Cancelled my subscription since I’m leaving the country for two months, but the app said they would offer an extra free month since I had been subscribed to the Works package ($34/month) for over 3 years! I even called the car wash to double-check, and they confirmed it. After waiting 20 minutes in line, I was denied entry and told I needed to buy a new subscription. Not only was I lied to and had my time wasted, but they also tried to squeeze more money out of me. I had planned to renew when I returned in July— and even add my Mom and Dad to my plan — but now I’m reconsidering. I’m sure Mister Car Wash or Champion Car wash wouldn’t have wasted my time like this!

This place started off strong but it's already going down-hill. At the end of the wash, the two large drying clothes just turn but never touch the car and leaves the car very wet and they haven't fixed this for months now! Imo members should also be able to use both lanes, sometimes cars have to wait in the street because the member side has a long line while the other lane has no cars!

I’m a 3 year old client , loyal. Chose this establishment because it had superb customer service, compared to its competitors ..any issues were addressed and resolved to satisfaction promptly, had 2 issues this month and addressed with what appears to be new manager, my complaint felt on deaf ears and instead this manager showed me the door, offered no resolution. I then decided to cancel, it’s a shame since he claimed to be customer service oriented. I now rather go back to Mr. Car wash since that’s is gone.. if General management is interested in resolving, you can always reach out to me.. thank you..

I recently tried this car wash under a “special” and I know for a fact I’m going to continue my membership to automatically renew monthly. I had Mister Car Wash and due to the poor quality car wash I received each time, I decided to try Tommy’s and it was the best decision I made. My car is so much cleaner and looks so much nicer. I now have two cars under a monthly membership with Tommy’s.

Car wash doesn't dry your car like at all and you have to pay for a rag to dry it off properly.... my car looks dirtier than before I brought it through Terrible response to my review. Do better. Provide a free rag like every other carwash. Based off your other reviews youre clearly doing something wrong

Back in April 2025 I took my car to wash & my rear windshield wiper was broken. Im still waiting for the part & to be setup with a mechanic. A previous employee told me it happens 25% of vehicles. Don't use this car wash if you want to be calling them for months without any call back or resolve.

Your car Matt cleaner was not working. The right side was which is for WeatherTech kind of items but your regular Carla wash was broken other than that. Good deal guys.

It started strong but like others have stated, it takes several "laps" to get a decent ceramic coating and for a couple months now the rotating blowers at the end don't work so now it ends with water droplets spread across the windshield.

I really like this car wash. It's well maintained, the vacuum areas have an on/off button for the vacuums which I believe is great for energy saving purposes as well as keeping the machines working properly (not like their nearest competitors... I'm looking at you Mister) and they even offer a free mat cleaner as well. Again something the competitors don't. Today, the did a terrific service for all the communities they serve in giving everyone that stops in a free car wash! Again, something that their nearest competitors have never done after several years of existence in my community. So to Tommy's I say thank you. Your location is highly recommended. If you haven't tried them out, you owe it to yourself to do so. But don't take my word for it, go see for yourself.

I was a big fan until I went on a road trip. I’ve been through the wash 5 times and the bugs are still there. When I spoke to the an employee I was told that they don’t scrub bugs. The only offer I received was to basically allow the soap to soak a little longer to see if that helped. I have personally worked at another car wash for 12 years, the only way to get them off is to scrub. Very inconvenient that Tommy’s can only handle a very basic wash. Re thinking my membership here.

No matter if you get premium package $$$ or the cheapest $ one it’s always going to come out half cleaned and half dried. Plus it’s got a nasty smell once you go in the tunnel. I’ll be moving to a different car wash for sure!

Most of the brushes did not work. The wash hardly dried my truck. For $18, I expected a better wash. They didn’t even put the tire shine. The staff however was great and very helpfu. Helped me get the app set up too. Hopefully they can get their equipment repaired and working properly!

Pretty bummed. I got the 2nd best car wash and my car came out disappointing. My HOOD was still filthy. Crazy right? I would assume that it would be the cleanest since it’s the first thing that goes in. Dirtiness throughout the car. My fin was dirty. My passenger side was terrible. Only good thing to say: Vacuums did good. My expectations aren’t high, but come on. ☹️

This business is completely unprofessional. The manager, Jorge, repeatedly changed his statements and could not keep a consistent position. My vehicle was severely damaged, and every step afterward was met with excuses, delays, and shifting requirements. Their preferred body shop admitted Tommy’s Car Wash told them to do it a cheaper way because the estimate because it was “too high.” When I sought quotes elsewhere as requested by Jorge, he continued to reject them—despite me submitting exactly what they claimed was required. Even then, Jorge dismissed the documentation as “inaccurate” without justification. The issue was eventually settled, but only after unnecessary obstruction and bad-faith handling. This company does not operate with integrity and cannot be trusted to stand by its word.

