car wash did a really good job cleaning the car. One thing to note is that the chemicals are watery and the dryer did not dry well in the side. so I’ll say 4.5 stars. 8 out of 10

Touch less car wash is offline when attempting to use the TimeWise app / subscription. Unable to resolve issue in store either. Emailed Customer service is unresponsive.

The worst car wash I’ve ever been to did not clean my car at all and they charge me $15 just sprayed a little bit water and soap which did not work. It would’ve gone Cleaner if I drove in the rain.

I like the idea of these washes because they dont cause swirls in paint. However, they definitely are not as good at cleaning as a normal car wash is. I just washed my car and in my drive home (3 miles) i can already tell that the wash didnt do a great job.

When I bought a car wash yesterday, the employee told me if I came back in 48 hours I could get a second car wash. The initial wash didn’t completely clean the back of my car so I came back the next day. The machines were closed due to maintenance. I called to ask if I could get an extension on that window since the opportunity to redeem my offer was limited due to their machines. When I explained the situation the person on the phone hung up on me. I called back and it went to voicemail. Bad customer service.
