Went there for my first time. I'm not impressed. Barely touched the wheels. A lot of dirt spots are still around my mirrors and corners of my windows. The whole thing seems rushed. I paid for the highest, which came out to 27/28ish dollars. It's definitely not worth that price. I mean, if you just want a quick n dirty wash, it's for you! Lol Won't be going back.

At the end of the car wash conveyor. It doesn't push you far enough to be able to see the drive light. So it starts rolling you backwards into the car behind you. And the vacuums are still horrible they do not suck. Nearly enough to pull anything off of the carpet. I walked down the line and tried about eight different machines. Not one of them was worth a crap I will not be coming back here again

I really like this location. The staff is always friendly and on top of any equipment issues. Gotta love the free vacuum!

I bought the $18 car wash and I am very disappointed. The fact that the car wash didn’t get everything off of my car and I definitely didn’t experience the tsunami experience was very disheartening. I will not be returning to this car wash.

I've been going her a couple of years now but a month ago I went through this car wash and it completely bent my front license plate on my new car!! I was so irritated and had to bend it back in place. (Brand new license plate). The free vacuums are great and the customer service is good but I'm so leary about using it again because of this reason. I don't need it bent again. Just disappointed.

This is an automated car wash and as such it does a great job. Could I do better if I washed the car by hand? Absolutely... you can not expect an automated car wash to do as good a job as by hand. Yes the wheels dont get fully washed and there will be some water left after the blow dry... it's simply not that big of deal. I keep a single small microfiber towel in my car which works great for finishing touches after the car wash. Two things I like about this car wash is the conveyor belt method they use and how they allow daylight in as you go through.

I had the most pleasant my experience at this location! I had came through the cashier window to pay with cash but they didn’t take cash anymore and when I tried to pay with card I accidentally used my expired card I hadn’t thrown out yet in a panic so of course it declined :( luckily Reese helped me out and so generously let me through to use the wash! Incredibly sweet. Even when I found the right card and tried to pay afterwards, Joseph insisted it was on them and they simply asked me to come back and visit them again. Highly recommend this wash and specifically this team! Shout out to Reese and Joseph. Really made my day :)

Went through 2x because my windshield has spots all over that the car wash machine missed the 1st time, and now the 2nd time still. Also washed off my front license plate. Then when I used the vacuum, the vacuum got something orange & white all over my new car seats 😤🤬😤🤬 Don't recommend this place at all!!!

I really like this car wash, a lot! I still returning to south hill for car wash even after I moved to Auburn due to closer to work. Affordable + unlimited + strong suction of vacuum that dont have additional cost. I hope they consider to open a car wash here in south king!

First time washing my new car. Was a bit hesitant to use this due to being afraid of scratching the paint. My parents don't take their teslas here for that reason. Anyways the cost is pretty high. $25 for a wash, but it included wax & tire treatment. You don't have to pay for vacuums if the time runs out on them, so that is nice. I won't be going here once a week, that's for sure. Maybe once a month, depending on the weather.

Only giving it five stars because ratings are a joke in general. The employee brushed one lower side of my car before entering A for effort. The roof portion of it sounded pretty aggressive,it got the mirrors,doors, and windows fairly clean. The blowers work more even than pink elephant. Definitely rushes you through. There is also a large hump at the end of the track. Doesn't take sap off. And not super impressive wheel cleaning abilities. Kinda bent my licence plate. It did not print my receipt. Does not take road paint or thick big juice off lower sections. Over all the price point is what is concerning. The one employee that talked to me was pretty chill. And the vacuums suck just enough.

Decided to go for the Tidal Wave wash plus the wax so for a total of $16 we didn't have to stand outside in the frosty October air and wash the mountain mud off our car. So grateful! It was fast and efficient. Car looks great. If we had wanted to use the free diy vacuums we could have. Really a nice convenient location and so easy to enjoy a clean car!

Was told my car was too dirty to go through the car wash. Said I need to spray the car off before coming. I live in an apartment complex. Not sure what the point of a car wash is if I need to clean my car before I go. I used to love going to this car wash but the attitude from the manager this morning was ridiculous.

My 2nd trip here resulted in the second poorly done carwash . These pictures show areas on my vehicle that most car washes have no problem cleaning. Now i could see if this was Franks $5 car wash and they had towels to clean what their low end car wash could not handle . But this is a $18 wash. Very disappointed . I recommend they have towels like brown bear and they either upgrade to fix issues or drop price by half and include towels and air fresheners . Would like a refund.

One of my favorite car washes! I can't stand when I pay $26 for a car wash and I drive out with crap still on my windshield. But I always drive out of The Wave Car Wash very satisfied with my windshield crap-free. & shout out to Joseph! He's the cherry on top. Exceptional customer service. He's the kind of attendant that you keep some extra bucks in the middle console for! Thank you again Joseph!

I came today was my car that has sat for over a year and was so dirty. It was so incredibly dirty, it had moss, pine needles, small branches, and dirt. When I got there Joesph used the leave blower. I was able to vacuum my car out as he used some sort of pre spray cleanser to help prep for the wash. Gio and Reese were super incredibly kind and helped Joesph scrub my car before I went through. My experience at this location was nothing but great. I will definitely be back. The hospitality from the staff was fantastic.
