I paid for the best car wash they have because it uses a drying wheel. The attendant turned off the drying wheel. I came back through to get them to run the drying wheel this time and they say they can’t run me through again because my car is clean. I paid for something that they didn’t provide and I have to sit here arguing with them over it.

I don’t like to leave poor reviews but I felt obligated after the car wash we had. Paid for the $15 wash with the tire shine. The car came out looking like my 7 year old just sprayed it down with our garden hose. It didn’t even clean the easy to get spots like the hood and roof. The tire shine was the biggest joke of it all. If I’m being generous, all 4 tires had shine on maybe 15% of the tire. This was unacceptable and definitely can’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great car wash. Fantastic results. Superior car wash I should say. I've been to other automatic washes but they don't do as well of a job as Todd's. The vacuums are amazing and they're free! I do the monthly plan. My car looks great all the time now.

I had a good experience with this place. Have been there twice, good price range from basic to lava, also sell cards for multiple washes at a decent price. Quality of wash was above average, vacuums are free and have good suction, floor mat cleaner. They do not wash or vacuum your Auto. This is pay for your wash drive thru and vacuum yourself. Place was clean, employees were friendly. This place can get rather busy.

We love Todd's car wash! We have had a membership for 2 years and our vehicles have never looked better! I love the fact that you can also vacuum out the vehicles too! I highly recommend getting the membership because you can drive through daily. We typically come once a week but especially in the winter there are times when you want more than that! The staff is friendly and does a great job!

Can't beat the Basic Wash $10 and it removed most of the tree sap from my car and windows. I didn't want to run the ceramic coating until I knew the sap was removed. Plus.. they provide free self serve vacuums which were powerful. They have floor mat washers also not sure what they cost. I chuckeled at the sign that says "Toddtastic" But hey, this place does a fantastic job and it's very reasonably priced. A+

I hope it’s not a fluke and not just bcz it was opening day… even though very crowded… this was an awesome experience! Brand new, sparkly, dazzled, and MORE that you’d expect from the brand new car wash facility! I pulled in bcz washes were free yesterday but then quickly realized that it wasn’t brushless and wanted to back out of the line! Well the owner came over and introduced himself, “I’m Todd!” I expressed to him that I have my car detailed at the dealership or have it hand washed and needed to back out of the line. He assured me that I wouldn’t get scratched on my car, that the paint would be fine and that I’d have an awesome car wash! He was RIGHT! The wash was quick and easy! I followed the directions of the ppl inside and came out clean and road ready! I pulled into one of 40 slots to vacuum the car FOR FREE which was also, Ah-MAZING! Coupled with the vacuums are several FREE Mat wash stations. You slide it in, push a button, and out rolls your mat! Sooo convenient! All in all a fantastic experience as is Todd the owner! Highly recommend! Todd’s Place will be a welcome staple to the Middleton area! Go by and enjoy! Your car will thank you!

Paid $20 for Todd’s Best. Todd’s Best? More like Todd’s Worst! If you’re debating washing your car yourself or going to this establishment, save your money and fill up a bucket with soap and water at home… Not a single speck of dirt was removed.

The wash was okay but didn’t address the front bumper of the car very well. The blow dryer did not work as well as it should. For some reason the air hose by the vacuum had water in the line that sprayed all over my midsection. The car wash selected was the “Todd’s Best” for $20.00.

I won't be returning to Todd's Place after today. It seem like the team on-site is willing to twist their understanding of the equipment to deny any damage to your vehicle. I went and notified the team that I believed the track had scratched both of my driver side wheels as the scratches were bold and consistent on every spoke for the front and back wheels. We pulled my car up to the track to compare the height and they immediately saw what they wanted to but not the reality. The track wasn't directly perpendicular to the ground but rather at a slant with the bottom of the track leaning directly at where the scratches were located however I was told it wasn't the tracks fault and that was it due to the size of the scratches. Misleading and poor maintenance to say the least.

Came through the drive-through on Shelbyville rd. I bought the most expensive car wash. I used the bug cleaner to get the bugs off the front of my vehicle prior to going through the wash. I came through the car wash and this is what my tires and wheels look like after their best wash. I pulled back around and informed the attendant working. He told me to “go clean my wheels at the bug wash station my self That that ought to take care of it”. For buying their best car wash I should not have to get out of my vehicle and scrub my rims. I know if you go through mikes car wash down the street for the same money they will thoroughly clean your vehicle prior to going through the wash. This ensures your car is clean. If it’s not they will send you back through the car wash at no expense. I feel for the money you can get a better wash and better customer service at mikes.

Their dryers threw mud all over my car windshield. When I asked for a rewash, they said they don’t do re washes. When I text the owner, he admits that his washes aren’t good enough to clean in one wash. He then told me to cancel and lose his number.

By far this is the best automated car wash in Louisville. The equipment always works. Spray cleaner and micro finer towels are provided. The attendants will wash your rubber matts for you. It is always clean snd the attendants hve been nothing but helpful and pleasant. Of course I’ve had a few run thrus where parts if the car were slightly neglected but the operative word here is automated. Great place. Been a member for three years.
