Edited** I love this car wash, but today was frustrating. The associate was spraying, scrubbing, and practically doing the entire car wash on the car ahead of me while I sat for over 5 minutes. When it was my turn, my car just got sprayed with the hose and sent through. Just frustrated because it seemed like my car was rushed through, and this has happened before. Car wash was busy so I didn't ask for a manager to cause delays. Also, I didn't see an email, so I'm kinda sad that I was told I had no common sense, but, the car wash itself normally does a great job.

Attempted to pay at the entrance where there is no attendant. The electronic menu was extremely confusing. It tries to get you to pay for 6 or more washes. No option for only one wash. Cannot choose no wax, etc. No employees in sight. I backed up and left. I drive past every day on my way home and notice hardly any customers even after snow/salt when every other car wash is jammed. And several times a year I see signs saying New Management or New Owner.

car wash was closed when I went there around 3.40pm. one guy was using a catopillor machine and asked him why this is closed. he very rudely said he don’t work even though he is doing some work inside premises. called on the number no one answered. they already charged me for the monthly wash and really disappointed to see they closed it early or completely. I am waiting for an answer from the company.

Just don't. My car bumped the car in front of mine in the tunnel and the manager accused me of putting my car in drive and hitting the gas. Then told me I paid with a fake $100 bill, I paid with card! Obviously, I have a receipt. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Honest review after seeing some bad ones here - I spent 15$ for my wash, it was the second best option out of the 4. A little pricey and would have been nice if it came with free access to the vacuum afterwards like most car washes. I spent $2 afterwards to use the vacuum for 5 minutes (more than enough time for my compact SUV). Car wash was amazing, no scratches on the car and my car is sparkling now! No issues at all. Will definitely go back and my only issue is that it’s slightly too expensive especially when using the vacuum afterwards.

Its not often you hear about owners who care about their patrons. Mike, is the exception and is setting the new standard for excellence in customer satisfaction. He values his customers and instills this on his employees. He is the owner of Trax car wash and wants nothing but the best for their customers. Case example : One of their machines malfunctioned and damaged the entire right side of the car. Oscar, was the manager on duty and he immediately apologized and took responsibility of the situation. He made accommodations for me to visit the auto body shop that day , said he was going to contact Mike, his boss and even possibly get me a rental for the time it takes the auto body shop to make repairs. I contacted Mike and Oscar throughout the week and they both were very helpful and made assurances that I was satisfied. They paid for my rental and compensated me for my troubles. What is more important is that I felt that this organization really cares about their customers and I wish them a lot of success and I will be doing business with them for a very long time . Thank you , Mike and Oscar!

Despite paying the exorbitant fee of $52 for both interior and exterior cleaning, the results were far from satisfactory. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of my vehicle, the staff's response was dismissive, claiming that I was overly critical. I must emphasize my frustration with the lack of quality in the service provided. Not only did I feel this was a poor value for the high cost charged, but the unprofessional attitude of your employees was truly disheartening. The level of service received was subpar, falling well below any acceptable standard. In light of this deeply unsatisfactory experience, I feel compelled to caution others about the service provided at your car wash. I advise potential customers to avoid your establishment to prevent enduring similar disappointment and financial loss. If there were an option to rate my experience negatively, I would not hesitate to do so. I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts a reevaluation of your service quality and customer care practices to prevent such incidents from reoccurring in the future.

Good car wash, I'm a monthly customer, started with the New Brunswick location and had no major issues in my almost 10 years of membership. I can recommend for my Middlesex people. The Pinebrook location is wash only, in my snarky opinion, it's a glorified selfserve wash (it's a real coin op exterior auto wash car wash with coin op self vacuum stations).

