Don't take your vehicle here if you want Quality work done! Crap window installers. Went 2x to get windows tinted .. still hairs and debris still in windows! A wase of time!!! Left interior of car soaking Wet!! Owners / Workers have attitude problems, they act like you "Bothering them" with your business. They don't treat your vehicle with CARE!!! Not recommended. Go find a Quality shop! In response to your "response". Thank you for proving my point!!

I just called and was pretty much told I was a liar! I was with the my Husband the entire time when he went to get his windshield tinted we was told that this is the darkest legal tint they had but was NEVER told that it was illegal altogether to get the whole windshield tinted. Had I not been there MYSELF then maybe he could have forgotten to tell me etc. but I’m the one that set up the appointment over the phone and I followed him to the appointment so that he could drop off the vehicle and was with him the entire time as we were dropping off the vehicle. I literally had no idea that the front window being tinted was illegal until it was too late. When I just called the lady at the desk, said that it was disclosed to all customers that it was illegal and I know for a fact that The day I was in there, we was not told. A little bit and I think that’s the part that I’m actually mad about was being told that it was disclosed to us when it was not. And considering that she is saying that it was disclosed, it would be $140 to get it off which I feel like is absolutely ridiculous. So after pretty much being told, I was a liar. I would definitely have to rate this place one star! Because if I was there in person and was not told I’ll be darned Some lady is gonna tell me that I was!!

Karl and Stacy are the best! We have had detailing, tinting and auto start done there. We love supporting local owned small businesses especially when they are owned by such awesome people. You can tell that they love what they do! They also just received the top 100 Uhaul dealer award in the US! That's huge!!! Go see them, you won't be disappointed.

Scheduling and estimated price quote were very easy by phone. I had the ceramic tint put on side and rear windows of my car. I dropped the car off at the appointment time, 1st of the morning, and they were already pulling it inside before my ride arrived. It was ready in a timely manner, and I picked it up at the end of the day. They told me there would be some small bubbles that would cure out in 3 to 5 days. About a week later I checked, and it looked really good, no bubbles. So far, no problems. Prices seem to be on par with everyone else. Service was finished quicker than quoted, at a little less than the estimated price quoted. Overall great service.

I had a full detail performed on my vehicle after dumping a chocolate protein shake on the seat and they did a SUPER job! There were two spots on the back seat that came out more profound and I went back and asked them about it and were willing to do a full cleaning again! Great people to work with! Thank you KK Auto!

Lady was rude about uhaul trailer rental. Another location helped me if you need uhaul go to American mini storage instead. Brandi was excellent there she reserved me a trailer in Lexington at corporate location. I saw the same uhaul corporate repairman that was at Kk auto at corporate location and he was embarrassed by the way kk auto treated me.

RESPONSE TO OWNER. Not going to call her a liar but Stacy altered her version of events. Truth. They are in business to offer a service or services for money which you request in advance. False. You are not doing a favor or a charity. Truth Customers should be the lifeblood of your business. Truth I prepaid for a service and cancelled it 5 days prior. Three days after canceling no confirmation of cancellation was transmitted. Called and a polite person canceled the appointment and attempted to refund but my card was locked. I unlocked card but refund has not entered my account. Called and unfortunately got the Owner. She refuted refunds happen that fast but 14 to 21 days. Not my bank for which she has no business with. So she’s speaking in generalities. Truth Stacy is unprofessional and cannot be questioned and I wasn’t anywhere as hateful as she was. Truth this is suppose to be a business. You offer a service so you should have some class not have a persecution or gotcha personality and it’s self evident on all of your responses to any customer who gives you a review that is negative or critical. Called again got a man he said you gave us a lousy review and you expect help getting a refund? Truth taking money for a service you did not provide is against the law. Reviews are the only place consumers can warn others how a business conducts itself. Unfortunately I did not do my due diligence. Otherwise reading the negative reviews I never would have prepaid for a service with this place. You cannot withhold a refund because you don’t like the review which was true for 3 days I waited for confirmation of my Monday cancellation and it was not done. Then when you took to the owner she’s combative and unprofessional. Just read how she responded to me she’s not in the right business or any business if this is how she conducts herself. The greatest test of any business is how they handle disputes conflicts etc etc The man who answered and said refund when you left a bad review? All I want is my money and I will revise my review but I’m not omitting the truth. He’s self employed. So the review hurts. My husband ran a plumbing company in Chicago and guess what.? Customers make or break your business. He knew that especially if you as the owner screw up or make a mistake. Apparently you do not understand that.a receipt that does not align with an actual refund deposited into a customer account is invalid. I can prove no deposit. You cannot. Attorney General of Kentucky has a Consumer Complaint process for situations just like this. So if I don’t have a refund credited to my account I will proceed.

