Have been standing here for 20 minutes waiting for one of these fatheads to help me. One guy is just standing around smoking his vape cigarette. Complete lack of customer service and a fine show of laziness. Will not be back. Won't even buy gas here.

I had to come in and get a rock chip fixed. The wait was about 35-40 mins total. While they work on it, they give you a coupon for a free fountain drink and also a coupon for free carwash. I'm not sure what kind of wash it's for tho, since I haven't used it yet. I got it done a couple of weeks ago and so far so good. I wish it would have completely disappeared, but it was a nasty chip.

Had to come to this location for the car wash we purchased up the street. Attendants were greeting the long line of waiting vehicles, assisting with mirrors, wipers etc. There was even someone at the end wiping the windshield! Line moved thru quickly!!

WARNING! Do not go to these people. Hours after leaving my check engine light came on so I took it to a different oil change business. They told me my oil was burnt and asked when the last time I had an oil change. They also said my oil was overfilled. The place I took it changed the oil and the engine light went off and truck is running smooth. The time before toot n totum left the cap off and I didn't find out until I looked under the hood days later. They are horrible and I feel like it is intentional
