came in for an exterior only car wash. When i left, the car was not even clean. Still road dirt and streaks everywhere. im glad i tested it out on my daily driver before bringing my truck with nice paint in. I tried to call them about the situation and received no call back. Update. Went back to the facility. They tried to say “well it was an exterior only” even though it was my exterior that was still dirty. They then tried to blame me on my car being dirty, saying I should have seen it when I originally got out and then proceeded to deny me another car wash or any reconciliation other than just refund. They don’t want your business here. Also, their phone lines don’t work most of the time, so don’t try to call them.

Don’t waste your money here like I did. Spent over $60 ($2.50 per floor mat) on a detail and my car is somehow dirtier than when I dropped it off. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. Windshield is extremely smudged. Nothing is wiped down. Drip stains everywhere.

Poor service, rude and incompetent. Way overpriced for the exceptionally poor service that's provided. That I will not be comming back is obvious, but thanks for throwing me out. From a low quality manager being thrown out by you is a compliment.

As I was sitting there waiting for them to open, I was reading the owner's responses to other customers'reviews. The reason I had time to do this is because they were supposed to be open at 9 (on Sunday), but it was 9:07 and their employees were still showing up to work. The thing that amazed me (more than the fact that they opened around 10 minutes late) was how combative their owner is to critical reviews. I do realize that sometimes people are going to say negative things about your business and that they aren't always right, but I don't see the benefit of being so confrontational and never taking accountability for the poor performance of your employees. So, my review is for the fellow consumers and based purely on my experience and if the owner doesn't like it, oh well. First off, there is a big banner hanging across the lanes that says "McKinney's only brushless car wash". False. I already mentioned the late opening which I can't stress enough is a horrible first impression...call me old fashioned if you want to. The finished product was really the biggest let down, though. The outside was ok, but the inside still had dirt on the seat and a few other places that was very obvious. They had used so much tire dressing that it was running and dripping down the tires. What do you think happens to that stuff as soon as my tires start to roll? It gets thrown all over the paint, that's what. I did have the guy come wipe the excess dressing from the tires but I didn't bother with the rest. I paid extra to get all of the floor mats cleaned but as soon as they dried, you could see how dirty they still were. I paid $50.99 total; $40.99 for the "SuperWorks", which was interior and exterior, and as I mentioned an extra $2.50 for each of the floor mats. I don't think this is an unreasonable price at all, if they did a good job. The employee that took my truck also offered me a choice of fragrances, and I chose black ice. I don't know what their method of fragrance application is but there is absolutely no discernible scent at all in my truck. When I got home, I had to go around and finish cleaning the inside and outside. Unfortunately I won't be going back. Edit/update for the owner's response: you are nothing but a filthy liar. Bad service and bad performance is one thing but when you get on here and challenge my integrity and tell me to do better when I gave a 100% honest review about your awful business is despicable. Your business opened at least 10 minutes late because your employees were late-not because of any "technical difficulty". I never was belligerent or made any comment to any of your employees at all about it, and I bet they never called you at all. If your cameras even work, there is a 0% chance that you saw me writing the review on your lobby because I did it when I got home-but if your camera is able to read what I'm doing on my phone screen then we need to have a different conversation about privacy. Your cameras confirm nothing; it's just something you say on all of your responses to validate your excuses for running a poorly performing business. I don't often hope for local businesses to fail, but I make an exception for liars. Judging by the way you operate, I'm sure you'll go under before too long and it will be well deserved. "Do better, dude".

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that professionalism was lacking. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, and the environment did not feel welcoming or customer-focused. When I tried to address an issue with the service, instead of handling it politely or offering a solution, the staff became defensive and started using inappropriate language. It felt like they had no appreciation for customer feedback or business etiquette. The man behind the cash register was especially rude and unprofessional, showing no interest in resolving the situation calmly. This is not the kind of place where you feel respected or valued as a customer. I would not recommend it to anyone who expects even a basic level of courtesy and professionalism.