I am extremely particular about work that is done on my vehicles. After some research, I decided to go with KK Auto Detailing. I've had many external details done and I've had a few internal details done. I was so impressed with the work that I even referred family members and friends to KK Auto. I've also had 2 different window tints and buffing done from them. I have always been impressed with their work and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone. They have always been extremely professional and prompt. If you're looking for quality work, then look no further.

Terrible customer service. They do not honor their warranty. Exactly sais no air bubbles. I came back twice to have the same finger air bubble taken out. The owner said it was my problem. He would not honor the warranty. I do not recommend this company.

I’m with the sales team at Bluegrass Truck, Bus, & RV, and Stacy, Karl, and their crew do a fantastic job helping us out with tinting the Renegade RVs we sell to our customers. They’ve also tinted a couple of my own cars, and I can’t recommend their ceramic tint enough—it really cuts down on the heat.

Top notch car detailing. We took our antique Camaro for a full detail after recovering from the Eastern KY Historical Flood July 28, 2022. I have attached before and after photos! The work performed was very thorough and detailed. When in doubt if it can be restored take to KK auto detailing and you will be amazed beyond your expectations!! The before pictures don’t show the extent of damage and mud from the flood and the after pictures do not do their hard work Justice!!! I give KK detailing a 10 out of 5!

Worst customer service I ever had. I got my windows tinted. They attended the front to at 25%. The back 2 windows were supposed to be 5% and the rear glass was supposed to be 5% and a strip across the front windshield, at 5%, all within legal limits. What I got was something that looked like a 5% strip on the front glass, 25% on the side.\n 5% on the back rear glass. But my rear windshield was 25 or somewhere around there. It looked so much lighter than the other dark windows that looked like 5, so I asked them to test it and they said, I could come get that done. They put a meter on the back. Doors. Which was not the complaint, it was the rear windshield slam. My rear door never tested the rear windshield and walked back inside like he had proved his point, and I was beyond his time and this was the owner. I believe. The way he approached me . Was that he knew more than anybody else because it was his company and there could be no way that he was wrong and that I was wasting his time, so I left and then called back to see if they could replace the back piece and he hung up on me the same person that tested the windows who I believe to be the owner. Do not take your stuff to this company. If you need your windows tenant, wait longer or go somewhere else. If you're in a hurry and take it to these people that are close inside of Georgetown, you may end up with the same result as me. To add to this After writing my review, I looked in further To the other reviews. And anyone that did not give them a great review, they bashed them, turn them into the police and ban them from their site. If that does not show you what type of person that runs , this company is. If you disagree with him at all Then he will burn you to the ground. Systematically speaking. Instead of disproving the people that are giving him bad reviews wrong, he's going to bash them. I'm surprised anybody takes their vehicle to this place Go to lucky's or smoky mountain truck outfitters. I've used both facilities before and never, ever was treated like this. Wow!!!!!!!!!! And where I work at does not matter with the customer service of how I was treated when I was not happy with the product. And the fact that you put that on there shows exactly what type of person you are instead of accepting , that there may be something wrong or look into it and have a conversation you just attack the other person. Where I'm working has nothing to do with why you wasn't done correctly to my satisfaction at once.I asked for proof it was not given to me only the window that was as dark as it was supposed to be was the only one measured.. If I have to, I'll get back on here and post pictures. How different the tent looks And before they made measuring devices, people use their Driver's license and police use them to prove how dark the tint was. You can even receive a ticket based on that.

Excellent service and kindness!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had a great experience renting a trailer at this U-Haul location. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. They treated me with respect and genuine care. I was missing a tool I needed to secure the trailer, and without hesitation, they gladly provided it for me. It’s rare to find this level of service and human kindness these days. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend them!
