Very bad customer service. They are just careless and do a job just somehow. They take good pay and tips but they does a bad job cleaning. They broke my internal under glow system. I filed a complaint and never heard back from them. So i visited them to see what is the update. They told me management will call you. Its been 3 months now and no one called. They did other mass up too in the past. Not going back to them. Just be careful if you have usb or sound system components. Make sure you are standing nearby your car.

Went here for an oil change they didn’t know how to reset my oil change light or even change my oil originally I should have knew then not to stay. However with good faith I allowed them to proceed after assuring me they could do it. I started to hear a dragging noise underneath my car a while later which come to find out the techs didn’t put my own cover back on correctly which has fallen off causing me to purchase a new one. Will never spend my money here again.

For the second time in six months this place has seen fit to try and charge my monthly membership on a date other than what was agreed to. The counter person is completely inept and I’m just done the quality of their work has gone downhill and it’s like I’m paying $60 a month for a 12 yo to do my truck. No more. Keep your shoddy work and your we don’t need you attitudes. I’ll gladly drive a little farther for better work and better customer service

Yesterday went for a service job and the shop manager a slim Hispanic extremely offensive very bad customer service. I do not remmcomen nobody this place to get any services . 😒

Honestly if i could give yall zero stars i would . I just left yalls car wash & im completely unsatisfied . I literally had to stand over the worker to make sure it was cleaned right the THIRD time around & then its still mediocre as heck . Then the girl at the register didnt offer me any type of incentive , coupon nothing .... definitely was NOT worth the wash at all . Just terrible . & MY WINDOWS & MIRRORS ARE STILL DIRTY . i just left cuz yall were pissin me off , you know when people take their cars to a CAR WASH we expect it to be cleaned .... ZERO STARS .

They over charge for oil changes... $84 for synthetic oil change, Walmart is only $56 at best... and the free wash that comes wit the oil change... NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Please don't waste your time in this place, if you are looking for great customer service, an exceptional clean car and comon sense understanding dont stop here. No one has empathy, compassion or the need to apologize. A couple weeks ago I stopped for a basic car wash, however, the young man informed me there had been no water all day... but he asked me and informed me since they had no customers due to the lack of water, it would be helpful to them and they asked if I could help them by purchasing a $40.00 car wash, and you can return at a later day to complete the car wash on the outside. As long as we have running water. I agreed. However, I had surgery on Feb 17, 2025, so I had been recovering, and the day of the initial purchase, I could barely walk.. and to make myself feel better, I decided to take my car for a clean and wash. Today, when I returned after a post-op appointment with my surgeon. Today 3/28/25, they informed me that I had purchased this pre car wash in February and that I only had 72 hours after I purchased... I attempted to inform them that no one was completely transparent or advised I only had 72 hrs to return for my car wash. I asked to speak to corporate or the owner.. they had no clue to provide that information or pretended not to know.. they provided me the number to the cashier girl who is not helpful at all... she only gas lights by stating "I dont know" I dont know" I only do cashier and you need to relax" If you're in customer services pls don't ever tell any individual relax or calm down that just makes every and any situation worse. Moving forward, I will no longer help any small businesses with any courtesy purchase bc now I know they don't deliver the same courtesy to a customer. I was understanding when they didn't have water, I expected Superior Almeda car wash to have the same courtesy to me, due to my post-op surgery. They are Not looking out for the customer or community. Good luck surviving with that type of attitude and mentality.

I wish I had read the reviews before going to this car wash instead of going here based on past experiences. If it was possible to give a -1 instead of a 1 I would. I paid $33.00 which is a lot of monies for a basic package. This particular package I believed suited my needs then. What I got was a different matter. The top and trunk was not washed, and the vacuum job was atrocious. I was in a hurry and did not pay attention to this mess of a job until I got home. These reviews are real because my experience at Superior Car Wash have put me in the mindset to NEVER GO TO SUPERIOR CAR WASH AGAIN. Times have changed and so have their services. If I had more time to spare on May 10, 2025, I could have done a better job washing and vacuuming my car.

