Some of the nicest most enjoyable and energetic crew around. They help with anything I need when I stop by. I lover the self serve bays because I have a big 2500 with the wide set on it and I pull a trailer. I get in out with ease and I enjoy getting my ride fresh. Thank you to all crews crew as I love this place.

Lilly, Cam and Parker at the Crew Carwash on E 96th Street in Indianapolis were awesome! Lilly drew a dinosaur on the window for my grandson and he loved it! All 3 were super friendly! Crew Carwash is lucky to have such great employees!

I want to start by saying I have absolutely no proof of this; but I know for a fact that Crew Car Wash has robotic birds that crap all over my car, because I won’t go unlimited. I get my beautiful car washed and waxed, very next day a bird craps on it. Its too consistent. I used to think the government owned all the robot birds, but I think its actually car washes.

I keep my 2010 Toyota Avalon I call "Cream Puff" clean with regular trips to Crew. I received an enthusiastic greeting and great service from Wendy who asked but didn't pressure me to buy a car wash book. I asked about wheel bright and she told me it was included with the wash coupon I had. She offered to ask the guys to extra spray my wheels. The guys forgot one wheel so I went back through to get a 2nd wash (always offered if not satisfied). She said she would upgrade to the ultimate for the re-wash and make sure all four wheels were sprayed. She was so great I bought another coupon book from her anyway and asked to speak to her manager / trainer Kelsey who was just as sweet and kind. Crew Car Wash is hard to top in service and all locations are great. This particular location is a notch above because of Wendy and her manager.

Used the self service bay. You get seven minutes to complete the process. Applied the bug remover, switched to soap application then rinsed. Wash completed in about six and a half minutes. Pulled the car out and started drying it. Immediately noticed the front of the car is stained purple. Faint in the pic but definitely embedded in the material. Showed the employees working and one says "that happened to someone else's car I know." They were very apologetic. Showed the manager the following week after trying everything including Easy Off oven cleaner and Magic Eraser to remove it and she is apologetic as well. We call customer service. They say my claim that I filled out on day one is denied. The manager has a look of shock on her face and asks me for the phone. Has a guy named Courtney reach out to me. I explain it all and he says "the bays are use at your own risk." It stained the clear film and he tells me that is an aftermarket part and they aren't responsible.... So many cars now come factory with the film!! He refuses responsibility. Then tells me to bring it to look at when he is in the building. I work Monday to Friday and he only seems to be there during the week so no help. Had washed my cars there for as long as I can remember. Never again will I or anyone else I speak to make that mistake again.

She was very easy to speak with, and even made a suggestion for me to get the best results for my vehicle to be cleaned. Thanks Molly. She even went the extra mile to scrap the tow writing off my windows...absolutely commendable ☺️
