "The vacuums are a free service, so there's no guarantee they’ll actually work." I told them to cancel both my membership and my wife’s. That actually seemed to make the manager happy—he lifted a finger to silently signal his employee to process the cancellations.

You're not getting all that you pay for. Their compressed air sprayers are broken and are not going to be fixed for the foreseeable future. My carpet vacuum was split completely up the side and while the vacuums do work better than South Broadway, the attachments on the hoses were probably the same ones that time to shine purchased years ago. There's a shortage of spray bottles they told me to just keep looking around for somebody to finish using theirs. The supposedly clean microfiber towels left a weird film on all my glass and the blue water in the spray bottles would not dissolve it. Also, this song came on and I think it is quite fitting for the time, place and situation 😉

Worst auto wash I’ve been through in years. Didn’t even think about removing bugs and the tire cleaner was a joke. No attendant to pre wash before entering. Had a challenge to get the pay collector to work. I typically pay $12 for the service they charge $18 for. Way over priced for the wash, even if it worked. Never again.

Wash did not clean the car. I went back through and they don’t do rewash or offer a reason. Looks like it did before I went through. Would have been better off waiting for it to rain.

Went thru the wash as a guy waved me in. The back of my car was really dirty and the brushes left a big part of the back untouched. Seems like the guy standing around at the entrance should be spraying the back of larger vehicles instead of doing absolutely nothing.

25bucks for a car wash that doesn’t even get the outside clean. Most times the attendant will pre-wash the front and back to ensure this is cleaned. This guy just waved you in, points at the screen and waddles back inside. What happened to good service or attention to detail. I would have tipped him if he washed it and tried. Awful.

Worst car wash in Lexington. My truck wasn't even that dirty, you would think for 24 dollars it would get most the dirt off your vehicle. One tire got shine on it, one got half done and the other two nothing. Pics to prove it! Zoom into the rims and look at what was left. Don't waste your money like I did. Was way better before Zips took over!

Look it is an automated car wash. And I love it. Bought my wife a membership lol. They usually have someone there to make your life a bit more streamlined when trying to sort out the options available. Car gets clean, waxed, all them amenities of a automatic wash. And colorful lights which are always fun. No, don't complain, they are fun. You don't have to enjoy them ;)