I come here everyday. Sometimes multiple times a day. So I know how the car wash is supposed to operate on a good day. This morning I went through the car wash four times because the night crew did not perform their maintenance duties. The rags at the end of the line smeared dirty water all over my car mixing with the wax coating creating this horrible wax dirt mess that won't come off my vehicle. Windex won't even remove it from my windows. I can't utilize my side view mirrors when the sun reflects off the dirt wax mess. Please hold your employees accountable for their laziness because they are going to become a liability if this wax dirt requires money and professionals to remove off my vehicle.

I have paid for the best wash nearly every time I've come through. It was mediocre at best leaving bird waste and bugs on the car. Additionally, the last time I went, their car wash bent my metal door seal back 90°. I was told Karen would follow up with my claim. She just emailed me grainy low quality photos and claimed the car was already damaged and they would not be doing anything to compensate me. I'll post the photos below so you can see for yourself the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction they have. The first two are what it looked like after the wash. The second two are what Karen is claiming shows existing damage.

I would not recommend this location based on my recent experience. I had an incident where the tire shine machine got caught on my side step, resulting in it being completely detached. I filed an incident claim immediately, and the associate assured me that the manager would contact me. However, it has been four days, and I have yet to hear from anyone. I’ve called multiple times, only to receive the same response: "The manager is not available; call back later." As a result, I am canceling my membership. I would also advise anyone with trucks to be cautious, particularly if you have side steps, as it seems the company may not take responsibility for damage caused by their equipment.

I normally enjoy highlighting places that provide great service and quality products. However I have to inform people of this place. Keep in mind that these are people I dealt with and my only issue is with the either the manger on duty or the franchisee owner who refuses accountability. I went to the car wash to get my wife’s truck cleaned up, as she was pregnant at the time, and I figured stop there since we called ahead to see if they took cash. They said yes and we were in the area. I drive up and they asked me to remove some stuff from the bed (sandbags) which I did. As I got in line Jorge (manager on duty ) came back out stopping the line as I was the next car in line. He said that I couldn’t go through unless I cleared out the bed of the truck. I was confused as that’s not why I was asked but I complied anyways grabbing some straps a hook and some mud shoes. He did explain that it was for safety and to avoid any damages, he was not rude simply firm. I had no issue with that. I paid for the best wash they had so I figured it had some truth to it as it should add more washes and liquids. After holding up the line I jumped back into the truck and they pushed the button and sent me into the wash. I pulled in to use the vacuum and dry off the excess. Even bought their little towel and vent scent. As I’m drying the truck I noticed a missing piece. I went back right away and Christopher came out. I showed him the picture of the missing piece with the broken bracket and he kindly went down the line and found it, and handed it to me. I went to check to see if I could put it on but as you can see it’s warped and the bracket is broken. I went back and asked about their warranty process. Christopher explained it to me and so I mentioned wanting to speak to the manager on duty. He went in and after a few minutes Alyssa came out with an iPad saying she was gonna document it, which she did but manger on duty didn’t come back out. I asked her the same thing , if I could speak to him and he still didn’t come out so I waited and got his name. As I was getting ready to leave I saw Mr. Jorge drive off in his truck. This is my situation. Let me add that a lady with her kids asked me if that had happened in the car wash I said yes and she told me that something on the same side (passenger) had broken. She even mentioned it to Alyssa before I left I don’t know why happened there. But that’s two vehicles in less than an hour. They denied my claim saying wear and tear and “policy” which they don’t attach the policy and the response says it didn’t malfunction but clearly it ripped a piece off of a truck that was bought at a dealership not more than 3 months before. This happened at the end of the month. November 29 just past noon. Damage was on the passenger side

I’ve been a customer of this location since the day they opened. At first everything was excellent! The car would wash great and dry very well to where I didn’t have to get off and wipe it down. Now the car comes out with spotty dirty areas everywhere and the car comes out soaked all the way around, water spots all over the body of the car and wet windows so every time I have to get off and hand dry the car. I cancelled my membership and we’ll be looking for another wash.
