This was my absolute first choice to get my car clean. I say was because I say was because the price has grown and the quality has greatly diminished. My latest trip to clean my car meant a great effort from me to produce an acceptable result. The young lady taking the money provided a good service and quality work. From there it was not the quality I have come to expect from this business. Starting with the young man taking the cars into the process. He was a solo worker who was busy talking to a co-worker. His job to spray the heaviest grime was done too quickly and confined too the drivers corner of the car. This left a lot for the wash phase to remove, which it did not. Once inside for the interior cleaning, it went down hill. The car was left very wet, which produced a lot of spots. The vacuum was done quickly and missed several areas. The car windows were smudged not clean around the edges. I pointed these spots to the young lady who turned our cat back to us. She didn't seem to concerned and kept saying we could get more wash. I brought the car home and spent almost an hour correcting these errors.

Review part 2. After getting home and looking at my car, they didnt wash the back seat mats, they didn't vacuum the rear cargo area. I had to rewash the rear bumper it was not cleaned the rear hatchback was not cleaned and the rear window inside was not cleaned. My wife had a hand made snowflake hanging on the dash and they stole that. You have a bunch of kids that don't give a crap about what they are doing and no supervision to make sure it is done right. This place is just stealing your money. Service was crappy at best.

We paid $22 for a BOGO car wash, even had the hand dry afterwards. During the was husband noticed the brush on passenger side was not working/broken. Reported it to the guys hand drying the car and asked if we needed to go back through. Guys stated they were waiting on a part to be delivered so they could fix the brush but said our car was clean and shiny on that side. We should have checked it ourselves before we left. Got home to see that the passengers side and the back of the vehicle was actually NOT clean and shiny. Drivers side looks brand new but the rest of the car looks like crap. Tire shine was also not very good. Plus they weren’t able to provide us with our bogo sticker because the guy ran out so we’d have to pay to go back now. Even if we went back, it wouldn’t help because that side of the car was is broken and it still wouldn’t get cleaned. Very disappointing.

Specifically went to this car wash because I was told that they can retract all brushes so that nothing would touch my car. I had recently bought a matte paint color car so that’s what I was told that I needed to do. So I got the wash was proceeding through the car wash as brushes continue to hit my car one after another. I asked to speak with the manager and he said, would you like a gift card for the next time you come through? I said I won’t be coming through next time because clearly you guys do not retract brushes. And I left, very disappointed.

I went to the one in Greenwood Ind today to try it out for first time. I got the full service with drying and interior clean. I was very disappointed with the service they did on my car. When they came and told me it was ready and I went to get it the rims was just as dirty as before I went through the car was still wet with water spots all over it the interior mats was put back in car socking wet and the wipe down they did on inside was just smeared the windows were still wet and had water spots all over them. It looked like they ran a towel over the center parts didn’t even touch the corners and spots that were hard to get to and the dash looked terrible all the glass inside had to be reclaimed when I got home. The whole experience was terrible. I parked and went inside and told them and the girls told me I could bring it back in and they would wipe it down again but I was so disappointed I just told her never mind and I left. My advice to you if you want a clean car done right is to not go to prime. I hope they all are not as bad as this one I went to in Greenwood Indiana. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this car wash.

Paid $44 for a carwash and interior clean. Car was not wiped off outside the windshield was half wiped off and the wheels were not touched at all. I had to wipe the exterior and ask someone to clean the wheels. Definitely not worth $44.

I used to tell everyone about this car wash for the past couple of years because it used to be amazing. However, the past handful of times I’ve gone, terrible service has been done. Not only is the exterior wash (even the most expensive wash) not great, but the interior wash is even worse. The seats are no longer vacuumed it seems, and wiping down surfaces is basically a joke. I used to give a tip every time, even though I knew it wasn’t necessary or obligated, but I used to be very impressed with the job that was done. But now I hesitate to tip if I even do, because there’s so many places that will be missed when wiping that are obvious, and overall service is not great anymore for the price. I even bought my mom a car wash book for Christmas and she was not impressed either. I am on the search for a decently price interior and exterior car wash because I just can’t get this car wash chance after a chance and feel like I’m wasting my money every time anymore.