Save your money. Their pricing is good but the old adage of you get what you pay for is so true with this place. They are very lazy and they missed so many spots it becomes frustrating to deal with them. And if you pointed out to them, they get upset. I had a hand car wash to make sure they got the whole car, and needless to say they did not. Not even the windshield on the outside was cleaned.

The staff is great/ ownership & management are horrible. I tried to support this small business in McKinney, but there is always an issue. 40-50 min wait always even w/ only 1-2 cars in front/ cc machine doesn't work/ dirty bathroom/ no refreshments......w/ so many options you guys should really do better/ will not go back.....and the owners response says it all. I was loyal to this place until I always encountered problems. I would say 3 cars over the past 5-7 years is pretty loyal, driving 15 mins to get there. Will spend my money elsewhere.

Very disappointed in the quality of work. It took over an hour to clean car and when I about to get into car, the driver's side car mat was not vacuum. They took it back & vacuum, but, on further inspection when I got home. The cup holders still have coffee stains as well as not vacuumed, driver's side step had mud, passenger side mud, inside/outside of bumper not cleaned....As a carwash business you have one job to do and that is to clean the customer's car. Very disappointed!

Well, I just had the worst experience at Signature car wash. Years ago I used to come here all the time and have my Ford Expedition cleaned and they always did a fantastic job. Today after they were done I got in my car and was shocked to say the least. I wish I could post pics! The reason I went here is because my husband bought me a new car and this is a brushless car wash. I thought at first it was just the cup holders that were still dirty. Omg. My screen was not touched nor were any of my stick finger prints. Basically I do know exactly what he did. I went over to the guy that cleaned my car and said this is unexceptionable. He got in my car a drove off over to the vacuum cleaning area. I was told they do not wipe down leather sets and I didn’t pay for a detail. For $25 bucks I would expect to use cleaner and a towel. I then was yelled at by the manager and told never to come back again! Gave my money and walked away. The funny thing about this the manager was the one who cleaned the inside of my car. Use your own judgment if u want to come here. Unfortunately, an employee said this was not the first time this has happened. Wow. I wish I could post my pics.

I stopped by for a basic wash on a car that we use rarely. First, it was twenty two dollars.And the credit card machine wasn't working. Ok. Then, he tried to add on eight dollars for something.And wanted to charge me for something else. And I just backed out. As I was rolling my window up and leaving the guy said, it's the management makes us do it. This place needs to go ahead and close. It is unreal. I went to a car wash in plano and I get no headache.No problems, no issues.

Drove to come to a touchless car wash from Plano to Mckinney. Told them I did not want spray in my new car, they sprayed cherry of all terrible scents. Also, the vehicle was not cleaned well amd I got the wheel works they definitely dis not wipe down the inside, I could, and will do a better jpb. Car was cleaner before I went to the car wash sadly. Went and let the guy know and he did nothing. Place was awful. Never go here!!!

I came across this place accidentally while looking for a car wash to do the job myself. I paid almost $30 for exterior car wash and interior detailing, which was supposed to include console, dashboard, doors, etc. They did a solid job with the wash and vacuuming, and my car smells nice now, but the quality of the detailing is pretty pathetic. Looks like they wiped down the top of my dashboard and did nothing else. If I come back it'll be for a wash and vacuum only.

The touchless system is a huge win for anyone who cares about preserving their clear coat with no brushes, no scratches, no swirls. They did a great job on my vehicle, and the prices were reasonable. Definitely one of the few washes I trust with my car. Highly recommended.

Awful, DO NOT GO HERE! Look at the pictures, see the streaks outside? They are all around. The inside has more dust after than before and they acreatched my tint!! In a BRAND NEW CAR! This place is horrible, left there infuriated. Waste of $31. Guy didnt even offer to refund me. This place is the worst car wash Ive ever been to. I should have looked at the reviews first, looks like everyone knows and posts a 1 star. I wish I could post negative stars!
