Vacuum in back does not work. It turns on but there's no suction. Left a note on the pump. Left without trying the others. Wasn't about to waste any more money on junk equipment.

Great place new owners things are being added and fixed, good place to go. Some people do come and break things like hoses or vacuum but they are fixed in a reasonable time, there always a bad apple that spilled it for the rest

Had a problem with my baby. I called the number provided. I was really shocked someone picked straight up and tried to walk me three my problem. There was a bbn problem with the bay I was in at the time and they emailed me a code so that I could have another wash later. I went back fee few days after that and everything went perfectly. Thanks for the help and wash was great

I needed to clean some cement brick crumbs ,dirt and grass clippings out of my truck bed. Zips auto wash don't clean truck beds well at all, so I went to the self service car wash. Just what I needed, no line and done.

Automatic car wash took $9 on the credit card and then tried to use the standard car wash and it wasn't working either no phone numbers on building to request to refund. Guess I got to call the bank

Poorly maintained. Most of the vacuums don't work properly and some of the self-service wash bays do not either. It's too bad that the owner seems to have no interest in maintaining this business properly.

I use this car wash almost every week and honestly never had a problem with it. If you’re using the card machine (as I usually do) make sure you PUSH THE RED BUTTON to stop it when you’re done. Twisting the knob and putting it on ‘stop’ will only stop the flow of water out the nozzle, not the card machine. Plus it tops out at 15 or 16 dollars, so anyone that says they were charged a crazy amount more than that is full of it. Seriously, never had a problem with them and I’ve been using this car wash for years!! Just gotta know how to use the equipment I guess.

Just needed a quick wash after the snow, the nearby zips was packed, pulled up to this with no one there. It is a touch less wash so the quality isn't great.

This used to be the only self-service car wash I ever used. Now I’ll never come here again. The vacuums were so full that they had no suction whatsoever. And I tried three out of four of them so that was three dollars wasted. When I entered the bay to wash the outside of my car which is $1.75, I started with the foam brush. It was empty. So that was another $1.75 wasted. The time ran out on it so quickly so I had to put in another $1.75 just to rinse it off and the rinse cycle was putting out soapy water. So that’s a way to never be done rinsing. That’s a petty way to make another couple bucks. I felt robbed when I left. I’ve never submitted a review on anything in my life until now. Booooo

Both change machine were broken and only had enough quarters in the car for a soap and spray off. Good pressure on the water, but soap should have been a little more. Not a bad place, just needs to get changers fixed so people can have enough change to do complete wash.

Just tried to drive through the car wash and it took the money off my card but it doesn’t work. There’s nobody here to tell you anything or any numbers to call so you just guess you just wasted your money

Towel machine empty, I put money in and got nothing, why i did it again on the amorall machine and still got nothing, the spot free rinse and tri gloss options on self service also empty, dryer doesn't work. This place needs up keep or closed down.

The vacuums are never emptied and therefore have no suction. They do not repair or maintain the equipment at all, the display on one self service bay was unreadable, the bay I found to be halfway working had very little water pressure because the hose is held together with duct tape and leaking all over the place. The foam brush was also altogether missing. If you can’t afford to maintain the place, then you need to just close it. This is pathetic. Don’t waste your money coming here. This thing couldn’t even knock the dust off my car!

Went thru the toughness carwash and payed for the maximum was at $19...it didn't wash my vehicle hardly at all, I still have film on my windows, smears all over my car and barely touched my undercarriage, there's still dirt on my mud flaps. I'm super disappointed. Stopped by this morning , nobody there, called the number listed under their website with St Andrew's address and the man that answered stated , that was the Top Dog carwash in Columbus...so I guess I'm not getting another wash nor my money back, this place is not worth the money at all then you can't get ahold of anyone to help you.
