I had a VIP membership here until recently. I had gone into car wash, when suddenly it stopped and the car behind was unable to brake and hit me. Although it wasn’t my fault nor the car behind me, the car wash said they were liable for any damages. My insurance was involved, but the car wash won’t provide the videos of the incident, and they aren’t willing to come to an agreement. Be careful here.

Love this car wash! Unlimited car washes w no line if your a member and always plenty of vacuums! Not to mention the staff is just the friendliest and most helpful always! They even turned the car wash back in for me when I rolled in 3 min past close. You also get an air fresher and nice towel w every wash!

Excellent service by Ibrahim, I would like to highly recommend Ibrahim for promotion to Manager. He went above and beyond to resolve a recurring issue I had with my car plate reading, which previously required me to give my full name or even present my ID. Just set up my monthly membership for the Easton location. So far so good! Very please with how my car looks once washed. Almost 100% dry each time. Employees were very nice and helpful. Love the belt drive!

I had such a great experience at this car wash today! Ryan was incredibly attentive from start to finish. He made sure everything was set up perfectly, and even took the time to give my dog a biscuit before we went through. One of the best automatic in the area. I like that the vacuums have different nozzles to choose from and compressed air. It did a pretty good job at getting the back of my Mazda CX 5, whereas, most do not.

I switched from Blue Sky (now Tommy’s) to Turbo Wash for monthly membership simply due to location, but I have been amazed by the experience thus far. Free towels and air fresheners at every visit are awesome. Additionally the staff care about customers and retention. For those who pay attention to details, every vacuum bay has floor mat clips, compressed air, and two different vacuum heads (broad and narrow). It’s never too busy and they don’t seem to ever close down for repairs (aside from the one time someone drove a truck thru the side of the wash, and even that was short lived). Keep up the good work, folks!

This is my favorite car wash! I usually leave my car dirty and pass multiple other car washes until I can get here. My favorite th8ng is the microfiber rags that dry the vehicle after washing. No other wash does this. The staff is always helpful. A young man named Ryan was particularly friendly and helpful in explaining the savings involved in purchasing a monthly plan. This will always be my go to 💕
