I don’t know what they mean by “interior cleaning” they always leave it the same, they don’t dust the side of the doors, seats etc. I took my car today 1/14/2026 and they couldn’t even clean the seat? All these kids seem lazy when it comes to cleaning interior cars. Mister car wash, do better

I purchased the "ultimate" package for a month at the location on Osborne and received a free interior cleaning. I have thus far used three locations, the one on Osborne, the one on Mesa near UTEP, and the one at Hawkins and I-10. Osborne gave me the cleanest car. Mesa was good, but for some reason did not get the dirt off the back of my SUV. Hawkins did a good cleaning but was extremely hard to exit into busy traffic and requires a sharp turn to enter the car wash which made it hard to get my wheels properly lined up. They are all good, but so far my best clean has been at Osborne.

The automatic car wash system does not thoroughly clean the exterior nor does it dry it properly. Their other locations are much better

Every time I go to any location they never dust right or vacuum right. I’m a busy mom and don’t have time to inspect my vehicle when it’s done. I have a limited amount of time. $32 dollars and I have to come home and finish the job! ☹️

Today was my first time at Mister Car Wash and I am very disappointed.I paid for an interior car wash but it wasn't done properly . I tried calling to speak to the supervisor but no one answers. The person that cleaned my car told me that since COVID, they can't clean the interiors....if that is the case don't be misleading your customers and charging for services you can't offer. As a business you need to think about the customer lifetime value. See below.

After visiting 3 westside locations, the photos show the end result. We gave it a few months but unfortunately it’s the same thing each time. Today none of the brushes on the right side were activated, if I’m going to get a touchless wash might as well go to Splash and Dash. $30+ a month is highway robbery. I guess the subscription is the only way to get the car semi clean - you apparently need more than 3 washes in a single day (I gave up after 3). Prices went way up and quality went way down over the years. Needless to say, we will be canceling.

All Mr Car Wash establishments ARE NOT THE SAME. Meaning some places just have better employees and management then others. Personally I prefer where I can vacuum out my own car. At this carwash it is not an adoption and whether you get the full service or the mini detail they just never vacuum as well as you would your own car. I have the unlimited wash and come often but sometimes you have to get down and dirty and do it yourself. Ensure you inspect your vehicle especially when they are busy because more often then not they rush through it!

Not happy with the wash , truck was left with a Terrible wash full of dirt and sand paid for the expensive wash for interior and exterior and for carpets and seats , all they did was vacuumed. Didn’t feel like they did an adequate job at all , they ain’t even vacuumed good , nothing to what I was expecting

I have the basic wash deal with the car I use most and decided to take my little 2008 Honda Fit in for an exterior and interior wash. Let me tell ya, this Honda Fit is my little workhorse on my property. It pulls a little trailer that I use to haul all the yard waste to the collection site, along with the inside full of bags of leaves. So with that said, it was dirty! Years of DIRTY! Gravel and dirt everywhere, hazy windows and the outside was decorated with pine needles. Well, I was out of there in less than 10 minutes to a pretty nice clean(er) car inside and out. I didn't expect a full detailed job in all the cranies and crevices knowing that I paid only $34 for the inside and outside. Regardless, I got a heck of a deal for the amount of clean that came out of my little workhorse. Some folks' expectations are set too high when paying $40 or less. Keep in mind that detailed jobs are in the hundred(s) and if that is what is expected, then please pay up to the detailer. Oh yeah, and professional and courteous crew with a super clean lobby area for the short wait. Thanks Mister Car Wash on Osborne!

The gentleman who met me explained all the different washes available so I could make an informed decision. They cleaned my truck inside and out. I travel with three dogs, so there was a lot of hair in there. They got most of the hair out, and my truck looked amazing. Great job!!

9/10 times that I’ve been to a Mister Car Wash, I’ve never been satisfied with the exterior and interior cleaning. An establishment for “cleaning” cars and Everytime I spend money for a lousy job. Today was the last straw for this business. I’ve always wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But after today, I will never spend another penny here. I didn’t realize that they completely failed to clean the backseat on my car until I got home. I left pictures of my backseat when I returned home. And this was after I had to vacuum the back. How can you charge people for an interior cleaning when you don’t clean the interior? What a waste of money AGAIN!!!

Why the hell did I leave a tip if they don't even wipe the water spots off my car? They don't tell you this before you tip. I told the guys I tipped them 5$ and they refused to touch my car bc I got the basic wash. This place is garbage. Support a different car wash ept

I’ve been a monthly member at Mister Car Wash and have generally appreciated the convenience, but my recent experience at the Osbourne Street location was disappointing. While membership prices continue to increase, it feels like fewer services are being offered. After my wash, I simply wanted to do a quick vacuum of my truck. I got out to dry it and was about to use the vacuum when I was told I couldn’t. I’ve used the vacuums without issue at the Mister Car Wash location on 6237 N Mesa, so it’s confusing and frustrating that the Osbourne location doesn’t allow the same access. Consistency between locations would really help members feel like they’re getting the value they’re paying for. I hope this policy can be clarified or reconsidered for members in the future.

Horrible Experience!! Loyal Customer for 6-7+years. Went to the Mister at 7373 N Mesa St, El Paso with my truck on Tuesday, 2-18-26 during mid day, around noon. I have been going there for years with no issues. I have the monthly membership that affords me the exterior and interior unlimited wash. I have a tight secure net that stretches over the bed of the truck that has NEVER been an issue, has NEVER caused a problem, nor has had any equipment ever been caught in the net. The step stool I have under the net has been requested to put in the back seat, but only rarely. I want to emphasize that the tight bungie net has NEVER been an issue until today. I was told I had to remove it and even before I said no one staffer, possibily the manager, he was already removing it prompting me to exit my truck to inform him I did not give him permission to do so and to put it back on. I found him and another female to be borderline rude in their delivery in this situation. Sad, I liked this location and have posted prior what a good job they do. It's not as if they don't know me either as I'm there every week to get my truck cleaned. In addition, I have always left a tip. I won't be doing that anymore if I ever return to that location. So BEWARE of the change or the enforcement of a policy. Perhaps something happened, unknown. Nonetheless, what a disappointment. I can't recommend this location any more.

I’m writing this review because this specific location has gone downhill significantly over the past few years that I’ve lived on the Westside. I currently have memberships for three vehicles, including one with the Titanium and interior cleaning package. Unfortunately, the interior service has become consistently poor. Nearly every visit, I’ve had to go back and ask them to re-clean windows or wipe down surfaces because the job was incomplete or rushed. My windows often come out with more streaks than when I arrived. The entire wash, dry, and interior process typically takes only about 3–5 minutes, which simply isn’t enough time to do a satisfactory job—especially on a larger vehicle like my Ram Rebel. Properly drying the exterior and cleaning the interior takes more attention than that. I’ve also noticed that certain higher-end vehicles seem to receive more time and care, while others are pushed through quickly. It feels like this location is focusing more on quantity over quality. Because of this, I ended up canceling my interior package entirely. I want to add that I highly recommend the Cielo Vista location instead. They consistently do an excellent job with interiors, and I take fleet vehicles there since I work on the East side. If that location were closer, I would have kept my interior membership without hesitation—but it’s just not worth the drive from the Westside. Very disappointing experience overall.