Over Memorial Day weekend, I had an unfortunate experience during my visit to Prime Car Wash - Greenwood. Opting for both the standard exterior and interior wash, neither left my car as clean as I had hoped on the initial pass. The situation was so disappointing that I found myself waiting for the interior to be reclined, and eventually had to go through the exterior wash once more. Fortunately, one staff member showed exceptional kindness during the reclining process, asking if there were any specific spots I needed attention to. However, after spending several hours at the establishment already, I decided against waiting for a third round of cleaning. I regret paying for the service because I left highly upset. My car was never cleaned to the standard and it was disappointing considering I had guest during the holiday weekend.

The quality of service is disappointing. Both interior and exterior are half assed it seems. I've been coming here for atleast 2 years and the quality of cleaning has definitely declined. The guy that sprayed my car prior to wash just casually swung it once over the front back and sides, not really spraying any spots out. After returning to my car once the interior was cleaned I noticed multiple spots on my exterior that could have easily been cleaned up. Areas in my interior were missed as well. They did not clean my dash screen nor my back passenger window. Areas were left unvacuumed. The whole thing just looks rushed. I sat for maybe 15 minutes waiting on interior clean and a wipe down of the exterior. I would have set for 30 or a bit more for a better experience. Now I have to basically re-clean my car.

I got my car interior cleaned today. They took just 10 minutes to clean the 7 seater car. I just cleaned the mat with water and put it in, after drying the dirt started appearing again like before. They didn't even open the trunk of the car or clean it. windows and dashboard still dirty, they not clean it properly. I feel like I wasted both money and time.

Worst carwash in area! Please take your business elsewhere. I went through carwash on May 2nd. The carwash caused a big crack in my windshield. I have documentation that this did not occur before plus witness. The manager took my report, was nice and understanding. I asked at time would they provide physical evidence that did not occur at their place. He said yes! I got email stating they would not fix or pay for the repair. It was wear and tear. Or happened before I came onto property. No one else car was damaged. Guess what, no physical photos showing otherwise. There a pattern of behavior here where they did this to another customer who experienced damage to their car. Check the reviews. I approach manager who sent email. He told me same excuse in person. Jeff was not understanding at all and was pushy to file with my insurance. He told me file with my insurance and have broker come out. They will show them the video. You couldn't show me the video of my own car going through your carwash or prove that damage dis not occur there? But you show the broker? Let me contact my insurance and raise my rates for the damage that occurred on your property and by your property. Take your car somewhere else. Even though you pay for a clean car. They do not actually clean it well or dry it off at all. They lost my key and my mats once before. I will not return! Nobody should.

I came in to use the free coupon for interior and exterior. I want to note that yes this was a free service and I’m not complaining, but paying customers deserve to know what the service is like, free or not. They did not place anything over my back windshield wiper when going through the car wash. After pulling into the interior detail area, I wasn’t sure where I needed to go, so I sat in the car, waiting upon further instruction. A man grabbed my door handle pretty hard trying to open it, but my door was locked. Definitely not a great start to the interaction. The lobby wasn’t very clean and some of the chairs were pretty old and ripped. Not a single employee greeted me the entire time. The areas that were supposed to be cleaned listed on the receipt were definitely not clean. Crumbs shoved into the cup holders, when they could have easily popped out the subaru cup holder piece there to clean it out, instead of shoving the crumbs deeper. There were also dripping spots where they didn’t completely dry the product they used. They also completely missed the speaker on the left door, drivers side covered in dirt. Unfortunately I kick this spot often getting in and out due to a stiff leg. There is also some kind of spray residue on my 11.6 inch screen. Hopefully it comes off. Although they do a quicky clean, I would much rather prefer going to my detailer. The service is not worth the money. Looking at the other reviews, they clearly aren’t careful with the vehicles they clean either. 24 Subaru Crosstrek!

