I brought my car to him at an agreed upon location (originally he was coming to my home but I had to make a change last minute, and Chris was flexible). I dropped my car off (2009 Toyota Venza) and we discussed what I wanted in regard to the service. He had another employee with him who assisted in the clean. I honestly don’t even know what all he did or used, but my car has never been cleaner. I’d just told him I wanted the interior cleaned in detail, and that’s exactly what he did- from the floors/carpets, to the leather seats.
