Great communication and great service. Our 13 year old car was pretty filthy before but looks great inside and out. The technician, Ronald, did a great job and was very detail-oriented. He was here for about 4 hours making our Prius sparkle. Highly recommend.

I have waited a week to post this review, I have heard nothing from James about clearing up Sparkle Buggy short comings on our inside/outside full detail on April 10, 2025. I have about 6 vehicles detailed per year so I have a reasonable expectation on the results for a $439 detail. They were onsite just over two hours (two technicians). When they asked for a review of their work I pointed out several areas that required additional work. IE: grill, running boards, door jambs etc. after the 2nd review one technician retreated to the Sparkle Buggy van, the other technician was making an effort to remedy the missed areas. After the 3rd review over the same areas I realized they were not interested or capable of doing the basics of vehicle detailing. The attached photos were sent to James once the technicians left, these photos are after the technicians were finished. James & I spoke on the phone & via text. He didn’t make an effort after a week to make it right! You be the judge!

It was raining misting when they worked on our vehicles. Difficult to give a good inspection. The sun came out today and now I see some flaws. They forgot to clean the inside of all of the windows. See all of the marks if you zoom in. EDIT They called because of my review, apologized and came out today to get any glass that was missed by the bad weather. Excellent customer service! 👌

These guys did a truly spectacular job on a tough job. We’re passing my wife’s 10 year-old Volvo onto my 16 year-old and she couldn’t be happier with how clean it is. I messaged them extremely last minute, less than 24 hours before I was hoping to have my car detailed, and they were very responsive and transparent about expectations. Randomly chose this establishment while searching on line an they were truly a rare find. My car had been sitting for over 9 months and had accumulated a significant amount of dirt dust and mold.Eddie arrived and was personable and very professional he took his time and brought my interior back to a show room floor quality. We had a huge issue with a mold infested car that had been sitting for 2 years. We wanted to get it ready for my son. We had no idea of the mold issue. We had it towed to a mechanic to do all the work and he could not do anything because of the mold. James was so nice and helpful. He told exactly what we needed to do, he saved us some money by letting us do a treatment ourselves and then his 2 guys came out and made it look like new! They were all so polite and kind and professional! If I could give 10 stars I would! Before and after photos!
