I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! RICK (THE MANAGER) IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! ARMANDO IS AWESOME!! HE IS A HARD WORKER AND DESERVES A RAISE (SERIOUSLY!!!!!) I GO THERE 3 TIMES A WEEK.LOL..IF RICK AND/OR ARMANDO LEAVE....I WILL 2!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!

Automatic Carwash. An employee takes payment at start then soap brushes rear window and power washed rear of car. Then car is pulled through. At end of wash more employee hand dry vehicle. Great service, Great wash

Their vacuums are free and do an amazing job. Love the crevice attachment. My car looked sparkling clean inside ahd out ... And then it rained the next day!! Lol

Beware of their "Monthly Pass with Unlimited wash".... there is "catch" that they do not disclose.... and it is a ripoff! 1. You have to sign-up for a minimum 3 months.... your credit card will continue to be charged unless you cancel it after 15 days. 2. You can only wash one car per day! 3. You cannot use the pass on multiple cars - so if you have 2 cars in your household, you can only wash the same car, which you "register"! What I don't understand is how does it make difference to wash my second car if I need under this so called "Monthly Pass"! Also, their quality of was is not as good.... there is a new car wash place on the NW corner of Schick Rd and IL Rt. 59 in Bartlett, which gives you better service and more 'bang for your buck'. I will not use Mr. Car Wash in Bartlett anymore!!!!

We love this car wash and miss it since we moved out of the area. Reasonably priced, fast, effecient, and always 1-2 people to dry the outside when done. Tip your dryers!

Have been going to this car wash for a long time. Was there in last 2 weeks and let me tell you the service is awful. The staff they had about 3-4 weeks ago were awesome and had been there for years. The ones there now are just horrible. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. NO SMILE. They look like they DONT WANT TO BE THERE. Will tell everyone I know not to go there. Cancelled monthly pass. SEE YA. LET ME ALSO SAY, everyone I know that was going there are not now. Phone # they have is discounted if have a problem. The 2 people up front sure don't want to be there. GET PEOPLE YOU HAD BEFOEE THAT MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME. VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. KEEP CHANGING THE OPERATING HOURS.

My worst car wash experience. I went there for first time and I paid through my card through window to a person and before I could close the window. That man started spraying soap water without informing or seeing if window is closed or not. The soapy water chemical went into my eyes and he didn’t even stopped there. How ridiculous. After finishing car wash I went to him saying I am pregnant and regardless this was very careless or unprofessional. That employee replied, “it happens, what do you want me to do?” I am like is this how you respond? He said “I am sorry, what do you want me to do? We are all humans” I told him you talk like this or you would have reacted same way ? He showed me bad attitude and said what do you want me to do. WORST EMPLOYEE TO CHECK IN AND PRESOAK CAR . I will never go this place again!

We have been coming here for a while. Today right after I left I got a flat tire. 2 different people asked me if I got a car wash because the side of the tire was slashed and both confirmed this was definitely from the car wash. I tried calling but of course the number no longer works. My 8$ car wash cost me 240$! Not to mention my tires were only a year old!! Never returning here again. Will make sure to advise anyone not to either

My Credit Card was stolen by the workers. My monthly pass has expired and no longer wanted to renew. They offered to remove the barcode sticker on my windshield. Only to find out the next day that there’s a Mr Carwash Transaction without my approval. The worker who removed my barcode sticker re-used it for his own car. What a dishonest person and I wonder if the company is in on it. Mr Carwash, if you care, reply to this message and I will speak to you about it.

Good and fast wash. They wipe down the car at the exit. They are also have an "express detail for $39.95. Do the door jambs, vacuum the inside, windows inside and out and tire treatment.
