I switch to this car wash station because the first time I went, the service was phenomenal. Fast forward 5 months later and you’re lucky if they even spray your car before you go through. I think quick quack is calling my name!

Welp, I did it! I switched to quick quack today after I went for the last time to this carwash. The laziness from the young people you have working here is appalling!!! They didn't get the bird feces off of my car before the wash and they were so lazy drying my car off they should have told me the bird feces was still there so I could run it back through. I literally had to get it off myself and that was infuriating. Also the last few times I went the yellow cones were blocking the entrance and I couldn't wash my car , not to mention them not popping my mirror back in place after the carwash popped it out ! Never again, I will pay a carwash company that actually cares about their customers. 😡

Montrell was super helpful this morning! My wiper blade fell off (which happens a lot, they did nothing wrong!) and he made sure we got it back on the RIGHT way!! Montrell and everyone at the car wash this morning were very nice and accommodating, and that’s not something I’ve always been able to say. I’ve been going to this car wash since they opened because it’s close to my house. But I now feel like they’ve made some good changes and the current employees are doing very well.

Usually really great! Does a great job on the car wash! However today 06/22/25, the system did not spray my tires, the two most eastern vacuums did not work and none of the air compressors worked. They offered to let me go thru again, but I had already dried off everything. They were aware of the air compressor issue, but not the vacuum issue. Will update once I go thru next time!

To start off, this is not a review of the car wash but the car care center at this location. They do not have the car care center listed for a reason. To start off with, in 2024 they told me my brakes were good when I asked them about it, during an inspection at that. Then in April of 2025, they told me my brakes did not need any work. I was grinding on the rotor and damaged my rotors. I went in on a Saturday and was told that they do not do brakes on a Saturday and was turned down. I will NEVER bring any of my vehicles back here again! They seem lazy and do not want to do any work.

I take my personal vehicle and my company vehicle to this location. Don't know anybody's name, but the young blonde girl and the young man. Always professional. Always jokes around good people. I purposely drive my vehicle over there. Whether it be my company vehicle or my personal. These guys are awesome. Joke around, and very professional. I recommend this place and it is worth the price. A basic wash to a deluxe wash. Always have a good time there. Next time I'm bringing donut