The people there are excellent to work with and make sure to specify the prices when you drive up and ask them. They guided me into the wash once I paid for my elite wash service, after that was the interior vacuuming and they did a fantastic job there, to which I was delighted to see that my car was clean after I was done waiting inside. Thank you for the excellent service team! I'll pick you guys for any car wash that I need for my car. Thanks so much again for a wonderful experience. Merry Christmas and happy holidays.

I just went here. This is basically ran by 17-year-olds that don’t have any communication skills. Also, I go to get in my car and everything is oiled down. I can’t even get in my seat. I have my favorite sweatpants on. I had to ask the very nice gentleman and he was nice to spray my seat down so I could get in it. There was an oil everywhere ethic oil and I knew it would ruin my clothes if I said in it and then it wasn’t coming off so I had to get in my trunk and get a blanket out And put it down before I got in my seat and then I go to hit the brakes and everything is soaking wet on the floor. My panels are soaking wet. My pedals are soaking wet. They put water all over them and did not dry them off. They’re literally holding water. I’m gonna have to go home right now take all of my mats out and hang dry them in a freezing cold garage. This is the worst $30 I’ve ever spent. My foot slipped off my brake onto the gas pedal because everything so soaking wet

The car wash is good but done get any interior services done. I got the interior cleaning and it looks like my car was barely touched. It only took them five minutes which shows it was rushed and they left some liquid inside the car not wiped down. The fragrance is also very strong and had me coughing.

They messed up my car and didn’t offer an apology or try to point out that they took the paint and writing off of my dash board. Manager made a poor excuse of “all we did was wash it” outside still has debris on it that easily comes off by hand and they claimed it was a “hand wash” I will not be going back to Prime. Crew Carwash and sparkling images may be generic but they have customer service.

went to this car wash and paid $49.99 for the Elite Wash, but the service was very disappointing. The car was not washed properly, the tires were not cleaned, the vacuuming was poor, and there were many dirt spots still left on the car. Honestly, it felt like a waste of $50. I expected much better quality for the price.

I came to Prime CarWash for a full-body wax because they were the closest location in my area offering the long-lasting wax service I was looking for. The price was $89, which I felt was reasonable for the service, and I was willing to pay it. When I arrived, the employees were friendly and answered all my questions. The service itself was fairly quick, and when I got my car back, it looked great. I was happy with how the wax turned out and the overall appearance of my vehicle. I did notice that some of the employees appeared fairly young and seemed to spend a bit of time standing around talking and joking, but they were still polite and professional toward me. After I left, I realized a glove had been left inside my car. I called to let the manager know and asked if there was anything they could do about it. The response I received caught me off guard. The manager laughed and said, “Like what?”. I’m not the type of customer to argue, so I ended the call. I just felt it could have been handled a bit more professionally, especially since I had to clean up after the oversight. I was initially nervous because I saw several negative reviews beforehand, but overall, I was happy with the wax service itself. I just think there’s some room for improvement when it comes to attention to detail and handling customer concerns.

This is the most unorganized place I have ever been. As I watched the employees jump around chit chatting and not knowing who has done what to which vehicle, I was already concerned about the final outcome. When I was told my car was done, as soon as I walked out to the bay, I noticed smudged windows, finger marks all over outside and swirl marks throughout the paint. A 2025 vehicle with 1000 miles and now it looks like they dried it with sandpaper. The manager on duty was very confrontational as soon as I started questioning what they used to dry the car. "That was already there, if I scratched cars, I'd be out of business". Then proceeded to aggressively tell me to just point out what was wrong so they could fix it. Even told me he would walk me through the tunnel and show me foam doesn't scratch cars. Very condescending. Inside of car had multiple spots where the cleaning sub par. Definitely will never use Prime again.
