I had a positive experience here. I stopped in about 45 minutes before closing time. This was during some unusually cold winter weather last year--cold enough that few people were out and about, so the place was dead. The guy working was cool and was grateful to have something to do. He quickly took care of my oil change. We talked cars a little while he took care of my transaction. If he offered any other services, it was a low-pressure offer. I know he checked various fluid levels under the hood and topped off my tires (I know I had a slow leak in one tire). Some places will skim over/skip those checks. All in all, it was efficient, prompt, and professional service and I intend to return there--today, actually. I decided to write the review while checking their hours. I originally chose the place because of wanting Mobil 1 oil, which is among the best. This is my new favorite oil change place.

Not impressed. Did the least expensive wash just to get the dust off. Did not get the edges of the windows, and left streaks from the cleaning strips. Very visible to my passengers. Won’t be back. 3-4 inches wide on windshield and back window. YES. It IS the airport location, near the Shell station. I am unable to respond to your question in the app.

I want to give a big shoutout to Victor Combs and his fantastic crew at the Express Service Center at Indianapolis International Airport — they totally saved the day for me! I was having some pretty alarming electrical issues with my car and wasn’t sure if I should call a tow truck or try to make it to my mechanic. Victor and his team jumped right in — they checked my battery, tightened a loose cable, ran diagnostics, and even looked up any potential recalls on my vehicle. Talk about going above and beyond! They were friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. And when I tried to pay them for their time? They just smiled and said they were glad to assist. Who does that anymore?! Thanks to their kindness and expertise, my car made it safely to my mechanic — and I made it there a whole lot less stressed. Seriously, they were the best! GUYS! Last year I used spiffy for a detail and an oil change. This year they have changed names to Tom Wood Express. I was leery that the change would = less happy with the finished product. I could not have been more wrong!!!! Tyler showed up on time, worked diligently, and blew me away with the results! He got all the grease and grime, dust, dirt, and dog hair and my car looks brand new! I have had two other professional details at places where I had to go, wait in line, and get a ride home and back. These guys are BETTER and MORE convenient! Have it done at your work! I got $40 because I scheduled before July 31! I left notes on the order and he knew it all when he got here. He spent time to make sure each mark was removed and even got in his van to get a different product when the first wasn't doing it. It was 90 degrees today and he worked like it was a cool spring day. He never complained and kept at it! These guys will be my forever! Never leave, Tom Wood Express! You have made a believer! and KEPT her!
