Car detailing tech told me he would do nothing for an extra tip. While car wash machine was down all he did was ask me do I expect a miracle. Very unprofessional. $20 package car was was willing to offer $20 tip to inside of rims he simply said I’m not doing anything extra and half cleaned it

Female employee Dhanaisha was giving another employee a hand Job at the end of tunnel. I barely saw until they seen me looking and it was the reaction that made it noticeable. Car wash isn’t even all that great but this made it funny

HORRIBLE. I took my brand new car to get a wash. Had scratches immediately after. Kept getting the run around from the managers as far as when the issue will be resolved. Never heard back. Unprofessional and unpleasant first time experience.

It’s not so bad but they definitely need to fix the tire shine I specifically get them to remove tire shine from my wash and they do but it still kick up black stuff all over your car. That pretty much defeats the purpose of getting your car washed. I will not return until that problem is fixed.

I have been trying since mid October to get my car antenna replaced. But if I get the service from the office that I’m getting from the workers at this location I know that I will be getting a reimbursement or a replacement. Because all the workers that I have encountered here at the Cullen location give the best Customer Service that I have received in a long time. They are very efficient and patient,thanks to Mr David and Mr Alex

For some reason I noticed the scratches the first few times I went accumulated a bunch of scratches and now reading the reviews I'm sure is the car wash scratching it my friend was telling me no it's not the car wash now I see I'm not the only one

It's about time someone put a NICE car wash in the hood. It also has monthly packages that are awesome. I recommend everyone to use it. We live here so let's wash our cars here. Dirty Red 2.0 is now ready for these Houston,.Texas South Park streets.

I’m a regular member of this car wash company. I pay $19.99 for the basic wash which includes a free wash daily and the opportunity to vacuum it out daily once a day. Be aware of your account and make sure that you have only one account for your monthly transactions. I was charged 3x the day of my renewal and I was charged again the next day as well and it was twice. I had receipts and bank statements for my proof of all 3 payments and I had to keep going up there and complaining the situation. I never got the money back from the extra money that was owed to me even though I had given and provided documentation of the funds that were being paid without my permission or knowledge. The head man in charge was not helpful at all. I asked for a cash refund and I was denied that also. I was given an email to contact someone higher with the authority to refund my funds and they never responded to any of the emails. I am very grateful for one person that works on the site who took money out of his own paycheck to help compensate for the cost of the two extra charges. I had two separate accounts with my name on them and that was a big mistake made on their end!! I am recommending that you should be aware of that and pay attention to your transactions as well so you can prevent any future losses that may occur if someone is not paying attention and is not focusing on their roles of duty and causing others to be charged in the process; without any concern for the loyal customers to be paid for false transactions or lie in our faces just to get rid of us at the moment. I am very grateful for the honest individual who helped me.

This morning older black lady was rude usually I don’t have a problem everyone is pretty nice. 1st negative experience today thinking about canceling my membership. Never are able to speak with upper management phone just rings voicemail comes on. Hopefully it was just a bad morning for her and myself but I’m still thinking about can’t membership
