Throughbred Mobile power washed our pool deck, concrete patio, pool house and siding on the back of our house. Adam did a fantastic job and cleaned everything in one day! He even managed to remove a Hugh oil stain that I thought was permanent! Adam made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. If you see this young man coming to pressure wash your deck, please don’t let them stop. I hired this company to pressure wash my deck and now I'm sanding boards to smooth them out before they can be stained. There were fibers left on windows, my deck chairs, on outdoor lights, and all over the ground below the deck. On our initial meeting he that they use their own water from their truck to wash the deck that is a lie. They hooked up to my water and it has cost me an additional $80.00 on top of what it cost me to get my deck washed. He told me that the pressure is preset to 2500 psi and just as Cooper Pressure Wash & Exterior Cleaning states, "any more that 500-1000 psi can damage and splinter wood." Amazing 20/20 Services says the "about 1200 psi cleans most woods with damage." According to these companies 2500 psi is a far cry from 2500 psi for what my deck was pressure washed at. I have texted this individual and at no time has he addressed this by calling me or offering to sit and talk about what I'm implying as a SUBPAR performance to a job that he feels was good. If there was negative stars above I think I would add at least two. But to post this review, I have to give it one star. In our initial meeting to discuss the job, he was late; he was to start the job between 8:00-9:00 am and never showed up until after 12:45 pm. His excuse for being late on the day the he was to perform the job was that "I went to the next job because I didn't hear from you." I'm still trying to figure out why he needed to hear from me when we had a specific date and time agreed upon 18 days in advance. This maybe an isolated incident, but why did he select my home, my deck to have this isolated incident.
