My only experience has been trying to stop a monthly car wash subscription once it has started - DON'T GET THE MONTHLY CAR WASH SUBSCRIPTION - if you ever want to stop it. We have a fleet vehicle that moved from the area and we have been trying for three months to stop the monthly charges from coming in. Finally had to just cancel the card to get it to stop. We spent hundreds on monthly car washes that were never used.

Be careful with paying a monthly fee with their car wash. After cancelling it I still got multiple charges. Called several times. Finally had ti cancel my bank card.

Good place for an oil change. Only issue is they replaced the cabin air filter and didn’t clean it he duct so I left with a rattling sound. But, they fixed it same day with no issues. I’d go back for oil change again.

As a customer i am very disappointment and upset at the kind of services they provide me at this location. From the beginning where the gentlemen that was doing the oil change to my car, for which i was there originally there for, he end up coming back and letting me know that i need the transmission fluid change and he went ahead a quoted me a price that was incorrect at the end of my service. Well since the service was done to my car, then my car started to act weird. So i had my mechanic look into it, and when he did, he found out that they hadn't even changed the transmission fluid on my car it was black, this was 4 days later from my services done .The worst things is that the manager seth and the Cody, they keep making feel stupid and made me cry, they think that the customer's aren't ever right and more then that they keep wanting to touch my car after they had mess it up the first time and they wouldn't even consider, refunding my money.They are very rude and very unconsecrated to the customer, and they don't even care if they have giving them a good service for the customer to leave satisfied. They made it so clear that they didn't care about the customers being happy after they have walked out of there. I have never felt so disrespected in my life until this happened, i would never let nobody walk away from my front desk or facility knowing that they are upset or even knowing that i have made a mistake, but obviously this places doesn't care about the their customers or there vehicles, they don't appreciate there customers and they obviously don't care about there vehicles.

For those looking to save quick cash in car repairs, I have some news for you. About 3 months ago I used Toot’n Totum care card off of Hillside and Coulter. Long story short they did a poor job on a transmission fluid flush and it costed me a pretty penny at the dealer to get my transmission serviced and fixed. Drove my truck for about 10k miles and noticed higher temperatures and harder shifting due to a filter that was never replaced and the WRONG fluid that was put back in and the lines were never properly flushed either.

I had a small crack appear in my windshield. I brought it in for a “crack stop” service that would keep the crack from migrating across the glass. I was greeted in a friendly manner and my situation was rectified quickly. I also noticed that oil changes are $20 cheaper than the folks I’m using now. I will return when it’s time for an oil change.

I have come here regularly over the years and it has simply decreased in quality over time. On my most recent visit I came in behind two other men who had been there already. I only needed my oil to be changed and some transmission oil to be changed. Now, two hours later my car has not been finished and the technicians are making excuses as to why they have not worked on it. Now I am a pretty patient person. I do not mind waiting. But after reading 100 pages of the book I brought to read while I waited, I began to wonder if I was being too calm with their complacent work ethic. You can say I just had a bad experience once and that it is unfortunate all around. Yes this is true. Other people that came through had a fine experience getting work done on their car. I just hope if you decide to visit this location you don't end up like me. Added one star since they gave $12 off for the long wait time.

went early in the morning. the team jumped right into changing my oil and taking care of my car. everything was explained clearly. they made some suggestions, however they weren't pushy about the up-sale services. i've had my oil changed here multiple times and each time has had the same level of service. thank you!

I went in today to get an oil change, and was greeted by someone who just stared at me and didn’t say anything until I said, “Hi! I’d like to get an oil change” to which the employee replied, “ok” and handed me a drink token. There was 1 car in front of me, but somehow I waited over an hour for the oil change all while watching the man who started my experience just stand around and watch others working. When it was finally time to pay they charged me $127 for an oil change that was listed at $49! When I questioned them on the extra charges they responded with, “well you didn’t tell us not to do these extra services” that weren’t even listed under the oil change package. They didn’t even vacuum the back seat of the vehicle; they vacuumed the front to make it look like they did their job and hid their laziness. Needless to say everyone should be finding a better place to take their vehicle. Toot n’ Totum should not be trusted with your time, your money, or your family’s safety in the vehicle you put them in.

Always a great experience at this Car Care Center. Not just a dain, the oil and fill type of stop, they will provide a full service rotate the tires, change your breaks, fix engine, ac/heat, battery, and many other vehicle issues. They always recommend services based on the mileage but are never pushy! They can always schedule a service at a later date so you can spread the services out and get what you need that day. These guys are great! They dont just treat you like a paying customer. They treat you like friends and family and take pride in their work! Anthony and Robert run a great shop with a great team!
