I am very impress with the service I received from a staff member that works at this location. About two weeks ago my car broke down next to this fine establishment. I needed jumping cables because my car wouldnt start.I walked over to this establishment and ran into a friendly and helpful gentlemen named Mr.Pete. I explained to him my situation and he went out of his way by providing me with jumping cables, so I can be on my way!. I was more than grateful that a person like him helped me out in a time of need. I patronize this location because of Mr.Pete. caring for people and he definitely cares about people like myself and others in general. Mr.Pete is a valuable asset to Tropic CAR WASH and he deserves a "Raise" and a "Promotion".This establishment in general is "Out Of This World"...with a "Smile" to go with it. "Free Friendly Staff", "Free Vacuuming", "Free Smile"what else can you ask for? I highly recommend this location to all my family and friends.Please check out what the "Buzz" is all about!

It's always nice when they're open according to their posted business signs. Closing an hour early on a Wednesday especially with Hwy 190 traffic is bad for business. And the dryer post wash is not set up for SUV's.

This wash does an amazing job! Prewash area is a plus and the ceramic wash treatment shield the paint from the elements and adds a water repelling protection between washes! Great staff and top notch equipment!

I'm obsessed with going here. It's a nice place to get the bulk of dirt off your car and spend some time under their awnings doing detail work. I go quite often. Their vacuums are really nice to use on the interior of your car, just be careful using them around the dashboard because they'll scratch it up if you aren't. The staff doesn't seem to mind if you spend a few hours cleaning your car (i know I've spent many long hours there) and you're left undisturbed. You're out of luck if you like to listen to loud music while you clean, though. Just be courteous to your fellow customers and keep it down.

The new location is 🔥🔥🔥. I’m a car wash fanatic and this place is possibly the best I’ve seen. There is a big pre-wash area where you can get bugs off. The wash itself is great. It got the car clean without feeling like it was scratching the paint down to bare metal. Once that was done there’s a great vacuum area with machines that are fantastic! Plus, there are compressed air hoses to blow crumbs out of the cracks. Not sure I’ve ever seen this at a car wash before. And all of this starting at $7 for a basic wash and $12 for an entry-level premium wash. Can’t wait to go back!

The staff and management recognized the amount of mud on my running boards and fenders, power washed the mud off, and ran my truck through the wash twice to make sure everything was clean. Not many car wash places have offered this type of service.

TCW gets a much needed face-lift. Ive always gone here to the original car wash. Tsome if the vaccums didn't suction well and some things just needed renovation. Now with a new location everything is pristine and works fine. Best part is its right next yo my fav gas station. So while it's further away it works out well
