I paid $50 for wash & interior. My leather seats in my car don’t even look like they were touched with anything!! My first time coming here and I am so disappointed. I would’ve asked to get my car “re cleaned” but I had my fussy newborn baby with me.

This is undoubtedly one of the best car wash spots! I've been coming here since 2012, and the service and attention to detail in cleaning your car have only improved over the years. The staff like "Victor" who is always welcoming genuinely cares and takes pride in ensuring your car is spotless.

Service was ok but if I’m paying 49 for interior dressing and I have all this small areas that didn’t get wiped down and you can clearly see it and I’m getting compressed air cleaning and there’s still debris on my seats maybe I’ll just stick to the basic wash because if your paying for good service and just getting ok that not good enough for me. And the bad part is they weren’t even busy 👎and I still left them a tip 20 not much but I work hard for my money so I spent 69 to get something done that I could have done for 10 at your regular carwash.also just went through some of the reviews and I’m definitely never going back. If your getting anything other then the basic wash would just go somewhere else and from all the responses The owner gives out on the reviews he never ask to fix the problem just says to give them another chance and come back and give them your money again 🤣😂 yes I’ll be back never

It was $36 and the rubber mats were not cleaned. They were vacuumed, but for $36, I feel I shouldn't need to come home and clean them Also, I had several "smudges" from dirty rags used to dry the car. I was able to just wipe them down, but they really should have done a better job

Have been here a couple of times, always get the $8 one. Today the man charged me the $11 even though I asked for basic. He told me no because I have mud in my car. Yeah, I thought that was the point of a car wash? It wasn’t a lot. Very dismissive, won’t be coming here anymore.

Not a great experience I see crumbs on my leather seat after a $50 car wash and interior package when asked to remove those crumbs through a vacuum I was told they just tapped down the seats and don’t vacuum. Manager himself Manager himself said no and when I asked for my money back, he was like this car wash is not for you and your service is done so just move on. very unprofessional. Don’t know how to talk to their customers.

I payed 118 dollars for the best available wash and detail they had. Interior was cleaned well. Dressing was applied liberally. Issue was once it got to the “wax” station. While I was waiting. I saw a gentleman lean my car and touch the paint with his bare hands. Strike 1. Strike two was the amount of detailers just standing around my car and talking. More than half the time I was waiting in the lobby on them to finishing waxing the car, was also spent on wondering when they’d actually start waxing it. They eventually did, and it appeared to be done rapidly. They did not buff out wax at the end. Strike three was when I walked up to the car, and I saw patches of wax still on the car. And places that OBVIOUSLY were not cleaned at all. I truly wonder if the employees are trained to some sort of standard. Overall, pretty upset that I spent that much money on this quality of work. Rushed, inefficient, and incomplete.

Staff is rude, wash left scratches on my car, and to top it off, as being my first time at this location, I did not know you couldn’t use a vacuum. As a stopped to vacuum my car, I get yelled at saying that this isn’t a free vacuum place. What kinda of car wash does not offer vacuums?? Go to carnation or simply leave your car dirty. Do not under any circumstance use this crap dhow of a “car wash”.

Paid $160 dollars for an exterior wash and interior conditioning and detailing and they ignored doors and messed up the surrounding of my gear shift by spilling the hot water meant for the floor all over. They accepted responsibility up until I refused a gift card as form of making things right. THE MOMENT I brought up “bringing them an estimate of getting it fixed” they immediately claimed they wouldn’t be accepting responsibility. After almost $200 dollars and 2 hours of my time. They have no customer service; they may act happy but they truly don’t care about your car. Everyone seemed to be understanding and trying to work with me except for the manager on sight at time. So now I’m down $160 plus however much it costs to fix.

If you're looking for an automatic car wash, then this is your place. I have been here multiple times for just the outside cleaning and it's pretty decent and they do a good job with the wheels too. Today I decided to go all in with interior cleaning and that's when the disappointment started. They just do an ok job and it's not detailed. My carpets were still dirty when I got in the car and I had to call it out. The employee said she had already done it, when it clearly was not remotely clean. Another employee stepped in and took care of it. I got out and inspected my trunk and it had not been done at all. I returned to Qwikwash and told an employee, who quickly took care of it and left it like it should have been in the first place. When I got home, the rear passenger carpet was not completely done. Cupholders were also not cleaned at all and that is part of their "12 step interior cleaning". I don't think I should be supervising all of it, but now I know that the interior part is not worth it.

Unprofessional, Rude, and Shockingly Arrogant Service I’ve been visiting this car wash for almost two months and have always driven straight to the start of the wash. Not once did anyone stop me or tell me there was a check-in point. Today, a staff member claiming to be the site manager approached me with an extremely rude and arrogant attitude. Instead of simply explaining the process, he spoke with ego, told me he was the manager, and abruptly said he was canceling my membership. His exact message: “Go through the wash and don’t ever come back.” When I calmly asked if this is how they treat paying customers, he responded with a dismissive “bye,” offered no explanation, no help, and couldn’t even tell me the process for a refund. Completely unprofessional. If this is the type of “leadership” they hire—people with no basic manners, no customer service skills, and zero respect—then it says a lot about the company’s standards. I was a loyal customer, but after this experience, I will never return. I hope ownership takes this seriously and reevaluates who they put in charge. Give me my money back ASAP and cancel my membership. Do not go to this place guys.

Mr. Jacobs - It's unfortunate that I did not read recent reviews before spending $332.00 on a full detail for my beloved 2016 Honda CRV because my rubber car mats were left wet in the trunk in a pool of water! Thank God, my grandson and I were able to remove them without soaking the carpet. The door panel was scratched, visible food particles and debris throughout my vehicle. I am beyond disappointed in the outcome and will never use your car wash services again as well as strongly discourage neighbors, friends and family to choose another option. It is quite evident your employees do not take pride in their work. They actually looked disengaged, cold and miserable. Perhaps providing better work conditions would be a good place to start. Please do not reply with a canned response as with previous customers who have complained. At some point diminishing customer satisfaction will hit your bottom line and you will make over due changes to this egregious high volume low quality business model.

Went a few days ago and the outcome was a disappointment. Definitely not as clean as I expected it to be for $50 I could’ve done a better job myself. and my work phone was missing from the center console. It wasn’t until I noticed the sign “ …we are not responsible for any stolen items…” ridiculous in my opinion. Especially because my phone wasn’t just out to the naked eye. Though I had my eyes on my vehicle the whole time a worker of the 2-3 that worked on my car must’ve rambled through my things. Lesson learned. SMH.

Today I’ve got Full Detailing service (basic) and I’m sooo impressed with the results! I’ve never seen my Odyssey in a better shape than now. Everything is dazzling, the exterior, the interior, it’s absolutely beautiful! Ladies, this car wash gets it really clean! 👏 The staff is friendly and respectful all the way through the service. Spent $170 for a full detail service, and please don’t make that same mistake. I don’t even know where to begin. Dirt and debris all in between the badges, minor scratches that were told would be buffed out, floor mats not put back into place after service…this was terrible. Could’ve gotten the same quality with a normal wash. Don’t waste your money here unless you’re doing a basic wash.

Went to this location for a wash and full detail. Previously have always had great service and results on my car. I went in September, and the morning after I had services done, noticed this damage on my car’s touch screen. I contacted management, they conducted their own internal investigation and determined they were not at fault and would not be responsible for damages. This happened to me the week I was dealing with a family emergency, which was part of the reason I took my car in to get cleaned. If I had more time and financial resources available right now, I would be fighting this in small claims court. Very disappointing and now I have a damaged screen.
