Love this car wash! I have been going to this car wash for years. The owner and his daughter are extremely friendly and care about customer experience. My two year old had a field day with crumbling cookies and they did such an amazing job! I was wowed by how clean it was! They even cleaned her car seat!!! I will recommend it to family and friends!

Terrible service ALL AROUND! I took my car for a full service and left as if it was never cleaned at all!! They rush and don’t clean the inside or outside of your car! They basically just throw water on your vehicle. On top of that the girl with the purple hair who throws you your ticket is so beyond rude and nasty and as if she’s trying to fight!! BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Without doubt the worst unprofessional hand car wash ever Brought my 10 day old corvette for simple wash. Car has also been ceramic coated. You would think simple ,right? Ask to "hit" wheels for dirt/dust. He assured me he would and said he did as I left. I pulled over 2 blocks away to dry any drops off with new cloth. What a mess. Wheels not touched so I spent 15 minutes cleaning 2 wheels and then I thought why am I doing it when I paid. I returned to the arrogant owner who didn't even make eye contact as if she was mad at me and said we ll do it again They did make do it again and made a soapy mess of wheels and left car wet from attempt at spraying wheels. NEVER GO TO TRIANGLE CAR WASH! SORRY GOTTA GO TO A REAL CAR WASH

I’ve given Triangle multiple chances because I live nearby and genuinely wanted to support a local business ….. but man, the service just keeps disappointing. From the start, the intake process is rough. The young lady with the purple hair is always dry/rude more focused on her vape than the customers. Not a great first impression. The guys doing the actual wash don’t seem to care much either. Interior’s rushed, exterior’s sloppy, and for what they’re charging, you’d expect at least a basic level of care. It feels like no one there actually wants to be doing their job. It’s a real shame because the location is great, and if they just slowed down a bit and focused on quality over quantity, they could easily have something solid here. But after 4 or 5 visits and the same experience every time, I’m done. Just being honest—this place really needs better management and friendlier staff.

If I could give it more stars I would, very fair pricing and the guys always do a great job. Try and remember to bring cash for a tip but if you forget, you can ask the cashier to tip on the card when you check out.

Terrible service, paid $50 to have my pick up get the "VIP" package and they were about to leave the rims full of grease and dust. Had to tellbthe guys to clean again. When I arrived to my office the roof of my truck had polllen stuck to it. Its hard to see in the photos because of the reflection. They didnt even bother to scrub. Very unprofessional

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5 I rarely leave reviews, but I felt I had to warn others. I took my car to Tirangle car wash today and the whole experience was terrible from start to finish. The wash itself was incomplete — water marks and streaks everywhere, grime left on the lower panels, and the wheels were barely touched. The interior vacuuming was rushed and missed obvious crumbs and dirt. On top of that, the staff were dismissive when I pointed out the problems — no apology and no offer to fix anything. I also felt like I was overcharged for the low-quality service I received. The wait time was much longer than advertised and there was zero communication while I waited. If you care about getting a clean car and decent customer service, skip this place. I won’t be going back and I don’t recommend it.
