your drying brushes have left a greasy film on my mirrors and side windows. This residue makes it difficult to see clearly while driving and poses a serious safety issue. It happens all the time I run my cars through the car wash Please address this problem as soon as possible to prevent it from happening thank you.

I go to this car wash because they keep it cleaner than other competitors nearby, but they are increasing their prices next month. They’re already the most expensive car wash in the area. Hopefully the increase in prices will result in pay increases for its employees.

So glad to have a Tommy’s membership. My car isn’t fancy or expensive, but it means a lot to me. So, I try to keep it looking like new (I’m a bit of a fanatic I’ve been told). Tommy’s does a great job and the vacuums are powerful & easy to use.

Always loved being a member until tonight. I pay $35 a month and this year for some reason they decided that members have to pay to go through the haunted car wash tunnel. Don’t appreciate the abrupt change and surcharge all of a sudden. So much for being a member, huh? I’ll be changing that tomorrow.

Tommy’s is the place to go when I need a perfectly clean car! Feels like a fresh start every time I go in the wash. The employees are so kind and considerate! One employee in particular is the best, Parker really helped me out when deciding which wash I wanted to do. Tommy’s express is the best car wash ever!

Wash comes out better then most car washes. Love the free water base mat cleaners and free hand towels to wipe off access water. I wish you could be the vent air fresheners separately or a way to buy them in bulk to keep in hand. I have a membership, The Works.

Todays wash was great. I love that they supply you with cleaning rags. The vacuums work well including the mat cleaners/washers. I pay for “The Works” package & I love everything about it except for the tire gloss. My last several washes didn’t appear to apply any tire gloss at all including todays wash. I specifically checked the tires today and no gloss and/or oily substance on the tires. They were dry. Other than that, I love the wash.
