Got there an hour before close and the wash part was broken down. Not a big deal. One worker said I could go ahead use the vacuums which was the whole purpose of driving across town. Midway through vacuuming my car the vacuums were shut off by another worker and he told me they were done for the day. Couldn’t even give me 5 minutes to vacuum the other half of my car. Smh. Should also be noted that they were still doing other closing duties. I wasn’t preventing them from leaving, he just wanted to shut off the vacuums.

I had a great experience at the car wash thanks to Marcus Deleon. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly committed to making sure I was taken care of. Marcus took the time to explain the different wash options and helped me choose the one that best suited my car’s needs. He made sure everything was done thoroughly and efficiently, and the results spoke for themselves—my car looked spotless inside and out. His attention to detail and excellent customer service really stood out. I left completely satisfied and appreciated how smoothly the whole process went. I love washing my car at Take 5. I drive my car a lot during the week and it always gets so dirty sometimes I need to wash it twice a week. The workers are always so nice and I love that they are always there to dry your car at the end of the wash.

Ok I’ve been an unlimited subscriber for years, even before it was bought out by take 5. The service has gone to crap over the last few years. The wash is mediocre at best as 90% of the time no one is there to dry your windows and such. Towels and supplies are almost always out. Additionally, they never open on time. You’re lucky to get in and get your car washed within an hour of when they are supposed to open. I’m going to cancel my monthly subscription if they don’t start getting their crap together. Notice the time on the clock. They’re supposed to open at 9.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. One of The best car wash experiences I’ve had. The only reason I can’t do a five star is because I’ve been stopped multiple times during the wash. But other than that it’s been great. I only go to the one on coulter. Thank you guys for helping keep my car clean.

I went to Amarillo Auto Clean yesterday and they said the didn't have anyone to dry cars at the time. I've been through car washes and not had my car dried so I thought it would be fine. I got the $25 wash. Never again. The rinse cycle barely got any of the soap off. This is an insane amount of soap still left on my car. I'm going to have to pay to have it washed again. When I went to their website to file a complaint they don't have a website any longer. I'm going to call and request a refund and see how that goes. But I have low expectations for that conversation.

Professional, friendly service. I like the fact that they have a family plan. Then other plan I was with at a competitor down the street on Coulter made it difficult to cancel the car wash membership. I tried calling, all I get was a recorded message. You have to physically go to the location to cancel. Take 5 CarWash has an awesome app where you can find locations near you which will come in handy on trips. Audrey at the S. Coulter location is great!

The wash had no water during the "wash". Dry rotating brushes and soap. No dryer. The person with the hand wipe had a surprised look when I drove out with a soap covering. They had me run through again. The second time had water but there was still soap on the windows and tailgate. The wheels and tires were as dirty as when I pulled in. No offer for a refund.

After paying $27 for the “best wash,” I shouldn’t have to spend another $20 to get my car properly washed and dried. Your staff should focus on ensuring customers get their money’s worth rather than aggressively pushing subscriptions or being distracted by their phones while customers wait. I won’t be returning.

Nice full service car wash. Friendly staff, very thorough. They scrub the grill, front windshield, and back windshield to ensure they get clean. They also dry your car. Aubrey was amazing, and got us our first wash free. We are in town from out of state visiting family, but anytime we come back we will definitely use this car wash.

I recently visited Take 5, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! My car looks fantastic, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Very dissatisfied. This car wash used to be my go to when it was Amarillo Auto Clean but quit going when it got too expensive. Wife came back from washing car and it was still filthy. The hood, windshield and roof were clean but sides and back were untouched. I went back up there to see if I could run it through again to make sure it wasn’t just a fluke. Was told the “Basic” $12 car wash is to be expected to not clean well but if I wanted to upgrade to $18 wash it would clean a little better. So no offer to run it through again or refund me so basically no recourse other than to take more money to maybe get it clean. I left and went to Toot N Totum car wash and for $10 basic wash car came out fantastic. I asked TnT their policy and they said they would run it through again if it came out half clean, no problem. Maybe Take 5 turned off basic wash features to up-sale washes from previous owners. I’m super tempted to dispute the CC charge…I think I’ll stay away from the oil change places too. Be a nightmare if a service wasn’t performed correctly or satisfactory.
