I have been a customer of Tommy’s car wash for about 2 years, and today is my last day of my subscription. At the very beginning of going there, it was an amazing place, your car would be fully clean, fully dried, and the vacuums would have an amazing section that could actually pick up stuff. In the last half year, it really has just gone downhill. My car is 5 feet tall and there are times where it was not wash properly, in the last half year every time I go I have to wipe down my car because the dryers do not drive my car for me. I am not asking much to be dried, I want the main three things dried my side, mirrors, and both my back and front windshield yet that can’t even be fully done most of the time to where I have to use my windshield wipers to remove the water. I started having to bring a cart with me. Every time I went to the car wash because I knew it would not be dry, and I hate the look of dried water splotches all over my car. Not to mention almost a year ago the car wash damaged my car, and I never received anything back after making the report and filing it which is really bad behavior and business. I really loved this place It was the one car wash that I actually washed your car properly and didn’t leave the little dripping stands or make you go to another car wash just to vacuum out your car because those ones didn’t work. This place really seemed like it cared about the customers in the community but if I am paying over $30 a month for one cars car washes, I expect to have my car fully clean and dry and not have me having to do half of the work.

Took my car to Tommy’s Express Car Wash! The staff (Chris and Matt) were super friendly and paid attention to every detail and clearly takes pride in their work. Great value for the quality—will be back! The wash was quick but thorough, and the price was very reasonable. Definitely my go-to car wash from now on!

Ashlynn and Matt were very nice and Ashlynn noticed that there was still to many bugs on my truck and let run the truck back through the car wash. She was outside meeting with customers and observing the vehicles and making sure the quality of the car wash was up to par. They did a great job and our great employees.

Went through the car wash and forgot I left a bunch of trash in the bed of my truck. A very kind employee named Chris offered to take the trash out for me and throw it away. He was very professional and was a great representative of the company. The car wash was also great and got my truck looking new again. Overall it’s a great car wash and is run by excellent people.

It might work better on smaller vehicles or town vehicles but it did not do great on my suv. I did the highest level, The Works for $27. I occasionally drive on dirt roads, my suv had dust on it and it did not rinse the back at all. For that package it should have done better.

I had an amazing experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash thanks to Trell, Hunter and Chris! They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Their customer service truly stood out — they made the whole process quick, easy, and actually enjoyable. My car came out looking spotless, and you can tell they really care about doing a great job. Employees like them are the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!
