Had another amazing experience yet again at Trademark Car Wash! Timo was friendly and enthusiastic as always and provided excellent service. My car was super dirty from the snow we’ve been having and now it is spotless! The free vacuums are always a huge bonus as well for all of the dirt that tends to accumulate in my car. Thank you, Timo!!

This place is decent but I’d rather say their car cleaning is very disappointing. I don’t recommend if you’re looking for interior cleaning. The pictures I posted are just after I got my car cleaned with them

Great wash and services. More importantly Timo is the backbone of this place. This man goes out of his way to help everyone. Literally a lady got locked out of her car and he came over with some tools and we were able to get her door open. After that I had completely forgot my car running and the battery died. Timo brought his truck over to give me a jump. You cant make this up. Great customer service!

Although the place is new, at least that's what it seems like. Very disappointed about the brushes they have in drive-through car wash. Felt so sorry for my car, those brushes gave my car a REAL TEXAS beating. It even bend car side mirrors first forward, and then all the way backwards. This is a good place for very dirty cars, or cars that needs occasional beating.

After traveling I needed a car wash pretty bad I stopped at Timo’s car wash at Stacy and Custer Rd in McKinney! The customer service was top tier ! Time himself helped w my matts and my tires. I will definitely be back! They made it very easy! And a great wash! Thank you guys so much

This is a great place if you need a quick wash! $10 for a basic wash, and they provide towels by each vacuum spot (love this) And Timo is awesome! He came by to clean my tires, which I was happy about because I hate drying those. He was extremely helpful and his smile is infectious. This place is always my go to when I need a drive through car wash.

Facility is modernized. Monthly fees are low, even with the ceramic wash, and TIMO delivered the white-glove treatment with hand drying and tire shine! 😍💯

Timo assisted me here on a Friday morning that looked as if Noone should be washing a vehicle as it had rained the day prior and I had plans to travel the next day this was my opportunity. I usually hand wash my cars but I didn't feel like washing my car today on my day off and I saw there was a free voucher for a "best wash" on the website so I figured I would give it a try. The experience was actually fun as my car went through the machine. The free vacuumes were a plus but the vacuum didn't have enough suction to do much. The compressed air made up for it though! I had no idea how much dust and whatever else was in my seats and overall interior! I feel like it did more than a vacuum would have been able to do if I used my shop vac. Bottom line: Is it a good as a hand wash? It is not, particularly with the wheel rims. However I give it 5 stars because it took less than a minute and got real close and the car looked great afterwards.

I pulled up and advised the mud on my car and which wash is recommended. I was advised the best wash is of course the more pricey one. I’m aware of the services and what comes with the wash selected. Well it was terrible!!! The inside was good but the outside not so much. My car is still very much dirty and my rims are as well. I can promise this was my last time coming here. In the past I’ve given the benefit of the doubt and today decided to give them another chance. But after today I’m absolutely positive I will not be returning. Cause now I have to take my car somewhere else and pay them to wash it.

Timo (or Timotheo) helped us clean our car fully! He's an EXCELLENT employee! Without any obligation on our part, he helped us first by assisting us in cleaning our floor mats and drying off our entire SUV for us! Then, he gave me some tips on how to clean the interior which he did partly, and he cleaned and polished all of our rims, very thoroughly!! He was extremely kind and assisted us in the complete cleaning of our car, and I highly recommend this place!

Broke my mirror on my Ram 2500, they said they would fix but they haven’t resolved the issue, already ordered and installed a new mirror myself. Car wash is very rough, I know it’s a touch wash but there was still dirty residue on my truck which I clean weekly and is ceramic coated so should’ve been cleaned easily. Tire shine Is barely on the tires, Workers are helpfully but Management isn’t. I do have a membership elsewhere and regret going here, only came here because I have free time at 7am and they are one of the few that open at 7am. Only pros of this place is friendly workers and opens early. Hopefully my issue gets resolved soon

Time is fabulous I was unhappy with the vacuum cleaners, and that the back of my car was not clean on the outside… He ran in my car to the car wash again. Make sure the trunk and hatchback got cleaned brought me some clean towels because I wanted to clean my car myself. I know that sounds funny but it just felt good to be outside and he was so busy he is putting a great face on this car wash. I hope he is CEO next time I come in here.

Just curious when the broken equipment will be replaced. No word yet from your corporate email. You can not seriously charge people when only one side of a car gets washed. I did reach out to your corporate on the very email you provided and no response to providing a date at which time the car wash will be repaired. Your corporate email ignored my email? Why and how are you still operating a defective car wash with out simply telling a membership who pays monthly and who expressed how they loved your car wash and you ignore the email. I just dont like to see a business taking advantage of people who pay for a service and you have know for several months you need to repair. It’s wrong. Reply when you will fix it and I’ll come back, I’ll support you and I’ll rave about you. But don’t take people’s hard earned money and refuse to respond. Management and ownership are not responding to when the car wash will operate properly. 3 months now and each time the passenger side remains soiled with dirt. Emailed corporate and asked for my membership to be paused till fixed and no response to the repair, follow up email went without response. How can they charge people without fixing is beyond me. Not right. Amazing all the follow up reviews, Not possible when only half the car is washed. Cheaper to fix, stop charging people when you know your equipment is broken
