Came here to get the pollen and bugs off my whip. Haven’t been to a car wash in at least 2 years. Price wasn’t bad and it did a really good job. Also took off them damn bull horns that got stuck in my hood after a bull ran out in front of me and I hit it. I have been trying to get them damn things off for ages. This place did the trick thankfully. Also the vacuums here suck. They really do suck but in a good way 😂. Great place definitely coming back soon.

There car wash is amazing!! Great job everytime and self cleaning stations are awesome!! I just visited the car wash today and had my daughter with me as well. After I cleaned out my car she needed to go to the bathroom very bad. I went to the bathroom outside, to do the door to find it was locked but no sign on it saying it was out of order. So I walked down to the entrance of the wash to find an attendant and asked if it was out of order, the manager told me it was out of order, this was not true. I found out later that it was in fact usable but the manager did not feel like going to get the key to open it for me and said she didn’t see my little that was with me who was wearing a bright red shirt 😑…..My daughter was denied the bathroom because the manager did not want to open it because people have been stealing the toilet paper and paper towels out of it. So I feel I was prejudged that I would steal out of the bathroom too and that’s disrespectful. Well that’s not my problem or the mangers, the products do not come out of your paycheck!!! So the let the boss above you handle that concern. I will continue to visit the car wash because it’s gets my car clean well for a low monthly price🤗

This place has great service, accept cash or card, AND they promptly apologized and refunded me when they couldn't wash my car (due to the wash having mechanical issues). Highly recommend.

This place overall looks great on the outside, very friendly staff, however the quality lacks A LOT! First, I wasn't aware that Delaware or employers allowed their employees to actively smoke weed while working. We purchased the $15 wash and as the photos show, it was hardly worth it. The wash mechanism ended up bending our trucks antenna, there was so much soap still on the truck when we got to the dryers. This was totally not worth $15, I wish I could get my money back! Especially after the antenna was damaged.

Their vacuums aren’t free anymore - Even though it says free right on the machine or their mat machines. You now have to get a car wash for the vacuum which is understandable but your marketing is falsified- used to have free vacuums all over but changed your rules then change your marketing. I asked the employee there and he sounded frustrated and said everyone is getting free vacuum and no one pays 🤷.

Tommy’s Express Car Wash in Dover De.has a car washing set up that always has my car coming out shiny and clean when I reach the other side. My tires come out looking brand new. Instead of pulling up until a light tells me to stop and I see that I’m not even on both sides. Tommy’s Express has a person guiding me in and a belt moving me slowly through the structure so the brushes have enough time to wash off any dirt on my car and tires.

Signed up for the subscription and then I go to get my car washed and the place Says its open but its really closed September 30 2025. There was a cone blocking the entrance. I went 2 seperate times on this day just to make sure and both times blocked off.. so do i get a free wash on another day... smh i am seeing some new marks on my car also.. just be cautious..

Somehow my car tapped into the car in front of me, which I could not see because of the soap on my windows. I started honking the horn, the attendee stopped everything. When she walked over she said we were 1/2 inch apart and didn't hit, but we did for sure. Then the, I assume Manager, walked over, he was only upset about why it was stopped. He could have cared less about what just happened. I like Tommy's finished product, but CAN NOT USE THEM ANYMORE. I was fortunate because I didn't see any damage, but believe I'd there had been some, the manager would not have done anything about it. I would NOT recommend Tommy's for that reason. FYI,I have had incidents before where the gap between me and the car in front got really close, but never made contact, I do not even know how that would happen. Also, why would a manager not care enough to ask the customer what happened to make them stay blowing the horn?

Mrs Jennifer really showed us great hospitality as if we were a guest in their home and not customers , and in today's world you need kindness with all this madness. Today 1/1/26 website said open 10-3, didn’t bother to call so drove from Millsboro, to have a dually truck washed. Arrived saw people inside but car washed closed. Called the gentleman took phone out pocket looked didn’t answer. Called back female answered, her tone wasn’t service oriented. I work in customer service and was thinking what would happened if I spoke to a client the way she spoke to me. She told me they will open at 3 because they doing maintenance. I know I should have called before I traveled but figured why not go cause the website said open 10-3 today.

We got that unlimited wash package since they open their doors. They do a great job here very convenient. Pull up to the gate. It reads my tag and I go right through takes 5 minutes on my way to work and I have a clean car all week long

While this was perhaps my third visit to this location, I had just recently signed up for the Unlimited Wash Club. Unfortunately, my brief experience as a member has ended due to extremely poor customer service. I made a mistake and forgot an older door mat in my truck bed. When I was passing the office area, an older white gentleman (who appeared to be management or a long-time employee) came through the doors. Instead of kindly and professionally informing me of the policy, he spoke to me with a very clear and unprofessional attitude. He told me, 'Next time you don’t have your truck bed clear before you come through the wash we will decline cleaning your vehicle.' The tone and hostile delivery were completely unnecessary and immediately alienating. As a paying Unlimited Club member, I expect basic courtesy and respect, not an aggressive warning. This type of interaction is unacceptable. Because of this extremely poor customer service, I have already decided to cancel my new membership and will be taking my business to a car wash that respects its paying customers. This business needs to train its staff on how to speak respectfully to the public.

I will come back to update if I get the correct response today. I normally pay each time last month the nice lady said try the 30 days free and pick a package I picked the $14.99 package. I liked it and said you know what I gave her my card to keep on file. TO WAKE UP TO A $27.99 CHARGE NOW IM FUMING this is unacceptable. Waiting on a callback now. Times is too hard to play with people money and I personally would never pay almost $30 and have to clean out and vacuum my own car thats why I picked the one I did. **UPDATE so I went to the website and this is how they get you its $14.99 per wash and if you join $27.99 I was not familiar with this as other car wash places the package you pick is the monthly fee. Sadly I will have to cancel this membership.

We held a membership here for 9 months. They have 2 locations. Dover and Middletown. They also have a mat cleaner that's a neat feature. I can't say that I was ever truly satisfied with their service. On several occasions the vacuums would come apart while vacuuming. The dryer would leave a film on the side view mirrors leaving them smeared and dirty looking. Just recently they went up in cost without any notification. We decided to cancel our membership.

I love taking my honda fit to Tommy’s (Yes I am aware micro scratches touch car wash can do) however I love it for these reasons. This vehicle is a daily driver / beater - open late - lowered car friendly - free vacuums - their new molded floor mats washer

I really liked this car wash until I noticed that the paint on the whole top side of my car is scratched. I just got this car and was recommended this car wash, but they need to invest in different brushes or whatever cleans the outside of the car. It's not 1 star because despite that, everytime I have gone there, I have had really nice employees talk to me.
