Let me just say, the Top Wash #1 is number one for a reason. From the equipment to the management and customer service it is top notch. I think Taylor is doing a great job at this location and he deserves recognition. It’s not very often you see managers grinding just as hard as his employees and it shows in the service. He’s a great leader and I’m glad to return to this location every time! This is the best $30 a month I’ve ever spent!!

3 months ago when I subscribed to a monthly plan, the washes were good! But in recent weeks the quality has dropped a lot. Soap machines do not play a good amount, and drying is not being so effective. What seems to be an alternative to reduce unit costs. This would be great if the end result were not a car that washed still has dirt spots. The employees are always cordial and excellent professionals.

We visited this place in the afternoon for a quick carwash. This place is on Chamblee Dunwoody Road and close to exit 31 A. Although the place was busy, we quickly got space for a car wash. The guy at the entrance was helpful and explained the differences between different washes. Although the basic wash is a little costlier than other places, we liked that they had some people manually put car soap before it went through the automated wash. Also, the place has many self-vacuum cleaning spots, which is helpful, especially on busy days. They also have cleaning fluids and damp clothes to help with cleaning the car. If you are a car enthusiast and live close by, I would suggest taking their monthly plan and saving a lot of money even when you visit every weekend. Definitely recommended 👍

Hoy sábado 12 de abril lleve a lavar mi camioneta y la máquina quebró mi mirror de lado del pasajero, hablé con el manager checo los videos primero me dijo que mi vidrio ya estaba quebrado le dije que no fuimos a revisarlo de nuevo y se dio cuenta que no había era asi y que la máquina lo quebró después me dijo que la compañía no cubre por espejos no puede ser.😤😤 Today, Saturday, April 12, I took my truck to wash and the machine broke my passenger side mirror, I talked to the check manager the videos first he told me that my glass was already broken I told him that we did not go to check it again and he realized that there was not like that and that the machine broke it then he told me that the company does not cover for mirrors it can not be. 😤😤 Today, Saturday, April 12, I took my truck to wash and the machine broke my passenger side mirror, I talked to the Czech manager the videos first he told me that my glass was already broken I told him that we did not go to check it again and he realized that there was not like that and that the machine broke it then he told me that the company does not cover for mirrors it can not be. 😤😤

Took our van for a wheeling wash, 4 sides were fine but the Top was never washed. It was full of green moss that when wiped with the cloth afterwards came off easily. For $17 it was a rip off. Will never go back there & do not recommend.

As a first time customer I had high hopes for this place. My van was severely damaged going through the wash. However the wash itself wasn’t bad. I genuinely would have gotten a membership if this situation had not occurred. I reached out to the manager Thomas to let him know what happened and he said he would investigate the matter which he did. Only to tell me that they were not liable because my antenna was bent. Didn’t even offer a refund at the least. Made me feel as if this was my fault. I said that I would have nothing left to do but reach out to a lawyer about the matter. But asked to at least speak to the owner before I took those steps. Thomas refused. I’m disappointed in my experience here and would not recommend based off of customer service but if your just going for a wash…….sure why not.

This place was brand spanking new when I first went and got the free car wash they were advertising at that time. I must say, it was a pleasant experience. I even met the owner who was standing at the payment kiosk just before the gate of the actual car wash. He very kindly let me know about their specials. I wondered how long he'd been standing there saying the same thing over and over to each customer in their cars. Lol However, you have to respect the fact that I fell for his pitch and signed up for the monthly delux(wash my car whenever I want)program. Lol Got me! I proceeded into the car wash lane where a guy had a soapy floppy mop and he gave my windshield the once over before heading into the automated wash room. Wheee! Put the car in neutral and let her rip. The usual things happened in the wash..shall we say corridor, and of course I took a selfie while my car was sudded up. Lol After the wash, I proceeded into one of the "vacuum by yourself" lanes. I was happy to see it was free to do so. There was even cleaning spray for the interior. All in all, I really thought the price was worth it because I noticed that THAT WASH GOT MY DIRTY TIRES CLEAN! HAHAA #worthit Go check them out.

I expected honesty and straightforward service — instead, I was automatically signed up for a monthly plan I never agreed to. This isn’t a misunderstanding, it’s was done without my authorization. It’s an unethical deceptive business practice. I had to dispute the charges and was issued a new card and number. Be careful sharing your payment info here — they clearly rely on customers not noticing their criminal enterprise. Businesses that operate this way don’t deserve repeat customers.

Love the cleaners and microfiber clothes available to work on the car, not just vacuums. Update after 3 months: I am downgrading to 4 stars as I noticed they seem to be closed when temperatures are low. Coming from Chicago, if this was the case there, all car washes would be shut down for the whole season. I need the car washed especially when roads are salted and dirty, but you can’t at Top Express. I am also targeted online with offers from other car washes around the neighborhood and there seems to be cheaper options if that’s your top consideration.

TOP Express Car Wash is one of the best I’ve ever used! These days, many places have free air guns with vacuums. However, what puts this one on TOP is the quality, aesthetic, and cleanliness. At just around $12, their basic wash is a bargain, and their detailing tools make me feel like a pro!

My favorite car wash place from now on. Got a great wash for a solid price and the vacuum/wipe down station was well stocked. Freddy was beyond helpful. I will admit I struggled with my floor mats, but he stepped in and showed me how to use the air pump to make my life easier! He grabbed me a trash can and made sure I wasn’t in a full blown daze trying to figure things out on my own, since it was my first time using a station like this (I use to use a wet vacuum at home) Thank you, Freddy and Team TOP!

Newer location with powerful vacuum. They have two different vacuum hoses with different size heads, a blower that you don't see in many car washes, everything is pretty new and working as they are supposed to. They don't have any mat cleaning area or machine. Wish they can add that too.

I love the pay for month service, but I still have to get out and clean the chrome rim that end up with a film on them ,other than that. The service is good . I still think the should open a area for a contractor to give you option of getting them to wipe and clean inside and out.

I've been a member here since the week they opened and today I am canceling my membership.... ONLY BECAUSE I AM MOVING! I've the past couple years I have had the best experience here, from management to the employees everyone here has been TOP notch! I've witnessed employees helping older folks reach places they couldn't to help clean a dirty spot, I've watched them give advice to folks on cleaning practices, I've never seen anyone here give anything less than great customer service. I have a Lifted BLACK F-150 with a Long Bed and big mirrors. Despite some of the reviews I've seen, I have NEVER had an issue. With my big mirrors, lifted truck, step rails, and a trailer hitch, not one issue in over two years! Compared to the other car washes around this one is by far the best.

I HIGHLY recommend this place, especially for the ladies who want to avoid being cat called or hit on while getting their car washed! TOP Express Car Wash was the best for my money! It was $17 for a wash and tire cleaning. This came with unlimited free vacuum with window cleaner and multipurpose car cleaner! They even have towels to use with the cleaners as needed. The workers are friendly & hard working. They were always taking out trash, refilling bottles, and refilling towels. One worker noticed that I had a flat tire & found a coworker to help. They took their time to grab some tools to fill my tires with air for me— they even gave me recommendations on what I could do until I can get to a shop for a tire patch! They were genuinely the nicest guys who didn’t just help to get my number or to talk to me. The intention was simply to help out in a non-condescending way. As a woman, it’s often hard to accept help without worrying about being hit on after. This wasn’t the case here. These people were genuinely good guys wanting to help.
