My first time at Tommy's Car Wash was a great experience. The team was so happy and helpful to get my car cleaned up. After going through the wash I vacuumed the inside with the free vacuuming that came with your wash. Let's say I will definitely be back to get my car spotless.

I met Tommy a few weeks before opening and he immediately offered me a free wash, not only did i get that free wash but i still had a few bugs and he re ran my car since it was not perfect the first time. I live on the reservoir and never expect all the bugs to come off and that second wash did it! I also received a free detail kit! The vacuums are actually powerful enough to clean my weather tech marsh without removing them! My car looks BRAND NEW! New favorite car wash spot with such a friendly staff and great service.

Best Car Wash In Town! Staff is extremely courteous and attentive. I recently took my car to this car wash and I was blown away with how clean my car was-not a spot on it! Was able to go through the wash with ease.

Just went by here and got the $8 wash. Car wash was fine, though other car washes around here hand out FREE window rags. Other car washes around this area also have FAR more powerful vacuums. I would say the vacuums suck here, but they DIDN’T. 😅 2/10 I do not recommend this place. Much better car washes are in this area.

Tommy’s Expression Car Wash was wonderful. The woman who took my payment had a smile on her face and was so friendly and happy! I was so satisfied with how the car came out after the wash because it required a much needed bath! Definitely check this car wash out if you’re in the area!

Nice atmosphere, but the wash cycle was short not like others and they don't hv the brushes others hv barely touches vehicles. They do offer cleaning towels Free, and they hv a detail kit you can purchase for $5 out by the vacuum.

Only reason I’m giving this a 1 is because I can’t go any lower… the tunnel of terror was a complete joke way overpriced for maybe 5 actors who were at the beginning and end! Then you couldn’t even go use the vacuum or anything I definitely wouldn’t waste my money on it again that’s for sure

Well I gave this car wash 3 chances and just canceled, 1st time through it a loud noise happened and I look after it had scratched by my tire, 2nd time I said maybe it won’t happen again I was wrong, 3rd and finally time my license plate was bent ! I will not be back . They need to seriously get it together

The car wash does wash not dry very well at all. And it was my first time taking my NEW bronco through there (only car wash I had went to at the time) and it cracked my passenger side mirror and they would not fix it. It also cracked my cousins windshield and they would not fix it either. I would not waste my time or money going through this car wash. There are many other ones that are better than that one!

I have been to this car wash quite a few times since their opening. I never have been a fan of automatic car washes but decided to give it a try since they were a new kind. Very upset after today have spots of paint missing from my car.

The staff here was amazing. My car was having trouble being put into neutral due to a feature we couldn’t figure out how to turn off. Instead of being annoyed or showing it if they were, they tried to help me with my car and managed to put me through the car wash a different way. Went above and beyond.

Absolutely love this place!! The customer service is top tier, you pull up to the first lane and they are the absolute sweetest people to greet you with smiles and laughter. The wash itself had my car looking like it just drove off the lot. The dryers were absolutely amazing along with the vacuums I was able to vacuum my car out perfectly, even had one of the employees come and check in on me while I was vacuuming. The whole experience from the time I pulled up to the time I left was fantastic! God Bless Tommy’s express and the employees working there. Yall are doing amazing!!! 🩷🩷

The employees put the bag to protect your back windshield only about half the time. If you ask about it after, they’ll lie and say, “We don’t do that anymore,” and then on the next visit—they’ll do it. This increases the wear on that blade.

The good thing about this place is that their stuff are always friendly. The NY so great thing is that unless I pay the most expensive service, my car would not be washed well even though itbwasn't really dirty before driving in. But my real problem with this place is the drive way. I used the cash lane every time, the driver's side front wheel will touch the curb every time, so today I try close to the right side to avoid the driver's side curb, and then the rightside curb scratched the bottom of the passage side back door, it will cost me at least $500, as for the insurance deductible, for a car wash.

Terrible....the bumper was ripped off my car on Christmas Eve going through here. I signed claim information and have waited 2 weeks to hear back from them. I called today and was told the claim was denied because the video showed my bumper MAY have been loose when I went in. I know for a fact it wasn't because I had loaded Christmas gifts in the trunk 10 minutes prior. The manager would not speak with me and the young man on the phone stated he could not give me the owner's contact information. Now, I have to get an attorney involved to resolve this mess. I have been through many car washes and have never had anything like this happen. Avoid this place and find a wash that is safe with staff that are not disrespectful.

❗️Check other reviews and Avoid this place I have had business with them almost a year. Tried to use Kroger Coupon to save $5 and apparently it did change my monthly membership to pay per wash system. was charged $15 first then $20. The Manager didn’t want to admit their the System Error that middle lane/app lane let me go through without monthly plan. Didn’t want to give any refund or any offers. Was just trying to sell monthly subscription saying how much I could save money by having it. Not going there. Have business have who has better customer service. +After I complained about the system error, this branch manually changed my account from active to cancelled. Very shady business here. Go another car wash with better customer service.

When I’m in the Flowood area I always stop by Tommy’s to get my car washed. This past Saturday I felt like I paid $20 for a $5 car wash. There were bugs on the front of the vehicle and the tires had not been touched, dirt still on them and the rims. The back of my SUV looked as though it hadn’t been washed at all. I was so disappointed because it’s always been top notch, but not on this particular day. There is plenty of competition in the area and I will be going elsewhere in the future.

I keep my Cadillac Escalade spotless. This place only washes the sides and top. I paid for the most expensive wash with every option and there is still dirt all over the rear gate, bumper, and wheels. Tires have zero shine on them even though it clearly says 4x wheel clean and tire shine.
