I like this local car wash place BUT they never have both bays open at the same time!! There's usually just one bay open and there's always a long line! Not a quick car wash! Be prepared to wait!

Do not come here. Their brushes are completely worn out, I had an immaculate paint job before I came here and washed it with their brush that scratched my paint. Their soap does not get any dirt off. Very clear model here of “keep operating costs low whether or not we damage cars or not” I want a refund and for you to pay to have my paint corrected due to the damages from your worn out brush.

I paid 12 for the big Tex wash. The wash is super slow and when finished the car was still really dirty. My car had only one week of rainy highway weather normal dirt in it, no mud or hard souls. Awful. I then went to vacuum the car, and the first vacuum took the dollar and didn't turn on. Overall bad experience

Great car wash management. One of the auto bays went down mid wash, the owner responded to my call immediately, tried to fix the machine from her end by resetting it, and when that didn't work, she got me over to the next bay and made things right instantly. The other bay worked perfectly and my truck looks great! It was my first time there, and I'll definitely be returning again. Even though it was a weekend and the place was very busy, wait times weren't bad at all. I definitely recommend coming here :)

I LOVE this place! It's clean, great prices, and quiet. I'm here at least once a week. I normally use the manual stalls but this time I used the automatic car wash with the brushes and my car did not get clean. I went and used the laser wash instead. THAT worked wonders. From now on, I'm going to use the manual stalls as usual.

Expensive, dryers sucked, on the way out the water was still spraying while we were trying to go through the drier. Id go back to try the self service hand washers. Can update this review then.

Always enjoy this wash. I only ever use the touchless automatic wash 'cause I don't want to scratch my paint. After the auto wash, I use the self serve bay with Wax, spot free rinse, and then the air dryer. 👍🏻

So definitely have to give this place a 5-star rating. And this is why I have to do that. So I put my money in the machine and unfortunately it did not give me the right change. But I did call the number on the receipt and Miss Linda which is such a great nice and honest person. Took care of my issue over the phone make sure I was satisfied and I'll definitely will be coming back. So if you're looking for the best car wash with great people you definitely must visit here..

I don't know what's going on here at Splish Splash. They used to be a great car wash. Lately, the machines have broken down on me while I was in the car wash. On Friday evening I went to the carwash and paid my money and machine just froze up and I couldn't get my money out of machine so now I'm going to have to file a claim or something. Very inconvenient. Again this was the second time this has happened to me within a year so I'm thinking they might need to provide maintenance on machines to ensure that they work properly. I will say that typically they do a great job and the car gets really clean so I'll probably give them another chance. It's just a hassle one machine freezes up and you've paid your money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! If you love/care about your car don’t go here. They scratched my car so bad. I tried calling them to see if they could do anything about it they asked for all my information. I sent them pictures of my car where they scratched it. They said sorry can’t do anything about it. I had my receipt and everything. I have 7 cars that I take to them. I’m never going there again. If you Want scratches on your car then go here. If you love your car stay away because they don’t care about their customers...

They have automated drive thru car wash and you're good old high pressure wash. I'd you have been to one like this in the past year or so. They still have the same multiple wash type selection but this place added an air dry on the last button. Not sure why. Anyway, I got all the bugs off my car just using the high pressure soap and rise! Clean place

Been coming here for a while now and stopped by this morning, went through the soft touch and when I drove it noticed there was still soap all over the roof of my car and around the back, price seemed to of gone up so I expected better equipment.

Worst experience. Had a $14 wash and car came out with form on sides and back side as the soap used was not fully washed away. It was so bad that I was not able to see through backdoor glasses. I asked one attender there and he said this is how it works and you need to wash it off. Really? We pay $14 to wash the car ourself? Other option was to do the wash again free of charge, but this will happen again. Then what? Another free wash? This is ridiculous and waste of time and money. Keep way from this place.

Used the touchfree auto car wash. I would consider it more of a rinse than a clean. It was fast...just a quick once over. Left bird poop and dirt. My windshield was also still dirty. Paid $14 and my car is still dirty. Based on the results you are MUCH better off going to a car wash that has employees to monitor the clean. I have used this car wash in the past but did a better job then (seems like the wash part was much more thorough).