My suv was detailed almost perfectly. My seats and carpets look amazing but they forgot to clean my center console area. I'm not sure if they wiped the inside driver door panel either. Overall, I would go again. They gave a great deal on the service and were very fast

I was denied service while they were open. When I questioned why, the staff became physically aggressive, blocked my car, and threatened me. Extremely unsafe environment. Avoid at all costs.

On Nov 14, 2024 my paralyzed(paralyzed since 2000) brother’s car was totaled while getting detailed at Superior Almeda Car Wash & Lube on 10126 Almeda Genoa Rd., Houston Tx(Detailer’s at fault). My brother has used this shop on numerous occasions. He is without personal transportation to go to work, doctor appointments, grocery shop, & etc… My brother only had liability insurance. Since the Detailer is at fault(negligence) they are responsible. It has been a little over a week, and he has not been provided any transportation(rental), or composition. On Wednesday Nov 27th he was provided a car rental for 20 days. Their(Detailer’s insurance) has declared the vehicle as totaled. He will have to return the rental on Monday Dec 16th. Now he will be without transportation once again. I could not give a 0 star.

This place is HORRIBLE. I paid for a $145 cleaning. They teared my seat covers and they simply removed my LED strips and threw them away without even asking me anything about it.😭😭😭 Now I have to repurchase this and they don’t even pick up the phone calls. So if there is an issue thst could be talked about you’d have to go in person.

I was skeptical to go to this place after reading some recent reviews but went anyways (close to home and wanted to give them a chance). I went when they opened at 8am so it wouldn’t be too hot outside and packed (so that they wouldn’t rush on my car). The man who got my car order was nice, he helped me pick out the package that included what I wanted. The ladies who cleaned the interior did a great job, very thorough. My car had a lot of my dog’s hair and I know it’s hard to get out; they literally got it all out and made my car spotless. I am very satisfied with how clean my car was when I got it back. Would recommend this place when it’s early in the day on a weekday. I know this place gets packed on weekends. I went once on a weekend (a few years ago) and the job was not done as well.

2 stars only cause the car ended up getting cleaned in the end but only after talking to these people like a 5 year old on how to clean MY OWN CAR that I paid 120 dollars on for them to do it. They also tried telling me I didn’t tell them to clean certain spots when I specifically did. They left spots in my interior dirty still and they only cleaned it after I spotted it. Trying to cheat your customers out of their own money ain’t the way to run a business. I’ll give the wash its own credit as the exterior looked awesome coming out. However, an exterior wash ain’t covering 120 dollars so I’d go elsewhere cause this place gets lazy.

I had previously brought my car in for a wash and the wash was very good and clean so I decided to go back and unfortunately the experience was disappointing: 1. Exterior Trim – As seen in the first two photos, the black trim around the windows still has dirt and smudges, indicating that it was not cleaned or wiped down properly. 2. Rear Window – The rear windshield (photo 3) still has noticeable spots and marks, including what looks like leftover bird droppings or other debris that should have been removed during the cleaning process. 3. Hood Area – Leaves and dirt are left in the corners near the windshield wipers (photo 4), indicating a lack of attention to detail in those hard to reach areas. 4. Interior Carpets – The rear floor mats had a small piece of debris left (photo 5) and the front floor mats still looked dusty and not vacuumed properly (photo 6). And there were other things too. Overall, the car wash was not thorough and did not meet the expectations of a paid service. There was a lack of attention to detail, and both the exterior and interior of the car showed signs of not having been thoroughly cleaned. Never again

Polo was very nice. He has great customer service. He made me feel very secure with the sevice(oil change)that i was in need of. I been coming here for years on getting car washed. Thats another story in it self. One of the workers a female was wearing see through leggings. Which i felt very offended and embrassed for her. Jan 1 2026. They were out of scents for car. I will be back for them. Jenna
