I stay in the east where there's nowhere to get an oil change besides the dealership. I had a bad experience the last time I went to the one in the east with my 19 Ram 1500. So I would gobyo Metairie or kenner locations. My daughter's friend had a party in Covington at Urban Air an once the party was over I remember this take 5. I had using this location before so why not. I pulled up with me and 4 girls the guy asked would you like a water and juices for the kids. Out the gate with great customer service. I got the high mileage and I had a coupon so the total wasn't too bad.

I had just come back from hunting in Northern Maine where I was deep in the woods on rough, muddy dirt roads for a couple weeks. Unaware of situation to follow, I went in to get an oil change in Covington. Turns out I smashed my skid plate up good. Full of hard dried mud, like concrete. Skid plate bent and torn up, making it extremely difficult to get the bolts out to access oil filter. These guys went the extra 100 miles to get it off, filling the stall with rocks and dirt in the process. They were awesome the entire time, almost liking the challenge. "We'll get it." they said. And they did. Even looked up places to buy replacement skid plate for my truck. Thank you so much.

The guys here are excellent, thorough, professional, polite, straight forward, and they do not try to overcharge with a bunch of BS like other places do. They also made sure my tires were set for winter. I'm so grateful for them! This was the one on Hwy 190 in Covington,.LA, but other Take 5's have been great also.

Great place to get your oil changed! They were courteous and professional. Topped off the air in my tires, checked all of my fluids, offered me a beverage, and serviced my vehicle in a very timely manner. The staff even gave me a little comedic entertainment while I waited! I had a fairly good experience. The guy messed up the nitrogen in my tires and all my pressure sensors amour now thrown off after not even asking. This will be remedied as he did not tell me everything he was doing until after it was done or in process. He did not explain what motor oil I was going to receive until I asked. Several other factors but overall seemed helpful but forceful in the way they do things hence not educating or letting me know what they were doing and the process.

These guys got it goin on. There’s a pleasant, calming, unseen, presence you feel as soon as you pull your vehicle into the service bay. The employees are smiling and they speak to all customers, not just the one they are helping. They are knowledgeable and project a genuine interest in the maintenance of your vehicle. I surely hope these guys get noticed by the corporate and be rewarded accordingly for exceptional customer service.

This is my favorite location. All the guys are so helpful and genuinely cool to be around. It’s always great and fast service! I trust them and would definitely recommend this location.
