★☆☆☆☆ Worse car wash experience i ever had. I told the guy who took my money exactly what i wanted (a full detail on the entire interior)and he said it was $40.00 which i paid for, however,he told me it entailed only vacuuming and shampooing the carpets and not the seats(if i wanted the seats shampooed, i would have to pay an additional $40.00) and they only vacuum the carpets without cleaning the rest of the interior. I had to help them do their job which i paid for by holding my phone's flash light for them to see,since it took all day to detail my vehicle. I got there at 1 pm and did not leave until about 5:45-6:00 pm. The carpets are still looking dirty especially after the supervisor told me i had to pay $25.00 more to get the super clean package. I had to physical stand out in the freezing cold to supervise them and make sure they do a thorough job,which unfortunately still was not! According to them, their so-called, super clean upgrade which i paid $25.00 extra was worthless!!! There are still nooks and cranies in my vehicle which are filthy,the carpet still has dirty spots and is still wet in some places which could potentially lead to mold which is a major health hazard for me. The dash was not properly conditioned,the speedometer guage and steering are still filthy and were never cleaned inspite of me constantly pointing out various spots to them. If you want your vehicle detailed properly,consider some other auto detailing service professional and not this place. I was referred here by someone i know,but ended up being highly dissatisfied and disappointed, especially after paying my hard earned $65.00 for a professional job. Instead of trying to make it up to me,they kept arguing with me about what i paid for and still tried getting more money from me. Moreover,my seats were never cleaned either. Their ideas of detailing a vehicle is vacuuming and shampooing the carpets only. I was very dissatisfied to say the least. It was an awful experience and a waste of my time and hard earned money gone to waste!!! It was getting dark already and i really got to see the quality of their work the next day i am ultra disappointed, which is an understatement to express how i feel about such a poor service provider.I will definitely not recommend this business to anyone !!!

★☆☆☆☆ Very horrible experience! First and last time stopping thru here. I felt ripped off. I payed for a oil change and car wash an hour before closing the Guy who was in charge was very unprofessional... Get this they wanted me to come back another day to get a car wash because they were tierD!!! I couldn’t believe he told me that. I tinformed him that Iam a new customer who didn’t live closed in the area 35 mins away, And I also let him know that is not my problem it is an hour before closing they need to get it together... This man looked at me and didn’t flitch! He showed no sympathy.. I asked for a manager ?And then told me he was the manager in charge Wow! Please donot waste your time and money! I will never forget this experience