After my car wash, both of my wipers broke. I approached the manager to inquire about the incident, but to my surprise, they began threatening me and even mentioned calling 911 as a means of intimidation. The employee with the ponytail and beard displayed aggressive behavior towards me. Feeling alarmed, I decided to involve the police. When the officer arrived, I simply requested that they warn the employee about their aggressive behavior towards customers. It should be me who is upset, considering my wipers were damaged. However, the police concluded that this constituted poor customer service and could not take further action. Upon reading various reviews, I noticed that many others have had negative experiences with this establishment. To ensure transparency, I understand that some businesses might deny incidents like this. Therefore, I have attached photos as evidence. One photo shows a broken wiper, while the other wiper is lost somewhere within the car wash facility. These images serve as proof of the damage that occurred during the car wash. Throughout the incident, they continuously denied any wrongdoing. Eventually, the manager intervened and apologized for the broken wiper, offering a one-month free wash as compensation. However, considering the circumstances, I have no intention of returning to their establishment. It is truly disheartening. There goes my 2 hours!!

I went for was car wash and picked The Works. I got a basic car wash. They dried the glass with the same towels they dry your car and leave streaks. They also weren’t going to put tire shine until I told them I paid for The Works which include tire shine. I only went there because it’s closer than the place I normally get my car wash from but they do a 100% better job than this place.

I just got a car wash done there paid for a platinum wash and was given a basic wash. I chose platinum especially for the undercoat wash that was included. I’m not sure how that could be confused or not done right but people need to pay more attention to what they are doing!

Ok if you must know it took 30 min for your system to accept payment the guy that came to help me with it smelt like alcohol when I came out the wash the two guys wiped the water off the side and that was it they left soap in the grill soap I. The joints of the doors and inside the back door of my 2024 Tahoe was soap everywhere by far the worst car was in Jersey im not into trashing someone business but you couldn't acept one star so this is my reason for the one star I hope you address your employees because it wasn't the car wash it could be a great place if yiur guys was a little more professional the American dream is earned through hard work I know that very well I worked at A CAR WASH in my younger days now I own a limousine company 😉

Never again. I was charged $25 for something, and the receipt printed out. Then the guy at the front took my receipt and verified the payment. I got to the line only to be told I didn’t pay, showed my bank account, and all. I'm unsure what I paid for, but money was taken out of my account (Paid the $22 option on the screen). Gave me a half ass car wash and took my damn money. I would never recommend this place. Also, I’m not sure if it's the actual owner replying to reviews, but keep it professional; not everyone is familiar with your car wash, so telling customers it's simple is an insult. Be more specific, let the people know you'll pay a little over $50 if you aren't a member. I found this out after the guy who took my receipt showed me. Half-assed car wash for $25 waste of money!!! Didn't vacuum the inside of the car or shine my wheels. This is so upsetting!!!!!!!!! SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM, mind you, I looked, and for the car wash, it said $22, and water was thrown on my car. Only one person was wiping my car; the second person, who was a lady, just left. Not only is this place a scam, but it also has no good customer service. I even called inside the office, and the voicemail is full. Then, when I asked about the vacuum and wheel shine, I was told I have to pay. I can't believe I just wasted $25 knowing things are super expensive baffles me.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. **Edited - I guess owner's response explains why their services sucks. I went for a car wash this afternoon because someone threw eggs on my windshield. I paid $22 for the “The Work” and extra $30 for "XTREME CLEAN" for an additional $30 for interior and exterior wiping. First, they broke the small mirror attached to my rearview mirror. No one informed me or apologized—they simply handed it to me.a Second, when they said the car was “finished,” there were at least 10 visible spots that were still not cleaned. After I pointed this out, one worker told me I needed to pay extra tips for them to clean it properly. I reminded him that I had already paid for “EXTREME CLEAN,” which clearly was not being done. He walked away complaining in Spanish, assuming I didn’t understand, then came back to clean it. A few moments later, after finishing, he gave me the middle finger. Lastly, after leaving, I discovered my car can no longer lock properly and keeps showing “door open.” I now have to take it to a repair shop—thanks to this car wash. If that person was the owner, I hope his business reflects how he treats customers. If he was an employee, I sincerely hope the owner sees this review and provides better training on professionalism and on what “Extreme Clean” is supposed to mean.
