I put my car through this wash last week. Never again. While in the car wash the machine ripped off and bent my windshield wiper. The employees attempted to repair it but it was not repairable. They asked me to fill out a damage claim. The following day the rude owner called and completely denied any responsibility. He said it was not his fault, not his problem. It's not the matter of a $30 wiper blade it's the complete lack of customer service. Terrible.

We go routinely and buy the 5.00 wash. We found out there is no longer a 5.00 wash, and the cheapest is 10.00. What gives? Now you're one of the highest in town. When asked, I was pressured into buying a monthly package. And no, your package wouldn't help me since I bring multiple cars in a month.
