Gave them a second chance and should not have. This time 3 women were there 1 taking payment and 1 directing in. I even mentioned how bad it had done the last time but was hoping the problem was fixed. My car was still dirty and don't ask to go thru again.

Most car washes are pretty much created equal. But it is the exceptional customer service here that sets this one apart!! Faith took great care of me and was so kind. The other gal that directed me into the car wash, greeted me with a wave and a genuine smile. It’s hot out there folks, and these ladies have delivered great customer service here, with a smile! Really more like 3.5 stars...eh....Have had better cleans through a water jet only wash in my old town. The driers are pretty fantastic though. Problem is in the speed, you can't really get a decent clean because it goes so fast nothing will properly soak for removal. This is also why the soft touch is mostly frivolous. Fine for a quick dust off, but won't remove bugs or road gunk well, if at all.

Every car wash I go to none of them get the car dry only reason why I come is because I forgot to stop the membership and they charge me $20 and the workers stand there straight face no shame it’s pure trash

I went through the car wash with my new car off the lot and as I exited I noticed a large crack in the windshield. I filed a claim immediately and was told the manager would have to review camera footage and call me back. It has been well over a month now and I have made countless phone calls to only be answered by a voicemail. No return phone call has occurred. I have tried to call the corporate office and was told I must leave a voicemail for a callback.

Being from Alabama (the mecca of tunnel carwash) this was almost hilarious it was so bad. My truck looked as if it only got wet but not washed after going thru. It start with your pay system asking would I like to tip. FOR WHAT? You don't spray down the vehicle before entering, you don't sponge down hard to reach spots before entering, you don't offer a towel bin and spray bottles for your customers and your vacuums have only one nozzle option. On top of all that you want to sell us a towel. Please go to Tidal Wave, Big Kahuna or Ronnies just to name a few in Alabama that offer all of these services and never ask you to tip.

I made a mistake when I signed up for a car wash membership with Mister Car Wash. They don't offer a free trial, so you don't get to try them out. They don't offer free towels. Also, their policy is to not tape a rear wiper. IF they have tape AND you ask, they MAY tape it. Their vacuums are weak. They don't answer the phone, or return calls, if you need to discuss a concern. Finally, you can't get a refund. I just cancelled my membership, but I am stuck with them for the remainder of the month I paid for. The company sucks much more than their vacuums.

Stopped in to the Flowood location on my way back from Grants Ferry area. As always, great, pleasant, professional service. Now my car shines again, until the next light rain. It really pays to get the monthly service so you can go through as often as you want.

Car wash gets car mostly clean. Noticed a lot of places on back of car that it did not clean at all. Vacuums here work most of the time, but not always. When they don't because they care clogged and you mention it to the people working there like today (9/27/2025). They care more about flirting with other customers then they do about doing their job. Suffice to say, I love how close this to my location, but if you have people working that care more about trying to get some bootie then doing their job to help those of us who have paid for service, I'll glad go some place else and recommend this place to no one.

I have been coming to this wash for a while now and I am very pleased with the customer service. Every time I come through, David is always there going back and forth with cars at the menu and entrance on wash tunnel. Not sure if he works the carwash alone or not but he is awesome at it. He took the time to make sure everything was right and treated me with genuine respect. Employees like David really make a difference and represent the company well. He’s a strong asset to this location and definitely deserves recognition for his hard work.
